The staff was super helpful and the location is quite unique, being only steps from a very large garden park with ample room for running, walking and biking. With the airport shuttle, you will need to schedule both ways before your initial arrival. The adjoining restaurant, Charlie Park is top notch.

The property inside was beautiful, however. Parking is owned by the city or you can pay $40 per day for valet at the hotel. If you use the parking garage you pay a fee every time you leave plus $25 per day. Then you have to pay $15 per day to rent a microwave, they don’t provide them, nor will they warm up your food from their restaurant. Then there was the idea of no pool or jacuzzi on the premises( there is a lilypad kids splash at the park next door for children of course a separate fee). There was no breakfast included with the $200 per night stay, you may order from the restaurant $25 per person. This hotel is not family friendly and we were there for a family wedding. More like for business purposes only. Again beautiful decor but that is all.

Only issue was with valet, used the sms link to request our car and we came down from our room and were standing for about 10 min before we ran into the valet who didn't even know our car had been requested. Which i think is funny since the app says the valet is sprinting to our car.

Great location, centrally located near Cascades Park. Nice walking trails etc and close to the Parkway. Checked in online but then got to the hotel and was informed by front desk attendant that in fact I was not checked in (?). Clean and updated. Super noisy in the lobby (LOUD music from bar?) but noise didn’t seem to ‘carry’ upstairs to the room. However: Walls somewhat thin, heard hallway noise and neighbors late at night. Parking probably could be addressed. I know it’s a ‘downtown’ property but $40 for overnight valet seems a bit much for Tallahassee (there is ‘self-parking’ offered in a nearby garage but this charges by the hour and then you end up dragging your bags to and from etc).

I missed the fact that parking was valet only for $40 a day. But it is posted to make sure you read carefully. Other than that everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was very nice.

Property was clean and located beside a beautiful park. Staff seemed helpful. Really no where close to eat with family so plan to drive. Parking only in garage across the street at $25/night. The breakfast was $24/person and coffee was overpriced. I would not discourage you, only you should know what to expect. If in town on business, I’d stay again.

I loved the rooms and the quietness. The beds were so comfortable and staff was very friendly. The only thing I would improve is the parking. You either do valet which was expensive or the parking garage across the street. However, you had to pay each time you left the garage.

Nice hotel. Not happy about the fact i had to pay for breakfast or parking. We found shattered glass in our bathroom had to request housekeeping to come clean. The housekeeper ended up handing me the vacuum to vacuum our room. The floor were dirty and hadn't been swept at sll. Our first night our comforters had dark stains in it. For thr price we paid i expected much better. Wouldn't recommend.

There was dog food under the vanity in the bathroom upon arrival. No one said it was a pet friendly room and both my sons have allergies. I think they should have designated rooms for guests with allergies. Dark gloomy hallways, unhelpful staff at the front desk. Felt very damp in the room and the hotel itself overall felt cold and unfriendly. Usually stay at Hyatt house in railroad district, but due to ongoing construction and the blocking of local roads, figured we would give another hotel a try. NEVER AGAIN. My husband, both sons (9 and 22) and I were all not impressed and will not be back.

This place looks bougie, but it's not. There was hair in the shower. The faucet was incorrect, that is, hot was cold and cold was hot. I could hear the neighbors laughing and then crying (it was pretty obvious that they were drinking). The refrigerator smelled like Indian food had gone bad in it for days. And the smell permeated my food which had to be disposed of. Also, there are no make-up wipes, and housekeeping threw out the ones that I brought. And there is no magnifying mirror. As I plan to visit Tallahassee regularly for a few years, I was hoping that this would be a regular haunt, but it will not be.

All was well other than at night while sleeping, I’d feel the humidity level rising in the room every time the AC stopped which caused me headaches. The room does not seem to be insulated at all as it gets hot, stuffy and humid as soon as the AC stops.

