Reception pas aimable du tout, ne change pas les serviettes. Pas de draps pour la 3ème personnes ils ont donné une couette. Pleins de cafards dans la chambre. Ils ne prennent pas la carte bleu. Même pas de poêle juste une casserole pour cuisiner. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Je le déconseille fortement

Faire attention à votre caution l'appartement et donner dans un un bonne état en 3 jours le ménage n'a jamais étais fait,pas de renouvellement de serviettes, et ne ramasse pas les poubelles. donc pas de service de chambre puis le jours de mon départ on m'a fait attendre 10min que une personne inspecte l'appartement n'ayant rien trouver que des tâche sur le draps on m'a pris 100rm se qui fait cher le nettoyage de la housse de couette. Quartier au alentours très sales. A proximité des transports mais attention très difficile en poussette ou en chaise roulante. Pas d'ascenseur et escalator ne fonctionne pas .

If I could give zero stars, I would. We traveled from the USA with a group of eight guests. Our booking clearly stated a 2-bedroom suite with four queen beds. However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved. Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon. This should not have required a debate. We were also informed that housekeeping does not clean daily, trash is not collected daily, and towels can only be changed after two days. For a group of eight guests, this is unacceptable. The room itself was outdated and not very clean. The bathroom had visible mold around the sink area, and the furniture looked worn and old. The front desk receptionist, Nasha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and inappropriate for someone working in guest relations. The pool looked nice, but despite only a light drizzle, security would not allow us to swim. This was very disappointing, especially since it was not storming. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast. Overall, this hotel looks much better in photos than in reality — the pictures must be from many years ago. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool and area is amazing. but too many cons, listed as below, 1. Reception Staff was rude, either they are not from hospitality industry or simply ignorant showing they don't know English. They wanted all cash, deposit plus hotel charges. but didn't have change to give it back. I was promised to get my change over 20 Ringget but none received. Infact when I asked, they showed as they don't understand English. 2. Cleaning - I found crocroch in my room very first day. Sofa was broken, no one cares to attend. 3. Cleaning staff - mostly Overseas (Bangladesh i suppose) lacks simple discipline like standing in front of door in the lift, stares at woman's
