Schöne, helle, funktionell eingerichtete Wohnung - über Holztreppe akzeptabel erreichbar. 🙁 Verbesserungsfähig: Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien: z.B. ein richtiges, langes Brotmesser zum Schneiden von Baguettes und ein entsprechendes Schneidebrett."

Le Batelier "L’appartement est parfait, fonctionnel et très bien placé avec la vue sur mer. Seul le stationnement pour la voiture peut être problématique en haute saison. (Zones bleues limitées à 20mn) Heureusement je n’ai pas eu de problème en cette saison hivernale. Nombreux restaurants accessibles à pieds depuis l’appartement, et un beau marché en centre ville le samedi. Je recommande vivement cette location."

Dommage que la gestion de l’appartement ne soit pas 🙂 1- La vue est superbe. 2- L’appartement est fonctionnel. 3- Le stationnement sur le parking public à côté était pratique. 🙁 1- Seul un ménage très très sommaire avait été fait avant notre arrivée, de plus, les lits n’étaient pas faits et recouverts d’alaises sales (poils, tâches, cheveux…) Décevant après 8h de route, 2h de ménage requis avant de pouvoir s’installer… 2- Des problèmes électriques génèrent clignotement et extinction des lumières des toilettes et de la chambre des enfants (conciergerie informée en début de séjour mais aucune action prise). 3- La terrasse arrière est charmante mais pas entretenue. De toutes façons, elle est difficilement utilisable car aux heures des repas, les odeurs des arrières cuisines des restaurants voisins y sont très intenses."

Nach 45 Jahren endlich mal wieder in Erquy gelandet! Eine tolle, sehr sauber Wohnung direkt am Hafen! Top renoviert, genau wie beschrieben. Auch der Empfnag durch Marvick war sehr gut! Leider gingen die Tage in Erquy viel zu schnell vorüber! Au revoir!

Le Batelier "Lovely flat and well equipped. Great location and view. Some minor down points: - kitchen shutter wouldn’t open so a bit dark - bedroom and loo light only worked intermittently - bed linen was drying over the furniture when we arrived - we expected to bring our bed linen and towels but there was no bathmat or tea towels and there was only a tiny amount of hand soap, washing up liquid, and loo paper so we had to go shopping for essentials on the first day. Location could not be any better for coastal walks, beach and restaurants! Overall it was a great stay"

Le Batelier Très bon séjour au Batelier. Très bon accueil. Très bel appartement fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue sur le port et sur la mer. Logement idéalement placé juste à côté du sentier GR34, proche cap d'Erquy, cap de Frehel, fort de La Latte...La région est vraiment magnifique.

Dommage que la gestion de l’appartement ne soit pas 🙂 1- La vue est superbe. 2- L’appartement est fonctionnel. 3- Le stationnement sur le parking public à côté était pratique. 🙁 1- Seul un ménage très très sommaire avait été fait avant notre arrivée, de plus, les lits n’étaient pas faits et recouverts d’alaises sales (poils, tâches, cheveux…) Décevant après 8h de route, 2h de ménage requis avant de pouvoir s’installer… 2- Des problèmes électriques génèrent clignotement et extinction des lumières des toilettes et de la chambre des enfants (conciergerie informée en début de séjour mais aucune action prise). 3- La terrasse arrière est charmante mais pas entretenue. De toutes façons, elle est difficilement utilisable car aux heures des repas, les odeurs des arrières cuisines des restaurants voisins y sont très intenses."

Nach 45 Jahren endlich mal wieder in Erquy gelandet! Eine tolle, sehr sauber Wohnung direkt am Hafen! Top renoviert, genau wie beschrieben. Auch der Empfnag durch Marvick war sehr gut! Leider gingen die Tage in Erquy viel zu schnell vorüber! Au revoir!

Le Batelier "Lovely flat and well equipped. Great location and view. Some minor down points: - kitchen shutter wouldn’t open so a bit dark - bedroom and loo light only worked intermittently - bed linen was drying over the furniture when we arrived - we expected to bring our bed linen and towels but there was no bathmat or tea towels and there was only a tiny amount of hand soap, washing up liquid, and loo paper so we had to go shopping for essentials on the first day. Location could not be any better for coastal walks, beach and restaurants! Overall it was a great stay"

Le Batelier Très bon séjour au Batelier. Très bon accueil. Très bel appartement fonctionnel avec une magnifique vue sur le port et sur la mer. Logement idéalement placé juste à côté du sentier GR34, proche cap d'Erquy, cap de Frehel, fort de La Latte...La région est vraiment magnifique.

Le Batelier "L’appartement est parfait, fonctionnel et très bien placé avec la vue sur mer. Seul le stationnement pour la voiture peut être problématique en haute saison. (Zones bleues limitées à 20mn) Heureusement je n’ai pas eu de problème en cette saison hivernale. Nombreux restaurants accessibles à pieds depuis l’appartement, et un beau marché en centre ville le samedi. Je recommande vivement cette location."