Being once week out from Christmas I was surprised to see not one single holiday decoration. The online pictures made the amenities look better than they actually were. The lobby was stylish but sparse and lacked warmth. The bathroom door was a frosted glass sliding barn door style with no lock and I felt uncomfortable using it when company visited for lack of privacy. We paid WAY TOO MUCH for our 2 day stay. I enjoy staying at nice hotels when I get a chance, and I have paid less for way more at the Gaylord in Orlando. I traveled to Tallahassee to attend a college graduation. I was really looking forward to the weekend getaway as I did not have an opportunity to go on vacation this year. It was a lackluster experience and I would not stay there again.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Check in was fast, although I did have to wait for valet to park car. As most city center properties, there was a cost for a cup of coffee or even a light breakfast. Room was spacious and well organized. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked ( a bit hard). For an overnight stay it was "Okay".

The valet was so busy, he had difficulty finding time to help us with our luggage, and so the front desk had to assist. The breakfast is always good. The sliders we had for dinner were delicious and the server was great, although the menu was limited. The room was clean but tight for wheelchair use. I paid for a room with a view and we first were assigned a room with no view at all. The next room was very far away which made it difficult with our luggage and my husband’s disability.

Concerns are about noise levels. 4th floor units are extremly inconvenient with the music from the lobby coming in through the floor. Worst is being up against the gym with body builders in action. Work trip turned unfortunate with lack of rest awaking the baby causing a snowball effect on the day beginning at 430am. Was promised points and breakfast but that never happened.

Good location near FSU. Parking is valet or by yourself in the same building. Affordable rates. $2 $1 per hrs. Friendly staff, only downside was, that the agreed check-in at 3pm was delayed. They offered to call me when the room is ready, but it appeared on my phone as Potential Spam. I went back after 1 hrs - room was read, but I had to tell them about the potential spam sender, which you do not take the call - they were just laughing and didn’t give a thing. Check out was 12 lunchtime - but our keys were disable 30 minutes befor - cleaning lady opened without questions. Overall: clean, convenient, affordable; restaurant for breakfast and dinner looked great (didn’t tried it), location to FSU perfect. Can recommend
Good location near FSU. Parking is valet or by yourself in the same building. Affordable rates. $2 $1 per hrs. Friendly staff, only downside was, that the agreed check-in at 3pm was delayed. They offered to call me when the room is ready, but it appeared on my phone as Potential Spam. I went back after 1 hrs - room was read, but I had to tell them about the potential spam sender, which you do not take the call - they were just laughing and didn’t give a thing. Check out was 12 lunchtime - but our keys were disable 30 minutes befor - cleaning lady opened without questions. Overall: clean, convenient, affordable; restaurant for breakfast and dinner looked great (didn’t tried it), location to FSU perfect. Can recommend

For the money, it’s not worth it. The roof-top restaurant is next door, the bellboy/valet guy won’t help you with your luggage, at least the guy last night didn’t. The girl at the check in desk had a personality of the wall and didn’t offer any information on the property. For example, didn’t tell us you have to use your card to use the elevator, where the restaurants were, or anything. Is clean and modern.

Only issue was with valet, used the sms link to request our car and we came down from our room and were standing for about 10 min before we ran into the valet who didn't even know our car had been requested. Which i think is funny since the app says the valet is sprinting to our car.

