We booked for two day stay. They had some kind of activity on their rooftop-when we came back from dinner, the parking lot was totally filled. We had already checked in and when I said, where do I park they sort of said I don’t know-because we’ve sold out for the evening. OK we got parked finally. We went out the next day. We came in the evening and our room had not been cleaned. Attended to no clean towels. No new coffee, paper cups or coffee-nothing.

Great stay. Best free hotel breakfast I’ve had! Pool was small (And no hot tub) but big enough to entertain my kiddos. Large suite room. I’d definitely stay here again when in Maryland and will look for other Springhill Suites on my travels.

Excelent hotel very nice and updated rooms. 5 minutes from lots of restraunts and also downtown Fredrick. Breakfast is very nice and the bar ia open in the evening with a firepit outside with seeting. Room lighting is very soft and water pressure is on the low side. But still one of the best stays we have had.

Everything was excellent. The gas fire pit outside was lovely. Our room was very clean and all was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. The eggs could be improved. They tasted a little rubbery and bland. The hard boiled egg was also a little over cooked. The potatoes were good.

The good: The rooms, big and luxurious. the rooftop bar and patio overlooking mountains, INCREDIBLE. This alone is sort of worth the stay. The service great too. The pool and gym are both small. Not deal breakers tho. The bad: I was there for 3 nights, and my only complaint was my bed was not made up once. I love coming back to a made bed, not here though. There were some guys smoking and being sketch on the back side of the hotel most of the time during my stay, they weren't rude but, it was weird. Like this "my block boy". All in all in terms of value and price point, this is a HOME RUN. 9.5/10, would highly recommend for anyone staying infredrick or looking for a quick trip from any where. I explored 4 different hiking trails and state parks and had a Digital Detox trip, with yoga, meditation and hiking etc. This place was a great place to stay for this trip!

I reserved a room with two queen size beds and confirmed our late arrival for Saturday. We drove 10 hours to move family into their home, and after being exhausted from the move, we arrived at the hotel only to find out it was overbooked and our room not available, which left us with only one bed for 4 people. The staff was nice, and gave us sheets for pull out (which after a long day of hard labor was not what they wanted to retire on). When pulling out the trundle to put sheets on, there were mouse feces under the mattress. This is how I got to reward the other individuals who helped us move family across several states. I was upset and embarrassed.

While the room is comfortable and relatively quiet, housekeeping is nearly non-existant. Towel change and trash emptied every 3 days - no other services. Disappointing the bed is not even straightened every 3rd day. Breakfast was underwhelming - most days they were out of eggs and meat (the only hot items) and oatmeal was more of soup (tried to stretch it a little too far). Would have loved to rate them higher, but was very disappointed.

The property was clean. Staff ensuring safety. June, the roof top bartender was great. Breakfast was great. I was a little concerned about the charge for damages incase they ocurred. The room,while beautiful, the carpet was stained, and the iron had burned marks. (The iron was fine I tested on a t-shirt prior to using). I was concerned of being charged for prior damages. (I havent checked yet on charges) Wifi a little in and out. But, allin all, excellent and I highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for my son’s birthday. The property was pleasing. The rooms were okay as far as cleanliness, we found old chick Fil a fries underneath the trundle. The outside of the tub had visible dirt stains. We were not offered 2 complimentary bottles of water upon check in. However, check in was smooth. Amenities were all open and up to par. Breakfast was horrible! Please be prepared. The rooms were nice and spacious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The pool was very small, but the kids were able to enjoy it anyhow. Check out was smooth. I would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean on the outside and when you walk in. Once in our room, I went to the bathroom. It was like the housekeeper didnt vacuum. There was hair and dirt in the corners. Hair in the bath tub as well. The head board of the bed was dusty and so was the nightstand and alarm clock. There was stand on the sheet as well. Our room didnt have a smell, just wasnt cleaned like it should have been for the $250 one night stay. The front desk, young boy, was absolutely amazing. He talked and welcomed all of us and talked with our littles.

