Fantastic central location super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. The only downside was that the pool and rooftop bar was closed for the winter

check in was a breeze and they were very friendly. Room looked just as pictured if not better. The terrace got excellent sun all day. The wifi was blazingly fast as was the AC! I enjoyed the pool and sundeck as well. The gym is a bit limited with dumbbells and a machine on offer but there were plenty of cardio machines. It was enough for my short stay. The refrigerator was roomy and I was able to fit everything I needed inside. I was surprised that room service was available! But UberEats were also plentiful as were restaurants within walking distance. 2 metro stops were also easily walkable

El único problema del hotel es su elevador. Me quedé 4 días de los cuales dos me quedé atorada en elevador. Y la última fue hoy 18 de junio q era mi día de salida y tenía mi vuelo de regreso y eso me ocasionó inconvenientes con mi viaje ya q debido a eso llegué retrasada y perdí mi vuelo original. Los empleados y técnicos nos indicaban q los dueños del lugar no quieren invertir en arreglar el elevador y que ya lleva bastante tiempo ocasionando los mismos problemas . Sería excelente si lo arreglan pq el lugar tiene una ubicación muy buena y los apartamentos son muy cómodos

Good apartments, lots of space and a good location. You can easily walk to the majority of tourist spots fairly quickly (a few minutes to about 20 minutes walk). Parking is availabl in the same building area but it is very expensive.

God beliggenhed og rummelig lejlighed. Fedt med pool på toppen men super ærgerligt at baren aldrig har åbent. Ku også være lækkert med madrasser i liggestole. Personalet var flink når man henvendte sig til dem.

El departamento excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y muy limpio. Lo único es que no sirve un elevador y te toca esperar hasta 10 minutos para poder subir o bajar, o bien va para do en cada piso para bajar y ya va al máximo de su ocupación que es de 5 personas

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Always a great option in a super central location as an alternative to a hotel. Space is huge, very clean, fab amenities. No complaints at all!

We stayed 5 nights at Gran View Apartments and overall loved our experience. The apartment was bright and spacious — we especially enjoyed the large French doors that opened wide, and all the kitchen amenities made our stay very convenient. Having two bathrooms was fantastic, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. The rooftop is a real highlight, though we found the pool water a bit too cold to fully enjoy — a few extra degrees would make it perfect. Check-in was smooth, and Eva at the front desk was very welcoming, thank you! A few small things could be improved: there were only 4 water glasses and 2 wine glasses for 4 guests, the door of the small bathroom didn’t latch (we had to wedge a towel to keep it closed), and the starter supplies (coffee pods, dishwasher soap, trash bags, dish towels) weren’t quite enough for a 5-night stay. Some walls could also use a light touch of paint, as there were many fingerprints, though it wasn’t a big issue. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were quite thin — luckily there were plenty of them. All in all, a lovely place we’d happily return to with just a few tweaks to make it perfect.

The staff at Gran View Apartments was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed 5 nights on a 12th floor apartment with gorgeous views. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed, including separate living room and dining room, and a fully equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, washer and dishwasher. The building is just steps away from public transportation, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. However, be aware that convenience also comes with lots of traffic noise.

The rooms are not maintained and filthy. Housekeeping was terrible and did not deep clean only a surface clean

While this property is located in the heart of downtown and easily accessible to many shops and landmarks and dining options, the apartment was very much not clean. The bathroom walls/crevices had mold, the floors had not been sweeped or vacuumed given a lot of trash scattered on the rug in the living room, including a sock left by a previous person was by the curtains. The walls were dirty and the furniture needed to be cleaned (couches). The towels are not swapped and they do not come to clean the apt during your stay unless you pay which would be okay if they at least cleaned up before you start your stay. Safe to say we had to clean the apt before we could utilize the towels/beds given the state of how it was provided to us. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend to others.

First impressions the room looked nice but on closer inspection was very disappointing. Carpet was very badly stained. Furniture was also badly stained. Pieces of plastic coming off the kitchen stools. One lounge was torn underneath which was very noticeable. Kickboard underneath kitchen bench fell off. No plug for kitchen sink. No washing machine/dryer instructions. Flimsy curtain didn’t fit full length of window. Range hood in middle of kitchen bench was low enough to bang your head on. Location was great and staff on reception were lovely and very helpful.

