Great place, vibe and staff! Chris and Shi-Chan were superb with their hospitality. They showed me around, introduced me to the local residents and had some good laughs. Definitely would come again! Thanks guys! :)

We absolutely loved our time here! Cozy rooms, short drive to multiple resorts, really good breakfast. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the best stays we had in Japan.

The staff is incredible! The owner, Chris, is so inviting and welcoming as is the rest of the staff. There is a shuttle you can book to take you to the mountains, dinners, train station. The restaurant in the hotel is so good though as well. The rooms are very clean and they offer robes and sandals for the baths / showers.

Christo is the man! This hotel is great, so friendly and homey, it was like staying at a friends house with lots of cool other guests. Breakfast was awesome! Can’t say enough, was a fabulous stay, lake views and very conveniently located to skiing. A+
