Very clean and two EV chargers. We've stayed at Hilton properties for 9 days straight and this was the best. The staff was by far the best. Everyone we encountered was very caring and helpful. Room was awesome. Little things like extra shelves in the bathroom. Breakfast was the best as well.

This hotel was outstanding. The check-in associate was kind and and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was updated with a farm door. This hotel is pet-friendly, too and the breakfast buffet was delicious. This was an outstanding experience.

We stay in the area often and have been watching this hotel being built for a few years. We decided to try it out on this trip and were not disappointed. Very clean. Nice location, close to the highway. Room was big. Bed was very comfortable. Had true blackout curtain. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again!

I was disappointed when I arrived. The reading light did not work at the desk. I did not complain right away. I took a shower and was very disappointed that I got in the shower with no problem but getting out was difficult. It was a sliding glass door that had a bar on the outside to get in but the bar in the inside of the shower was broken off, and therefore it was very difficult to maneuver the door open again to get out!! I had to wrap my fingers around the little discs of the outside bar and push it open. This was not just a inconvenience, but to me it was a safety issue. When I went downstairs to tell them about the shower, I informed them about the bulb. They said they would bring one up, that took 45 minutes. I did not eat dinner that night. It was right in the middle of trying to figure out the menus without a light.

Upon arrival tried to charge me more than quoted. Hearing imparied room did not work. Only alarm with no flashing light. That doesnt help someone deaf. Doors open after said doors were to be locked. One door to be locked was propped open with a rock to keep it open. Plenty of times no one at front desk. I didnt feel safe staying there. I will not be back.

Arrived later in the evening. The keycard did not work for the room. Waited outside the door while the person on desk duty ineptly tried to figure out what was happening, without apology, only to say that this was the last room. After 40 minutes, (including asking me to manage a device while he returned to the front desk for some reason) he finally opened the door. However, he told us there was no access to the room if we left and so we essentially were trapped within the room. Terrible and ridiculous.

All staff we encountered were great! Property was really clean and well cared for. The staff fixed issues created by booking through Expedia quickly and efficiently. A special shout out to the staff member running the breakfast pantry. She was so nice to our son and really made an impression upon him. She was the highlight of our overnight stays traveling to and from Florida.

Late night stop so it was a quick sleep but it was extremely clean and very new looking. There was some road noise but we were so tired it didn’t bother us for long. Girl at front desk was very pleasant. Would stay there again!

The only negative is a lack of restaurants near by. The only restaurant within a few miles are fast food . fter driving all day i certainly dont want to drive 7 miles to a restaurant

We stayed two nights and were very pleased. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was great, hotel was clean and quiet and smelled good. My favorite part of all, a bottle of soap with a pump hanging on the wall so we didn’t have to use a slimy little bar of soap like most hotels have!

The check-in staff was helpful and quick. The room was large, clean, and updated. The grounds were well-kept, the pool area was small but well-organized, and the fitness center was one of the largest I’ve ever used in a hotel. The breakfast was good with many hot and cold options. My wife’s only complaint was that the coffee in the lobby wasn’t good. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again!

The staff was attentive and answered my husband's question about more water bottles before he even asked. We were greeted by a wonderful clean scent when we entered the hotel and a warm welcome by the front desk Customer Service person. Our room was cool, comfortable, & clean. If it wasn't late in the day my son would have swam in the outdoor heated pool, which looked like a nice place to relax. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, if you can't find something you like than you most likely are too picky. This is the fourth Hampton Inn, each in a different State, we have stayed at and they are all seem to operate the same. When we do more traveling, we will look for Hampton Inns.