The AC was not working at all. I had to call front desk several times during the night and they stated everything was good. Maintance people showed up in the morning and after several tests, they confirmed the AC was not working. They switched me to another room around 12pm. Worst experience ever!

Great apartment with good amenities. Great to have a washing machine and lots of space to spread out. Super clean and a lovely comfy bed. It’s a little noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in such a great location. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and suspect if you stay on a higher level, the noise might be less noticeable. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere, but also had a metro station close by, which was super handy for our connection to the next city we were visiting.

The unit we had was nice and roomy, it had a large balcony with amazing views. The unit was quiet and good for sleeping. But, the pool deck was above us and some party goers had a tendency to toss stuff over the edge on to our deck… What can I say, young adults and alcohol!!! The unit was not the cleanest, and is in need of some refreshing. The paint on the walls is scuffed up, evidence of water damage around the shower. The toe kicks under the kitchen cupboards is falling off and there was stains on the chairs. The composite deck is deteriorating from the sun and stains your socks and feet. All in all we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern, was a fantastic first impression greeting walking in the door, moder appliances beautiful patio with a view and clean and well kept. Suggestions for improvement would be to add blackout blinds for better sleeping the shutters and transparent drapes allow a lot of light in. It is also noisy at night being on a busy street our sleeps were not the greatest. Lastly would be better if paper supplies and dish cleaning products were replenished at least every other day.

Size of the apt was perfect.

We loved our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Gran View apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a terrific terrace with great views of Madrid. The location was perfect--right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants and easy walks to many tourist attractions. There is also a fun rooftop bar with more great views--cool to have a drink up there and watch the sunset. It was a little noisy (traffic and sirens) at times, but the location and the awesome apartment are worth it. Highly recommend staying here.

I loved my stay here. The apartments were great. They were modern, clean, comfortable. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Very close to everything, walkable.

Very convenient for us to go places without having to rent a car. Front desk very helpful and friendly. The room we had is huge and comfortable most of all its clean. Iwould come back here again and would recommend this place to everyone including my friends and relatives. Special thanks to Raydel also suggested us to a restaurant and a taxi cab and was very helpful made our dinner and our commute to the airport hassle free.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of grand vie. Once we checked in we walked everywhere - only used the metro once to go to the stadium. My only critique would be that on checking in the host spent her entire time talking to the concierge. We were not acknowledged at all which I just thought was a bit poor for first impressions.

La propiedad muy buena ,las personas que trabajan en la entrada no muy amables ,me refiero a las dos mujeres que atienden el registro al hotel ,porque el hombre de la recepción y el otro hombre que nos atendió para guardar las maletas ambos muy atentos pero honestamente las mujeres no hacían sentir a las personas bienvenidas ,no hubo mal trato ,pero noté que la persona que me atendió y la que atendió a la otra cliente ambas eran demasiado secas y algo rudas y jamás soy de dar malas reseñas en ningún lugar pero esto es algo que deberían de mejorar porque la ubicación y la propiedad en general está muy buena , y la primera impresión y sentirse bienvenido en un hotel es algo que d e verdad hace a todos recomendarle.

Me cobraron 300 Euros no previstos y no me habían avisado de ese cargo. Es el momento que aún no se me hace la devolución. Y ya pasaron 4 días.

Staff were very kind and patient with our elementary level Spanish, and elected to speak to us in our native language. They were very accommodating in storing our luggage, since we arrived hours before check-in, and even arranged to have the apartment ready early for us - that was VERY welcome, since we were exhausted after our long trip from the United States. The apartment was spacious with modern decor. It was very conveniently located on the Gran Via, steps away from a metro station, with a grocery store, pharmacy and numerous restaurants and shops in walking distance. The rooftop bar was lovely, and the bartender was very friendly and made an amazing Mojito! We were a bit disappointed that the rooftop pool was not open, but there was enough for us to do on the Gran Via. There was no noise at night from within the building, however there was a bar on the back street behind the building that had very noisy patrons that woke me up a couple of times. The master bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed, but there seemed to be a constant aroma of sewer gas, even though the plumbing was functioning normally. It was bearable with the toilet cover down, and the bathroom door shut - we weren't even in the apartment very much anyway. Kitchen was very nice and had all we needed. Mattresses were ok, bed linens and pillows were very nice. All in all, a mostly pleasurable stay.

