Staff were all wonderful EVERY day, great parking Everything was clean, including the pool. The only negative is that it’s so far away from the beach. But at the same time that kept it quiet so most of the time was still a plus.

There were many things I liked about this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the fitness center was good. Parking was easy, and I liked that it was off the main road so less traffic and noise. However, the walls were thin and I could hear my neighbors and folks outside at night at the fire table talking. The pool was also only a lap pool, and did not look super clean. If needed, I would stay here again, but I would keep in mind these things!

When we checked in for a 4-night stay, we were told housekeeping would be on an “every other day basis.” On Day 2, we were out from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM and were surprised to find that our room had not been freshened up by the housekeeping staff. When I called the front desk, I was told that if I wanted fresh towels, I could get fresh ones at the front desk and to simply put my used towels outside the door in the hallway, which we did. We were told our room would definitely be serviced the following day. However, the following day it was not serviced although we saw the housekeeping trolley in the hallway. When we called the front desk, we were told that when we checked in, we were given the option to have housekeeping or not, and we chose no housekeeping. We responded that this is not true as we were not given any option such as that and were simply told housekeeping would service our room “every other day.” So housekeeping never serviced our from in all 4 days we were there, Our trash was overflowing and the only way to get clean towels was to call and get them ourselves. It’s a shame that housekeeping service was so poor since the rest of our stay was quite good.

We were there to see Katt Williams in concert. The hotel looks fairly new. When I first walked in every thing was clean and it smelled fresh. The male clerk was so nice. Check in was nice and smooth. Got to my room and it has a nice set up when you walk in. Tv worked had hot water and we slept pretty good. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it was hair in our sink. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely going back again. Oh and it’s around a lot of eating places with Walmart and a Publix behind it.

Very nice hotel. Comfy beds. Large screen TV that turns to allow viewing from all areas of the room. Great blackout shades. My only complaint is the bedside clock with a bright wraparound light along the bottom. Many people, including me, find that such a light is very disturbing to sleep. I could not unplug it as the plug was behind the stationary bedside table. Finally wrapped two towels around it. Please consider changing the clock! Otherwise, a solid 5 stars.

Curtains would not close completely with a 6 inch gap down the middle of the window. The air conditioning made an irritating rattle all night and did not cool down the room. I’ll not stay here again.

Always like to stay at this hotel. Love the pillows and most importantly the staff. Bridgett and Nancy were wonderful on check in. Our initial room displayed “PF” on the thermostat. Nancy jumped into action and got our room changed quickly. All staff professional and helpful, Nancy couldn’t have been more helpful. Location close to interstate and Dino g options.

This visit was poor. I asked for new sheets and Dylan said he couldn’t give me any. We tried to use the ones in the closet but there was a WORM in the bag. He also had a snarky attitude. Didn’t enjoy it.

From the front desk clerk to breakfast lady and cleaning staff, the stay was amazing. Rooms was very clean and spacious. Check out was very smooth. I even purchased ice cream and the front desk was so nice to place it in the freezer for me. Overall, great stay and will stay again.
