Sons room had rubbish/food stuff under bed. On the plus side bed was comfortable and room was quiet(good soundproofing). But i would never stay here again.

A good range of breakfast options nearby, would have been nice to be able to room charge it back. I got back at 8pm and there were no dinner options. The handheld shower design was a bit strange as it shot straight into your face if you left it on the wall and as the alternative is a sun-shower head, there was no way to have a hands-free shower without getting your hair wet.

I was charged for the room twice, paid online and at the counter and had to pay $200 dollars insurance. I believe there is no reason for the insurance. Luckily my entry card didn’t work at some point where I have to return back to the office to ask one of the customers service and in order for him to activate my card once agin he had to go over my information where he found out that I have paid for the room twice. The money was refunded to my account but something like that should have not happened in the first place