Amazing location if you want to be in the heart of it all. Similar to Times Square in NYC. Close to everything and so much going on.

The apartments are in a central location which could be a bit noisy in the late evening especially if there in a weekend like our visit.

It was close to tourist attractions, so it was easy to get around and there were plenty of places to eat, shop, and see.

If location is what you are looking for this hotel can’t be beat. Within walking distance to all the highlights of Madrid I.e Temple DeBod, Prada museum and Royal Palace. The hotel and room were very clean and spacious. Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath was perfect for our 2 couples travelling. The rooftop and pool which we visited but didn’t use were perfect for beautiful views of the entire city. The staff were very attentive and professional I would like to mention our greeter upon arrival who was absolutely delightful and courteous. Sorry I cannot remember her name. We also met Vincent on our departure day and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall this was a super hotel and would definitely recommend or stay again. The reason I gave 4 stars is because our room which was perfect faced the busy street of Gran Via and it got a bit noisy as that street is super busy. We were only staying for 2 nights so we didn’t bother trying to change rooms. A lot of police/ambulance sirens and also a protest that we heard after midnight. But this is no fault of the hotel. If anything would definitely stay here just for location alone. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this hotel.

Nice centrally located property in a busy touristy area on Gran Via. We liked the apartment style hotel with plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots to do and see around the area. However there is a lot of city noise and the apartment does not have much noise buffering. Woke up a few times to sirens, loud talking and garbage collection. Otherwise a great stay. Would consider staying here again

Perfect location, walking distance or very short train ride to all the main sights and attractions, tons of dining options right on your doorstep from morning until late into the night. Very safe area and family friendly.

Está súper bonito y cómodo el Departamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Sala de tele cocina todo súper bien. Solo contemplar el ruido de las calles laterales y la gran vía. A nosotros nos tocó el último departamento del pasillo y ahí no hay tanto ruido por las noches . Muy bien ubicado para compras y turistear

A great place to stay, right in the middle of Madrid. Easy to get to transport links, and within walkable distance to Retiro Park and other beautiful parts of the city. Quite noisy at night but thats expected due to its central location. Rooftop bar and pool is awesome, only for residents and guests so its never overcrowded. Reception and bar staff were always available and polite and patient with my attempts to speak Spanish!.

The on line check in and actual check in was very easy and straight forward. The staff were very friendly, approachable and gave good advice. The location is great! Close to metro and some main attractions. Small grocery store around the corner. The apartment was spacious and very well thought out. Clean and tidy. Very welcoming. Everything that you’d need was there and in good working order. Made our stay in Madrid even better. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was perfectly located, central but on a side street so not too noisy. The reception staff were welcoming and explained everything. There is a small supermarket next door which is ideal for picking up food for the kitchen. The style and decor in the rooms is lovely, everything was very clean and we had so much space. The rooftop bar has excellent views across the city. Nearest Metro station is a minute's walk away as are many shops and restaurants.

Property location is excellent and good Dining g shopping options , no room service or daily service unless you pay for it . Good for short duration but for more than 3/5 days you will need all supplies such as coffee / toilet rolls / towels etc or pay for it. No restaurant on site / only a minuscule bar at rooftop . Would stay here again just due to location . Slightly overpriced

Gran View apartments is walkable, and has a grocery store in the same building. It also offers excellent views over Madrid, looking north toward the Guadarrama. The rooms are modern and in good condition. The appliances and washer/dryer are functional. The microwave is of the multi-function variety that doubles as an oven of sorts. Located almost directly across from the Callao metro stop, the property is centrally located for easy walking access within about 20 or 25 minutes to Madrid tourist sights (Palace, Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, Reina Sofia, Plaza Mayor...).

This property is in a great location which is accessible to everything. Easy check in, clean place and the views were amazing. Having a grocery store just outside the building was an added bonus. You will not be disappointed.

Local sensacional, apartamento maravilhoso, confortável com tudo que precisamos. Bar no Rooftop muitoooo bom, atendimento super gentil das meninas que lá trabalham. Adoramos. Eu destacaria somente um aquecimento na piscina que mesmo com 37 graus de temperatura na cidade estava gélida.
