Location was great very central to everything and house was comfortable

Lots of signs of wear and tear on sofas. Plumbing generally is an issue, specially toilet systems. Tap out the front of house leaks. Outside area need a good cleanup front and back. Inability to open locked windows was a problem for us during hot weather.

The property was very clean and neat on our arrival. There was air-conditioning downstairs in the lounge/dining area, in the study and in each bedroom, which was most welcome on some of the very hot days. Located within walking distance of a Woolworths and a park with a nice coffee shop. Handy to the city and to tram and train. Great to be able to park our trailer off the street in the garage. Has a lovely big duel fuel stove and oven. A lovely place to stay with our family. We (in our 60s) found the staircase a little difficult as the hand rail does not go all the way at the top and bottom where it turns. But we figured out how to traverse it safely and would definitely stay again. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday!
