Location is perfect. Walking distance to Robinson's mall. Very strategic location, we're able to take care of business. Staff are very friendly, pleasant, and courteous.

At check-in, there was an issue with the room I was first assigned, but the staff kindly arranged a room change right away. The second room also had a problem, and they promptly moved me again without any hassle. I really appreciated their help. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming.

The bed has only one pillow. No hot water. You have to ask for a roll of toilet paper the next morning as other roll finished that same night.
