Zermatt Resort Condo located in the beautiful Swiss town of Midway

This is a nice little unit. Bed was comfortable as was the iving room seating. It was quiet and we had several nice drives around Midway and the surrounding areas. The owner gave us some great ideas for places to eat and things to do. Honest downfalls - The master bathtub is very old and needs replaced, but the other one is great. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn't work and neither did the steam or dry saunas in the hotel, which we were looking forward to using everyday. This is an HOA/all combined owners issue to get fixed, but the description should reflect this until they are fixed as we would have considered a different location that had these features that worked. The only other issue was the cleaning fee. I have never stayed somewhere that asked me to dump the garbage and put dishes in the dishwasher and start them and strip the bedding and leave used towels on the bed. We left the place almost as clean as we received it, so the fee seems a little high. $75 would seem more appropriate.

Overall it was a nice stay. The lights didn’t work and were out in various rooms so it was a little dark. Pool card didn’t work. Got into pool by others entering.

Everything was perfect! We had such a nice cozy stay with so many ammenities included at the resort! Everything was clean and kitchen appliances fully stocked, plus plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The scenery here and the vibes of the villas were breathtaking. We spent a lot of time walking around the Zermatt grounds, in the pool, a ride at the carousel, and plenty of food and drink options right near the resort entrance. Thanks a lot again!

Beautiful location and facilities, quiet neighborhood, relaxing, with nice amenities. Smaller condo than I expected, Great for 2 people(adults) can fit 4 adults. Good place for family of with smaller kids.

We were very happy with our stay in Kristi's and Breg's condo. It met all our needs and more: beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, great indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and pool. Just loved it. We appreciated getting the directions and the access code a day prior to our arrival. Just one note about the rug in the living room, one can easily trip on it. Would love to stay there again.

We were comfortable at the Zermatt and enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub area is very relaxing and the water temperature was great! Very convenient to shopping, restaurant and attractions. Park City ski area and Sundance was 30 minutes away! Host were very responsive to any questions we asked. The space is very large and does have a separate bedroom however the other sleeping space was the fold out couch in the living area. The unit should say one bedroom instead of two. Our adult son felt a bit awkward sleeping in the living area. Overall we had a great experience

Beautifull property with lots of accommodations. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gym, mini-golf, and on-site restaurants. The nearby hot springs is a must!

We love this location as it is convenient to everything we like to do in the area. It’s an easy drive to the train, the dairy (for lunch and amazing cheeses!), and the on-site carousel is a favorite with the kids. We have stayed in this same unit before so it was nice and familiar. The host is very easy to work with and was very helpful when I thought I had left something behind. I would definitely recommend this property.

The rental was much no larger than I expected. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool was big. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use. We had a question while there and the property owners were quick to respond. It would have been nice to have a hot pad to use and an extra kitchen towel. Great place and we would go again

We stay at the Zermatt every year around Christmas time. This property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. The king bed was so comfy!

When we arrived we figured out this is not really a two bedroom. They count the couch in the living room as a bed. The problem is they have a great big huge coffee table sitting in the middle of the living room so you physically have to be able to move that somewhere where and there's no place to put that coffee table. Went to get dish out of cupboard and they were not cleaned very well. There was still residue left on a cup and silverware. I will never stay at this place again.

The rental unit is on the second floor of a resort designed with a Swiss Alpine theme. Our place was clean. Everything worked as it should. The host was readily available and communicative. It may be worth noting that at the time (December 2023) the carpets in the hallways we're pulled up... likely in the process of replacement. Nothing that would interfere with the experience in your unit but perhaps worth knowing beforehand. And be sure to understand this unit has 2 beds... one in a bedroom with the other a pull out in the common area. And 2 full baths.

Property was clean and squared away other than a small stain on the arm of the couch. It had a great kitchen and lay out. The biggest issue was the platform we purchased through. When purchasing through Expedia we were not aware that it was filtering it through as a VRBO purchase. On Expedia it appeared that we were renting a condo/room from the hotel itself. The condo's are a completely separate entity, and thus this caused a few issues. First we were not sent a follow up email notifying that the owner would send check in information, which did not arrive. We were sent an Expedia reservation/confirmation but upon arrival we tried to check in with this information and the hotel had no records of the transaction and could not do anything with our reservation number and said that if it was purchased through Expedia that it was a VRBO rental and had to go through the property owner. They did provide the contact to the property owner who gave us the check in code, but had they not been available or answered we would have been sitting in the car waiting till then. Also since it sits as a separate entity, we were responsible for clean up, which was not a big deal, but in a hotel you just pack up and leave, a few notes from the owner as to where to place used linens and towels would help as well. The condo's were very noise with children running up and down the halls for multiple hours, as separate from the hotel their is no front desk to call with complaints.

The room we stayed at was much cleaner than the rooms booked directly through the resort that we had friends staying at and cost half the price.

The property was comfortable and Clean. Even though it's actually a one bedroom, it worked for our family of 5. Would recommend.

Zermat was nice....the condo was super small. It lists as 2 bedrooms, but its ONLY 1 BEDROOM. SUPER SMALL. CLUSTERED WITH HUGE FURNITURE EVERY WHERE!

We love this Location, the zurmatt is great resort for winter adventures, great restaurants and shopping. The room was well maintained but was not very well stocked, there weren't enough towels or linens especially as the extra beds were blow up mattresses. Overall we would book with this rental again, we had fun.

We have a cabin just above Zermatt. There were 40 people there. At night we would leave the chaos and head to a peace and quiet at the Zermatt Condo! It is wonderful being grandma and grandpa of a fun large family, but it’s soNice to find peace. Krist and Briggs were wonderful! The condo was beautiful. We brought one daughter and her husband down with us. They had their space and we had ours. Loved it!

Listing is 1 bedroom with a family room that has a pull out couch. Do not be deceived. Host raised his voice at my wife and was very disrespectful. VRBO has the same condo but different owner listing as a 1 bed and 2 bath which is exactly what this listing should say. We booked a true 2 bed and 2 bath through zermot for 100 dollars more and left this room. VRBO said owner was willing to give 50% off, but as shown in another review the owner never pays the refund and the credit card company has to get involved. Zermot has this condo as a 1bed and 2 bath. VRBO can do nothing to help. Caution to all!

Very simple to checkin and out. Everything was ready to go once we entered the room. Made a nice relaxing stay for my family.

The unit was perfect for our family of 3. Any small issues were promptly handled by Kristi, as was the large issue when we accidentally locked ourselves out (she saved us!) I woud rebook in a heartbeat.

We had a reunion in Orem and we commuted back and forth from Midway instead of Provo. The property was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was adequately sized and the AC and furnace were working great. We would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Zermatt! This condo was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The price was right too which made it possible for us to stop here for a short visit on the way home from family Thanksgiving in Nevada. There are tons of great activities in the area (we did a dairy farm tour and the Polar Express train). We would love to come back in the summer and spend more time here!

We had a wonderful time at Zermatt! This condo was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The price was right too which made it possible for us to stop here for a short visit on the way home from family Thanksgiving in Nevada.