The SpringHill Suites in Frederick is a great new hotel. We stayed in a double queen bed suite for 2 nights. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and linens were nice. The room was very large and spacious. There was a separate living room area with a desk for work, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. The bathroom was nice and large with a great shower. There was a huge walk-in closet for luggage with shelves. The room decor is modern and nice. Very clean. The hotel is new and very clean with nice spacious lobby/breakfast area. Food was fair, general rubbery scrambled eggs, watery oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, rubbery pancakes, bagels, sausage/bacon. Coffee was good! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great gym and indoor pool.

You can hear people talking in the room next door. Also, when someone takes shower the plumbing system gets very loud. Thus, you know when neighbors taking showers. But our room was decently clean, comfy and everything worked in the bathroom. Remote control from TV did not work and it was hard to set up proper temperature in the room.

The woman at the front desk yesterday afternoon into evening was FABULOUS. I kept having problems - the elevator and my GPS which was NOT her problem but she was great!! Parking was not perfect - no back entrance? perhaps a few more handicapped places!

My wife and myself stayed for an impromptu overnight getaway and this was one of the nicest, if not the nicest, hotels we have ever stayed in. We have been together for 25 years and love to travel, so we know a thing or two about hotels lol. The decor was very modern. The room was very clean and accommodating. The roof top bar was icing on the cake. The bar tenders were awesome! If i wasn't horrible with names i would definitely give them a shout out! The gas fireplaces with the very comfortable couches made us feel like we were in a movie. The free buffet breakfast was a great way to start our day! I was towing a 20ft trailer and guests were flooding in, so parking for my truck and trailer was very limited. The receptionist checked the cameras and found a spot. Then, she ran out and held it for me until I drove around!! You can't buy customer service like that! Hold on to that one Spring Hill!! My wife and myself stayed for an impromptu overnight getaway and this was one of the nicest, if not the nicest, hotels we have ever stayed in. We have been together for 25 years and love to travel, so we know a thing or two about hotels lol. The decor was very modern. The room was very clean and accommodating. The roof top bar was icing on the cake. The bar tenders were awesome! If i wasn't horrible with names i would definitely give them a shout out! The gas fireplaces with the very comfortable couches made us feel like we were in a movie. The free buffet breakfast was a great way to start our day! I was towing a 20ft trailer and guests were flooding in, so parking for my truck and trailer was very limited. The receptionist checked the cameras and found a spot. Then, she ran out and held it for me until I drove around!! You can't buy customer service like that! Hold on to that one Spring Hill!! We will 100% stay again when we are back to visit Frog Eye Blueberry Farm!!

Hotel was wonderful. Definitely will book here again, but NOT through Hotels.com, Expedia, etc. It is better to book directly through the hotel as the rates are lower and when you book through the hotel you have better options. When booking through Hotels.com you end of getting a sub par room whether that be placed next to an elevator, placed on a low floor when recommending a high one, placed in the most undesirable part of the hotel, etc. In addition, the customer service at Hotels.com, Expedia is the absolute worst. Boo through the hotel directly and your trip will be much more enjoyable and stress free.

Everything was excellent. The gas fire pit outside was lovely. Our room was very clean and all was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. The eggs could be improved. They tasted a little rubbery and bland. The hard boiled egg was also a little over cooked. The potatoes were good.

The checkin process was nothing to be missed. My reservation was confirmed three separate times and upon arrival was told they were sold out for the night. Then was told to wait 10-15 minutes which ended up being an hour. I only knew the room was ready when I went and asked again

We enjoyed having the extra room and the size of the bathroom was great. Larger fridge and microwave was helpful. Location was great. The cons of staying here was horrible breakfast with powder eggs & watery waffle mix, not clean in areas such as the walls, and a very hard uncomfortable bed with the worst pillows.

Room and hotel was very nice. Also the staff was friendly. Only small minus on our stay was the breakfast but perhaps it was also fault on our side as we were the last ones there and the breakfast closed quite early which we missed.

The SpringHill Suites in Frederick is a great new hotel. We stayed in a double queen bed suite for 2 nights. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and linens were nice. The room was very large and spacious. There was a separate living room area with a desk for work, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. The bathroom was nice and large with a great shower. There was a huge walk-in closet for luggage with shelves. The room decor is modern and nice. Very clean. The hotel is new and very clean with nice spacious lobby/breakfast area. Food was fair, general rubbery scrambled eggs, watery oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, rubbery pancakes, bagels, sausage/bacon. Coffee was good! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great gym and indoor pool.
