Great stay in a very pleasing Hotel. A bit deceptive at first glance as on the 3rd floor of an almost donestic building. Very well located for all of Genoa and the train station. The Hotel is lovely and very tastefully decored. The roof terrace is a great bonus ...just look at the stars. Highly recommend

Great location to explore Genova. Nice roof terrace with some shade for relaxing or reading. Walking distance to everything. There are stairs & the shower is raised up off the floor and VERY small - so the hotel is not suitable for seniors or anyone with reduced mobility. The aircon works well & the breakfast is ok. The lady who runs the breakfast is very cross & unfriendly - the only downside of our stay - she was banging plates & doors & giving people dirty looks when we were breakfasting. Apart from that one small thing the hotel is basic but good & everyone else is very friendly.

Older property. Common areas pleasant. Rooms very basic. Unusual set up with hotel lobby and rooms on upper floors. Elevator stuck at times so meant climbing four flights of stairs which was difficult for elderly or disabled guests. On the plus side- lovely bedding.

The fitness shouldn’t be advertised. The bikes are 100 hrs old and all broken. Aside from a couple of dumbbells the equipment is unsafe and is a liability. Do not choose this hotel for fitness room. Communication was fantastic but I’d rate a 2 star.

I loved the location Via Carioli as I am familiar with this area. My room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed and I slept very well and all amenities were made my stay perfect. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as I loved exploring the cafes and trying out coffee and pastries. I was able to safely come back late at night as I felt very safe in Via Carioli. The staff were helpful and assisted me in a friendly and professional manner. I would happily return. Great value accommodation.

The staff of this hotel is excellent. It’s in area that is easily walkable to waterfront and a few tourists attractions. The room is small but nice. windows open on to the street which was busy into the evening but very quiet in the morning. Hotel is on the 3 rd and 4th floor so windows can remain open for fresh air. Would return again.

Wir wurden äusserst freundlich von einer mehreren Sprache sprechenden Person empfangen. Da unsere Anreise kurz vor Rezeptionsschluss war, hat uns die Rezeption extra noch eine Mail und eine Whatsapp geschrieben, ob wir noch vor Rezeptionsschluss eintreffen würden oder ob sie uns den check-in online erklären sollten. Ebenfalls wurden bereits Angaben zu Parkmöglichkeiten gemacht. Extrem kundenfreundlich!

Super easy walk from Stazione Piazza Principe. Hotel is on the 4th floor so use the elevator if you've got lots of luggage. Out the front door and off you go to amazing historical sites. Everything is within walking distance.
