The room was very nice and tidy. The staff was professional. The on-site laundry facilities were very helpful for us. We were able to walk to several things, including the train station, car rentals, convenience stores, and Okazaki Castle. Our only complaint was that the room was a bit cramped for a family of four with luggage.

This was just a hotel we stopped to stay last min driving from Osaka to Tokyo only because we wanted to go to the zoo in izu and wanted to be there when it opened at 9. Room is very small the desk/ tv stand had scratches on the top. They did have laundry. Also the website said said no parking so we paid for parking a block away and walked in the rain when we got to the hotel there was parking right in front we ended up paying like $30 dollars for parking for less than 12 hrs. Bathroom was small beds were basically touching each other. We ended up walking to a convenience store that was like a 7-10 min walk over the river. Felt safe walking at 10pm at night just at this time of night nothing was open close by. It did job and was comfy for the night wouldn’t be able to stay longer than 1 night with 4 people too small

鏡が汚れてた。ホテルの駐車場がなかったのでホテルの真下にあるコインパーキングに車を停めたんですが、清算の時に細かいお金がなくてホテルのフロントで両替できますか？って聞いたらできませんって言われて、かなり遠いコンビニまで行きました。不親切だと思いました。

綺麗で素泊まりでも、併設しているカフェがあるのでとても便利です。車利用の場合は、ホテル駐車場を利用するか、近隣駐車場を利用する必要があるが、満車のことが多いのでそこだけ注意が必要。ただ不便な点はそこだけで、コンビニも歩いて行ける範囲であるので、総合的には、とても満足しています。

東岡崎から近くて便利。カフェが営業していなかったのが残念。何か軽食でもあると嬉しい。コンビニまで少し歩くので雨だと不便。ベットは快適でよく眠れた。ありがとう。

This was just a hotel we stopped to stay last min driving from Osaka to Tokyo only because we wanted to go to the zoo in izu and wanted to be there when it opened at 9. Room is very small the desk/ tv stand had scratches on the top. They did have laundry. Also the website said said no parking so we paid for parking a block away and walked in the rain when we got to the hotel there was parking right in front we ended up paying like $30 dollars for parking for less than 12 hrs. Bathroom was small beds were basically touching each other. We ended up walking to a convenience store that was like a 7-10 min walk over the river. Felt safe walking at 10pm at night just at this time of night nothing was open close by. It did job and was comfy for the night wouldn’t be able to stay longer than 1 night with 4 people too small

新しくてきれいでした。個室に電子レンジがあるのに驚きました。メイク用に置き鏡があり良かったです。朝食が欲しかったです。提供なしなので宿泊費は下がっていたのかはわからないですが… 駐車場が少ない。

綺麗で素泊まりでも、併設しているカフェがあるのでとても便利です。車利用の場合は、ホテル駐車場を利用するか、近隣駐車場を利用する必要があるが、満車のことが多いのでそこだけ注意が必要。ただ不便な点はそこだけで、コンビニも歩いて行ける範囲であるので、総合的には、とても満足しています。

The room was very nice and tidy. The staff was professional. The on-site laundry facilities were very helpful for us. We were able to walk to several things, including the train station, car rentals, convenience stores, and Okazaki Castle. Our only complaint was that the room was a bit cramped for a family of four with luggage.
