旅行が直前に決まって、正直ここでいいやという感じで決めました、開いてたからという理由で… ですが、清潔感ありスタッフの対応も良かったです。 電話対応やフロントの方が外国の方だったと思うのですが、聞き取りやすい日本語でこっちの話す言葉もスムーズに理解していて素晴らしかったです。 電車が近いですがそこまで気にならないです。 景色が良くて本当にまた泊まりたいと思いました！ ただ11階からのラウンジが17:00〜21:00なのをもう少し遅くまでやっていただけると嬉しいなと思いました。 あと、クレンジングや化粧水などもおいていただけると嬉しいです。 ありがとうございました。

コンパクトですが快適です。11階以上はラウンジにフリードリンクサービスがあり、ワイン、ビールもありました。ありがたかったです。

ラウンジの開店時間が遅くまで開いてて欲しかった。 間に合わなくて、利用できなかった。

The free drinks and snacks in the lounge was a nice touch. 12pm checkout was also appreciated!

Hotel fr Spore Far East Group. Value for money. Very new & clean. Train is just a 3 mins straight walk to hotel. Vending machine, washer with dryer & ice machine in the hotel.

清潔でオシャレなホテル 駐車場は近くのコインパーキング 駅から多少離れているが付近の散歩もまた楽しい また宿泊料金が比較的低価格なので今回で３回目の宿泊です

スタッフの方も丁寧に対応して下さり嬉しかったです。 駅も近く、みなとみらいも徒歩圏内で散策も楽しむ事ができました。 駐車場がありませんが、近隣に駐車場が沢山あり困りませんでした。 また機会がありましたら利用させてもらいたいです。

Everything is walkable from this hotel. Close to the train & subway, the mall, exhibition center & the waterfront. It's very clean and the staff is great. Most speak English & were very helpful. IDK if it's unique but if you were on the 11-14th floor there was a free refreshment room with snacks, water, beer, seltzers and drinks which was pretty nice. The breakfast was very good and diverse so its worth it BUT there are so many places to eat very close by. Chinatown and the baseball stadium is 15-20 minute walk as well. I was on the 13th floor w/ a view but as with most hotel rooms in Japan its very small. I'm 6'3" and had a big carry-on and big backpack and I used the other twin bed for storage the entire time and really only had a small chair and table to use other than my bed. Just be aware the twins are smaller and I barely fit but the bed was comfortable so it worked out. I highly reccommend and will definitely be staying here next time.

交通の便が良いのが一番。お部屋、館内も綺麗です。

線路のすぐ横で騒音が常にある。お風呂には髪の毛が散乱しており気持ち悪かった。 またロビーを外国人が占領していても誰も注意しない。サービスが感じられないホテルでした。

清潔でとても良かった

カーペットのシミや部屋の隅の埃が気になりましたが他は満足です。洗面所のガラスのコップを落とさないか心配でした。

とてもいいホテルでした！新しくてシンプルかつおしゃれな雰囲気です。スタッフは親切でした。シャンプー等はDHCでした。アメニティは１階フロントに置いてありました。総合的に満足です。

お風呂場に毛が落ちていたりして残念でした

連泊時のシーツ交換がない事は知っていたが、グラスの交換が無く残念。希望するとシーツも交換してくれる。やや、清掃が行き届いていない。

隅々まで綺麗なお部屋でした

ベッドも寝心地よく、広くて清潔なユニットバスも快適、エレベーターがカードキー使用でセキュリティも万全でした。私の泊まった部屋からは川を跨ぐ根岸線の鉄橋とカーブが重なる高速道路の眺めがとても良い感じで飽きずに眺めた3日間でした。

The train will wake you up early and keep you up late. I was already on 11th floor. Can’t imagine being lower.

Loved the hotel except for the bathroom. Very high step to enter bathroom then an extremely high and deep bathtub with NO safety rails. Tub so deep 3 of 4 people in the booking could not shower the one night we stayed. We had requested walk in showers in both rooms at time of booking. Also hotel did not have a bar only a coffee lounge which was very good.

The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the noise from the trains. The train tracks are right next to the hotel, and it gets noisy whenever a train passes by.

3階だったので、電車の音がうるさかった

施設は新しいし、綺麗。ベットもフカフカだった。 しかし、部屋が少し狭い。テーブルが小さく椅子が一つしかなかった。せめて、椅子は２脚で、くつろげるスペースは欲しい。

午後わりと早めの到着でしたが、「お部屋の準備ができています」とチェックインさせていただきました。 お部屋は清潔で広々としていて、申し分ないものでした。真下の線路があり、電車の音がかなり大きく聞こえ、これだけが難点でした。

リバービューの部屋からの夜景は絶景でした! 朝食も種類豊富で美味しくてまたいつか利用したいと思います!

日曜日に利用。15時からチェックインでしたので、5分前位に伺うとすでに10人程が待たれていた。ロビーが狭くラウンジを跨ぐ状態。チェックインが始まり二人のスタッフで対応しているが処理に時間がかかり中々進まない。 更に次々とお客さんが並んでいき入り口外迄並んでいく状態。 スタッフ人数を増やすか少し早めのチェックイン時間や処理の短縮化で対応しないと改善されないと思う。 設備は綺麗で、当日は部屋がアップグレードされておりスタッフの対応も良かったのでそこが改善されると又利用したいと思う。

Room was clean, staff were very helpful, and even upgraded our room when we told them that we ended up paying twice due to our booking error dates. We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Wonderful Staff. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Short walk from Sakuragicho Station. Area is very walkable. Loved our stay and would happily stay again. *If you are using Google Maps and have rolling luggage, turn on Wheelchair Accessible or you will bring sent up and down stairs for no real time savings.*