I stayed her for 1 night and had someone walk into my room unannounced TWICE. What a terrible experience. First, they gave me the wrong room, when I went back down stairs to get it corrected the front desk lady asked if having a room change was really something that I needed…. Ew. After fixing the room assignment. i went upstairs to get ready to go out, while in the bathroom CHANGING maintenance just WALKED RIGHT INTO MY ROOM. didnt even knock. I went and spoke to the manager on duty and all he could offer was a free appetizer for my trouble…. I told him that was unacceptable and ended up getting my dinner and drinks at the bar comped….cool… THE NEXT MORNING, im laying in bed(with a do not disturb sign on the door)and hear a soft knock, I yell that “someone is in here”, the knock harder… so I get up and walk towards the door, and THEY SCAN THEIR CARD TO GET INTO MY ROOM. I swing the door open and ask if I can help him. He’s flustered and says,”just seeing if I can get you anything” WHAT?!?. The same guy scanning into my room 2 days in a row! That’s not a coincidence, that reeks of trafficking. My room ended up being comped(which is the bare minimum) I would NOT recommend this hotel. And the whole time the lady at the front desk just acted like she was annoyed with having to deal with this, yea me too sis. This hotel does not put the guests safety first. There was dog food under the vanity in the bathroom upon arrival. No one said it was a pet friendly room and both my sons have allergies. I think they should have designated rooms for guests with allergies. Dark gloomy hallways, unhelpful staff at the front desk. Felt very damp in the room and the hotel itself overall felt cold and unfriendly. Usually stay at Hyatt house in railroad district, but due to ongoing construction and the blocking of local roads, figured we would give another hotel a try. NEVER AGAIN. My husband, both sons (9 and 22) and I were all not impressed and will not be back.

Great location, centrally located near Cascades Park. Nice walking trails etc and close to the Parkway. Checked in online but then got to the hotel and was informed by front desk attendant that in fact I was not checked in (?). Clean and updated. Super noisy in the lobby (LOUD music from bar?) but noise didn’t seem to ‘carry’ upstairs to the room. However: Walls somewhat thin, heard hallway noise and neighbors late at night. Parking probably could be addressed. I know it’s a ‘downtown’ property but $40 for overnight valet seems a bit much for Tallahassee (there is ‘self-parking’ offered in a nearby garage but this charges by the hour and then you end up dragging your bags to and from etc).

I loved this hotel! The furnishings were simple and elegant. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were courteous and polite. The only I would say that I didn’t like was the limited menu for dinner at the lounge. However, the chickpea salad was AMAZING and my husband had the wings with the sliders and they were delicious as well.

The property inside was beautiful, however. Parking is owned by the city or you can pay $40 per day for valet at the hotel. If you use the parking garage you pay a fee every time you leave plus $25 per day. Then you have to pay $15 per day to rent a microwave, they don’t provide them, nor will they warm up your food from their restaurant. Then there was the idea of no pool or jacuzzi on the premises( there is a lilypad kids splash at the park next door for children of course a separate fee). There was no breakfast included with the $200 per night stay, you may order from the restaurant $25 per person. This hotel is not family friendly and we were there for a family wedding. More like for business purposes only. Again beautiful decor but that is all.

Nice hotel. Not happy about the fact i had to pay for breakfast or parking. We found shattered glass in our bathroom had to request housekeeping to come clean. The housekeeper ended up handing me the vacuum to vacuum our room. The floor were dirty and hadn't been swept at sll. Our first night our comforters had dark stains in it. For thr price we paid i expected much better. Wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Check in was fast, although I did have to wait for valet to park car. As most city center properties, there was a cost for a cup of coffee or even a light breakfast. Room was spacious and well organized. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked ( a bit hard). For an overnight stay it was "Okay".

The valet was so busy, he had difficulty finding time to help us with our luggage, and so the front desk had to assist. The breakfast is always good. The sliders we had for dinner were delicious and the server was great, although the menu was limited. The room was clean but tight for wheelchair use. I paid for a room with a view and we first were assigned a room with no view at all. The next room was very far away which made it difficult with our luggage and my husband’s disability.

The room was clean except for the only full length mirror on the back of the door, and it was dirty for the two nights we stayed. On the second night no coffee was provided in the room. We requested some and were brought enough to make one cup and it was brought to us after midnight. After we had gone to sleep. Our key did not work the morning of check out but they fixed it and allowed us a late checkout.

Absolutely top shelf location The staff is honestly the friendliest staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to many! Front from desk to the valet. Everyone made this stay feel like home! Can’t wait to come back!
