New w/ King Bed, Walk to Park, Near Downtown Rome

The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side of the yard as the neighbor kid kept throwing balls over the fence. Would stay again!

Very responsive host! Great water pressure! Only 10 minutes from the big tennis center (and also downtown) and 2 minutes to local tennis park. Quiet overnight. Good water pressure in shower.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's about 8 minutes from Berry College so perfect for a visit with our son who is a student there. Very clean. The owner was quick to respond and even was kind to call me when I couldn't find the check in email. We will definitely stay here again when in Rome!
