I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using.

Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly even though we couldn't speak any french, very wheelchair friendly, kitchen has everything you would need, it's great! Will stay again if possible!

We had a pleasant day at the hotel which offers basic accommodations. The location is excellent close to the downtown core and is also quiet. We would stay there again.

Staff were very pleasant. Room ("apartment") was dreary, depressing, could have used some colour on the walls. Space was cramped in "kitchen" and around table in "bedroom." It served its basic purpose but I was happy to leave.
