Expedia – Huge Disappointment, but Rose Saved the Day First of all, Expedia — massive disappointment on your side. My booking was accepted, everything seemed ready, and then upon arrival I was informed that the property I had booked had been cancelled — and the worst part, I was only notified when I got there. Completely unprofessional. Thankfully, Rose — the manager of some of the properties at Poblacion Suites Polaris — stepped in and saved the situation. After nearly 25 hours of travel and unnecessary stress, she managed to arrange rooms for me and my companion. About the property: It offers most of the essentials — cups, cutlery, towels, even toilet paper — so it’s quite convenient. But as I mentioned before, the real difference is Rose. She’s a very calm woman with a deep understanding of customers’ needs, and nothing was ever a problem for her. Whenever I had questions about food, entertainment, or travel time to the airport, she either answered right away or checked to make sure she gave the correct information. In summary: Expedia completely ruined the start of my holiday, but Rose managed to fix everything. I will definitely come back to Rose’s accommodation — but I will never use Expedia again.

最悪。。シャワーはチョロチョロのヌルい水。各ドアは錆びついていて開かない、閉まらない。二度と行かない。

Great location, great price, just need to clean, wipe down everything evryday. The internet wifi is really slow, need microwave in every room. But the price and location are fantastic. Defintiely going to be staying there again
