Beautiful hotel. The staff were so nice. Cars are not allowed in the city, the hotel picks you up from the dropping off place. Needs to be coordinated with the hotel. This hotel has many stairs. The room was comfortable.

Staff Marin responded fast, act fast and very helpful. Location is excellent. Car is not allowed in old town, Marin guided me to the parking lot, he transported us and our luggage with a mobility cart to hotel. Breakfast is good quality.

Absolutely gorgeous design and finish work. Every detail carefully considered. Even the staff is perfectly selected…engaging, friendly, helpful. We loved every minute in this beautiful property. Dreamy bed and linens, great shower and l’occitane products, nespresso, delicious breakfast included. Thanks for the awesome upgrade to a sea view! Parking extra but very convenient if you call ahead to alert. Rovinj is really pretty and easily explorable on foot. Allow yourself to get lost. Only regret is we did not stay longer. Can’t wait to return to this exceptional hotel, if no other reason.

Fantastic staff who were very helpful with the many questions we asked. Clean, comfortable room which was part of a renovated section of the hotel. They gave us a welcoming glass of wine while they were bringing in our luggage. Parking is off site but they met us and brought us to the hotel in a golf cart.

Well located and staffed by helpful, friendly people, it is a wonderful choice. Convenient nearby parking makes for hassle free driving. Steep modem staircases may be a challenge for some.

The hotel is lovely with a lot of high design touches. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the location is perfect in the old town. It does not have an elevator but our bags were taken care of by the staff. The room was a nice size with a small but comfortable balcony. The bathroom was slightly odd in that the toilet was “hidden” behind the right of the bed and the shower behind the left. The sink was in the left hand corner of the room. It didn’t really bother us but it was diffo

This was such a surprise stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Wonderful service, lovely comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. The only thing I found challenging were the amount of stairs. It would be very challenging for the elderly or if you had mobility problems.

Simply perfect! They treat you very well. Great hospitality! From parking service, checking in (they carry your bags up to the room!) to breakfast service. This was remarkable and the best we had so far on our trip to Croatia. Also the quality of the breakfast was really good. Also the room we had was nice and clean and the design was great. The only thing is that the rooms are not that big and with big luggage it’s somethings a challenge to find a place to put things. But considering the age of the building and the structure, they made the best out of it! 👍

The staff was awesome, met us with golf cart to bring us into the walking only area. Showed us all the features of the room. Room was clean. smaller but manageable with a nice little view of the water. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff was excellent, very attentive.

I will start the review with how fantastic the staff and customer service was at this hotel. It was so attractive, spotless and smelled so good when you walked in the door. I will say that the room was a little small, but again, great customer service wins out every time. Highly recommend it.

The room was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated and unbelievably clean. Upon a late arrival, we were picked up at our car, as there is no parking in the town. When we arrived at the hotel at nearly 10pm, we were greeted by a staff member and were seated in their lounge. We were then served a glass of wine and hors d’ oeuvres, and then escorted to our room. Our entire stay was delightful, due to the warm, helpful and friendly staff.

Our stay at Spirito Santo was overall perfect. The hotel staff is exceptionally kind and considerate, the hotel itself is very clean with beautiful rooms and modern interior and the breakfast buffet is of a very high quality with a great selection. We would definitely come back and recommend to stay there.

Wunderschönen Hotel , Personal sehr freundlich,Hotel sauber und sehr fein eingerichtet direkt in Altstadt, Frühstück sehr qualitativ, es wird in jeden Detail gedacht, wir Haben auschecken müssen in der Früh um 4h , trotzdem wurde uns eine jausen vorbereitet und in Kühlschrank gestellt ohne dass wir verlangen, danke noch mal dass wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben in eurer Hotel !

We spent 2 nights at this unique property in old town Rovijn. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous and the wine bar was great. Although we had to park outside the city, the staff made the process very easy (we called on arrival outside of the no traffic zone and they met us and guided us to our parking spot). The hotel itself is very unique—it was an old home that was remodeled into a hotel, retaining many rustic features but incorporating modern luxuries and design. Our room included the rooftop terrace, which was a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy morning coffee, but was accessed through a staircase outside of the room so a little awkward. We had 2 big issues with the bathroom: the shower enclosure leaked and the marble tile outside the bathroom got flooded, causing my husband to slip and fall (he was fine but it could have gone much worse); and the bathroom was not designed for privacy (within the room and to neighbors) so if you like your privacy, this might not be the best room for you. There were curtains intended to provide some privacy but even theses needed to be adjusted to get full coverage.

Very cute boutique hotel. The staff is friendly and extremly acommodating. They bumped us up a room category which was awesome. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Room was very cosy and bed was comfortable. Only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, you could hear your neighbor tinkle! But nevertheless if we come to Rovinj again, we definitely stay there again!

Charming boutique hotel nestled right in the heart of Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the area, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep – well, until someone decided to visit the bathroom at 3 AM and flipped on the light! Speaking of the bathroom… whoever thought clear glass doors for the toilet was a good idea clearly never had to share a room. Let’s just say, if one person gets up, everyone gets up! It’s a unique design choice, for sure, but maybe not ideal for light sleepers. One thing to note: there are a *lot* of stairs, so if mobility is a concern, this might not be the best option. You can definitely tell it wasn’t easy converting an old building into a hotel, but for those who don’t mind a little leg workout, it’s a great choice. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return – as long as we remember to bring an eye mask for those middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks!

This boutique hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were always there to assist. The hotel was furnished to a high standard, and had a lovely contemporary feel. Breakfast was lovely and they had a great selection and when we had a trip they made packed breakfast for us. We also ate in the fantastic restaurant twice. Hotel was ideally located for the shops and restaurants and for a spot of sunbathing or water sports if you fancy. Would also recommend local wine tasting the restaurant will advise where to go. We had such a great holiday here and this hotel and lovely staff made it. We would love to visit again and hope to do so soon.

Fantastic staff who were very helpful with the many questions we asked. Clean, comfortable room which was part of a renovated section of the hotel. They gave us a welcoming glass of wine while they were bringing in our luggage. Parking is off site but they met us and brought us to the hotel in a golf cart.

Staff Marin responded fast, act fast and very helpful. Location is excellent. Car is not allowed in old town, Marin guided me to the parking lot, he transported us and our luggage with a mobility cart to hotel. Breakfast is good quality.

The hotel is lovely with a lot of high design touches. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the location is perfect in the old town. It does not have an elevator but our bags were taken care of by the staff. The room was a nice size with a small but comfortable balcony. The bathroom was slightly odd in that the toilet was “hidden” behind the right of the bed and the shower behind the left. The sink was in the left hand corner of the room. It didn’t really bother us but it was diffo

Das Hotel war bildhübsch und die Lage ist top. Der Architektur in der Altstadt geschuldet, ist es recht wirr und unser Zimmer war schmerzhaft klein, aber sauber und alles funktionierte bestens. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend, das Frühstück eher langweilig. Dass der angebotene Willkommensdrink nur alkoholfrei sein durfte und für Bier und Prosecco gezahlt werden musste, ist ein wenig geizig.