予約した部屋が用意出来てなく違う部屋に案内されましたが元々の部屋はどんな部屋だったのでしょうか？ 案内された部屋はちょっと異臭がしてお風呂は雑菌の匂いがして不快でした。 チェックイン時の対応が手際悪過ぎでした。 チェックイン手続き前に預けてた荷物を取りにフロントに行ったのにチェックインは3時からですと断られ、チェックイン手続きが始まると1人1人手続きをしてから荷物を渡してたので対応を変えたらと感じました。

チェックアウトの後に荷物を心良く預かってくれました。

We arrived into Haneda at 7am and were able to drop our luggage at the hotel for storage once we arrived. Due to jetlag, lack of sleep and heat we weren't feeling great. The hotel allowed us for a much needed early check in which we were massively grateful. Upon leaving, the concierge helped us print off train tickets and ordered a taxi. We would love to stay there again if or when we're back in Yokohama..

Very satisfied, and for the price is amazing deal. Our stay was terrific close to everything from train station, restaurant, shopping center and the Yokohama park. The front desk were very accommodating especially Mr Kenichiro Yabu for doing a wonderful service (thank you).

I made a booking on Expedia and paid for it prior to arriving to the hotel. As service is usually very good in Japan, I expected it to be a decent service. Upon arrival, this non-japanese lady staff checking me in, doesn't thoroughly check the bookings and tells me I don't have a booking. I freaked out because no booking means I will have to look for a place to crash for the night if I don't have this place booked. After insisting her to look thoroughly, she did find my booking. It ended up this lady didn't thoroughly check and spoke too soon. She doesn't apologize for that at all and blames that it was my fault for not having confirmation #. She should not have told me I don't have a booking but rather ask me to hold while she looks for it. It caused me Great anxiety. I complained to her that she freaked me out for no reason. She was not apologetic at all. I was upset and didn't sit right all day so I waited till next morning and complained to a manager. He apologized for such an incident and said he will have the staff train on the matter. But when I passed by the same lady, she just gave me a snotty look!!! This hotel is not Japanese owned but rather foreign company. It reflects to the level of service provided. If you expect decent service that you get in Japan , I suggest you go somewhere else. I am not staying here again!!!

チェックインの待ち時間が長い。

みなとみらいでのライヴの際に利用しました。桜木町や野毛から近く便利です。ただ、やや人通りの少ないエリアを通るので、あまり夜遅くならないうちに戻る方が良いかもしれないですね。 線路脇ですが騒音はほとんど気になりませんでした。 朝食も美味しかったし、快適に過ごせました。

This hotel was super convenient to the Sakuragicho and Hinodecho stations. It was clean and had nice complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. It is a great place if you are visiting Yokohmama for a few days. Just an FYI, you can hear the train from your room.

The hotel is in a really good location - very close to a train station, lots of good restaurants, and all of the major tourist areas. The staff were very hospitable and the room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here when in Yokohama.

The hotel was close to public transit, was in a safe walkable area and we found lots of restaurants nearby.

Excelente location, 3 minutes away from train station. Above average customer service. Excellent western and Japanese breakfast. Bus few blocks away.

今回野毛目的で利用させていただきました。 野毛地区からも近くて桜木町駅からも近くてコンビニも近くて館内も部屋もとても清潔感があり満足度が高い旅行になりました。また利用いさせていただきます。

予約をしたのが宿泊日に近かったからか、朝食付きでは取れませんでした。チェックインの際に朝食を頼もうとしたましたが満席とのことでした。なかなか良い朝食のようですので、なるたけ早めの予約で朝食付きにされるのが良いと思います。客室は広くはありませんが、整った作りで快適です。観光等の為のロケーションもまずまずで、値段とのバランスを考えると良いホテルだと言えましょう。

朝食を希望する場合は、早めに予約した方が良いです。 22時にチェックインした際に、お願いしたらもう定員が満たしてしまったと言われました。 予約時に朝食か確認して、食べる予定だったらその場で予約した方が良いです。

部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。朝食は、バイキングでした。種類も豊富で、洋食和食とも、美味しくいただきました。子供達も大満足でした。

Hotel room and staff was excellent. But if your room is facing train track you might not be able to sleep well even though hotel provide complimentary ear plug. Expedia website also did not update on the train track noise when I confirm my booking. Overall staff service was excellent. Buffet breakfast variety was good except 2 issue, baked fish slice have lot of bones and singapore laksa taste non authentic. Better to get singapore ready make laksa sauce pack to create actual taste of singapore laksa.

シンプルながらも快適に過ごせる良いホテルです。 電車が近くを通りますが私の部屋は非常に静かでした。 ロビーも静かで無料コーヒーもおいしくいただけました。 朝食のラクサはおいしくて、また食べたいです。

This is an excellent hotel. Everything was great. Checkーout was at 11 and not at 12 as the Expedia website said. Breakfast was not available for purchase because it was sold out\ completely booked in advance.

接客していただいたスタッフさんがめっちゃ丁寧で優しい方でした。 コンビニが少し遠く感じました。 朝食ビュッフェ、もう少し品数ほしいかった。デザートもあれば最高ですね。

お部屋は清潔で新しく快適に過ごせました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で会場もシンプルでオシャレで混雑することもなく落ち着いて食事をすることができました。お料理の種類は沢山あるわけではありませんが、それが丁度良いと思います。とても美味しくいただきました。 また横浜に行くときは利用したいと思います。

チェックインのとき、丁寧に説明してくれて、質問にもきちんと答えてくれてよかったです。 　朝食のメニューも和洋両方とも豊富でおいしかったです。
