The hotel was perfect and staff were amazing , at dinner and at breakfast aswell as the cleaning staff. We couldn’t have asked for better and loved every moment at the hotel

We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Yoseph, at the Pyramid Heights Hotel. He was extremely accommodating and made sure all our excursions were perfectly organized without ever making us feel rushed. Yoseph went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and safe, even helping to keep scammers and street hassle at bay. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!! Great family staff, perfect location in front of pyramids. All the family and staff was very professional and very nice, including Adham, Youssef that we could meet with great pleasure. Thanks for everything, we will come back for sure!
