My stay overnight was very good. There was many amenities with in walking distance including restaurants. The pool And gym were good, a hot tub would have been nice to have. The streaming from phone to TV was not working. The complimentary breakfast was good. I would definitely use the location again.

The bathroom was dirty the shower had water spots all over the glass and when I went to shower it was warm water at best not even hot was awake most of the night with banging next door and kid screaming like 80% of the night i had to at 4 in the morning go take a cab to my truck and get my noise cancelling headphones and then cab my way back because I just couldn’t sleep I had surgery that Monday and I wasn’t able to drive that’s why i stayed the night at the hotel and I live 2 hours away

The cleanest holiday inn property I’ve been too. Great job to the cleaning staff. It smelled clean too - you can tell they take care of the property. The front desk staff were also very helpful with my questions. Would recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay at your hotel, and this time I brought my family. Unfortunately, our experience began with a very concerning first impression. Upon entering our room and looking into the washroom, we discovered that one of the towels provided for our use had visible human feces on it. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, and while I did receive an apology, the response felt insufficient given the seriousness of the matter. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the quality control and attention to detail in your housekeeping and overall operations. A guest should never have to experience something so unsanitary, especially in what is supposed to be a clean and welcoming environment. This situation not only grossed out my entire family but also undermined our trust in the cleanliness standards of your establishment. I strongly urge you to review your processes and implement stricter quality checks to ensure this never happens again. Your guests deserve far better, and this level of oversight is simply not acceptable.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast staff was very nice. We booked a “suite” thinking that it would have separate sitting and sleeping areas. Unfortunately, a suite at this hotel is just slightly bigger than a regular room with a pullout sofa instead of a lounger.

we had a great stay. the hotel was very close to several restaurants, grocery shopping, and activities (like the movie theatre). the hotel was clean and quiet. the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. everyone was so kind and helpful. the 2 women that ran the breakfast were beyond amazing. they were so sweet and helpful as a wrangled my toddler and our food. the woman from the back stocking the food had my daughter laughing and smiling our whole meal, as she joked and made funny faces with her. she even got a hug goodbye from my little one and went out of her way to pack a goodie bag of snacks for our drive home. BEYOND amazing service!

Stay was fine and enjoyed with family. Only negative is that they don't refund the deposit taken during check in. This is very bad. If it is taken for any damages and during check out if everything is fine .... deposit should be returned automatically to the account. I stayed in Hilton 2 times past four months and deposit was never returned.

Overall stay was Average, a little confusion on the number of rooms booked from a Expedia. Originally booked and paid for 2 rooms and used one card. I asked and clarified about it to the staff on duty however she did not further investigated and told us we are all gonna be staying in one suite room instead, imagine 5 adults and 3 children. I did not mind but contemplated about it, afterwards another new staff on duty called me and ask if I my friend who is the occupant of the other room was already checked in. And so the story goes.. we got the two rooms that we booked and the price I paid for. If not with that other staff we would be sleeping uncomfortably in one room. Anyway, that was an additional experience. Thanks to all the friendly staff, though there was a small glitch. The kids enjoyed the pool too.

We waited at least 20 minutes to check in. There were 2 women working, one checking in the lady ahead of us and one on the phone. There was some issue with the lady's card or payment and it took the one woman behind the desk going to the lady in the back room at least 5 times before that woman came out to help try and sort things out. Why one of the women couldn't deal with the lady with the card issue and one check us in, is beyond me. We lost time getting ready and had rides pick us up that we couldn't reschedule as we were there for a surprise party. We had to leave in a rush which wasn't a great start to our trip. Such a let down even though we were there on time the front desk couldn't figure out how sort out one guest and left multiple guests waiting in line to check in (yes there were 2 guests behind us waiting as well)

The hotel was extremely well kept. We asked for a blanket to be brought up for the couch bed and it was brought up with in minutes. Very impressed with the service, will definitely be staying here again

We stayed on the 6th floor, it was very clean and quiet. Hot water was almost instant which was great and the shower was one of the best I've had from a hotel! The staff were so friendly and kind! The location is great, walking distance to everything you would need.

This is a fantastic hotel. Staff maintain it like the day they received the keys!!!! It’s been 5 years since last stay and still in amazing shape. Morning breakfast selection is always great. Service staff very helpful. Rooms clean and fresh.

Very clean, staff were very friendly and caring. Would recommend real knives and forks at breakfast as hard to cut with wood and real cups in rooms for coffee but everything else top notch. Thanks
