Overall, very nice and spacious room. The pool is pretty small and the restaurant is pricey. Better options are nearby—Urth Caffé, Great White, Güido’s. Staff was helpful and the valets were very quick and friendly. Housekeeping didn’t always replenish cups and coffee supplies. For the price it was a little lacking (SO many added fees!) but overall it’s a good area and convenient.

The room was very nice and extremely spacious. What made me give not a great rating is that the pool and rooftop bar were closed, and this was not made clear when I booked. I was also not alerted after I booked. I had been considering other properties in the area, but chose Le Parc largely because of the pool; I would have booked a different property if I knew it wasn't available. Although the staff did say I could use the pool at a different property, I was on a work trip and had no time to organize to travel to another property just to use the pool.

This hotel met my expectations. The decor is very retro, which I really like and the mini suite was large and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the swimming pool is being worked on and they did not advise of this at any time prior to check in. They also did not adjust the amenities fee.

The hotel is typically a wonderful experience, although the facilities are starting to look a little worn down. he one big negative is that they increased their parking fees AND eliminated the ability to self park. $65 per night and then having to tip the valet is outrageous for a room that is so reasonably priced. Many guests were very upset about the price and the loss of self parking. Fix that, and you get a 5 star rating from me!

We really loved our stay at Le Parc. We booked the signature suite on the 3rd floor and it was perfect for our needs as a family of two adults and two teenagers. It's a really funky hotel in a quiet side road, and the address 6 around Melrose is fantastic. The pool area is lovely to sit around and we also played tennis in a court which has amazing views of the Hollywood Hills. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. It was great value for money.

We have stayed here twice and have really enjoyed our stays. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool area is great. We loved playing pickleball on the roof top. Very good location. Only downside is that parking is very expensive, but this might be an LA thing. If you are on the fence about renting a car it’s good to know the price of parking per night as that may influence your decision.

Actual hotel room was very nice and spacious however, our 3 kids had bites all over their body. We went to the dr's and they said it was most likely bed bugs from where we are staying. Reception staff - 1 was fantastic happy to answer our questions and requests while the other 1 we spoke to was not very helpful and was more interested to look at their screen than interact with guests. Car parking of $65 US a night is overpriced but luckily we found free parking 2 minute walk from the hotel.

If you LOVE MOLD, this is a fantastic place to stay. Unfortunately, I had to check out after first night (of 3 nights plan) due to the mold conditions in the hotel. The staff were super accommodating at trying to find a more suitable room. I moved once, but the same mold conditions after one night drove me out, due to congestion and severe headache. The roof top pool deck however was fantastic... which was the main draw (besides location) to book at Le Parc.

The hotel was great. The only complaint, and it is a big one, is the smell. There was a musty, mildewy smell throughout the hotel - although the room was beautiful, the smell made it difficult to enjoy.

First of all, the staff was AMAZING. They were kind and wonderful.. but the smell in this hotel is beyond unbearable. I immediately asked for another room upon entering my first room, and the front desk was very understanding and accommodating. As I was walking to get my suitcase to move, I saw housekeeping who followed me to my room and told me he didn’t smell anything, which is impossible. He said maybe it I walked into my second room and the smell was worse than the first, and I realized that it wasn’t a problem with the rooms but with the hotel overall. I couldn’t bring myself to ask to be switched again, especially because I didn’t think it would help. I am not even sensitive to smells but couldn’t

Great upscale hotel, great location. The room was well appointed and more room than what 2 people needed, but it's a great suite with plenty of space and a useful kitchenette & balcony. I liked that the bathroom has the toilet/shower separated from the sink so that both can be used with privacy. The restaurant also has good food and service. If you have a higher budget, this is a great choice.

Located in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. Seemed like the property was converted from an apartment complex. So not the newest of buildings with a slightly musty smell - which did not particularly bother us. Staff were very nice. The double bed premier suite we had was quite spacious with a small kitchen, small breakfast table, living room with a large couch, and a separate but connect bedroom and bathroom. What I most liked about it was the chic decor - very well done and homey. The only downside, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, was the wifi connectivity was frustratingly unstable - it would randomly disconnect - and this is with us paying an extra $15 for a faster connection. All in all, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The space was perfect for us and our two teenagers. It was a large room with the small kitchenette and the table the 4 of us could sit at. The large walk-in closet doubled as a changing room and a door separated the toilet & shower from the rest of the bathroom which helped when we were all getting ready at the same time. Location was great too. I’d definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Room was big and nice set up, but smelled musty and livingroom tv didn't work. Rooftop was closer for maintenance and we were unaware until we got there. Staff was wonderful and bed was comfortable. Bed tv volume did not adjust but thankfully was loud enough to hear, but could have adjusted a little louder.

Big room convenient to walk around. But the room upstairs making do much noise 6pm - 3am for 2 nights with 2 groups where I did not sleep well. The hallway has a strong smell of carpet. Not going back.

I was pretty disappointed in the customer service. The young lady didn’t even make eye contact with me and she was trying to explain the valley parking situation. Every other time I went there there was never a valet, but I guess there is now which is cool. But I did not understand and she was very short and she looked annoyed with me and she didn’t even make eye contact with me so I felt like I was a burden to her. I’ve stayed there about five times but that might be the last.

While most of the general staff were pleasant, the accounting department, operating under management, engaged in fraudulent practices. They placed a standard deposit hold, then applied it as a direct, unexplained charge. After disputing this with my credit card company, the hotel responded with outrageous and fabricated claims. They alleged "incidental charges," implied my card "stopped working" due to excessive charges, and then audaciously accused me of "trying to get away from my financial responsibility." They presented a "bill" with 14 declined transactions, all under the deposit, followed by a charge they claim was the deposit used to cover the 14 phantom transactions. This is utterly false. We stayed for two nights, arriving late the first night, were out all day the second, and checked out the next morning. There is absolutely no way we accumulated 14 transactions. Furthermore, I have geolocation evidence proving we were not even at the hotel during the times of most of these alleged "chip read device" transactions. Crucially, the hotel NEVER explained or provided any evidence of what these 14 transactions were for, nor what "incidental charges" I supposedly incurred. It's insulting to be accused of evasion, especially given my good faith and the significantly larger cost of my trip. The suggestion that I would create an issue over a few hundred dollars is not only absurd but deeply offensive. This hotel's accounting engages in deceptive practices. Avoid it.

I have stayed at Le Parc numerous times since 2021. What I love about this hotel: friendly, helpful staff; beautifully appointed suites; comfortable balcony; great restaurant in the hotel; walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Melrose shops. This is my go-to hotel when in Los Angeles.

Based on reviews we expected a great stay but had a subpar experience due to multiple issues. Our floor had a strong pungent odor. It was something the hotel was aware of as they had portable fans in place to try and get rid of the smell (unsuccessfully). However despite being aware of this issue, they neither informed us about it when we made the reservation, nor when we checked-in. The fans that were installed to get rid of the smell were really loud and we had trouble sleeping due to their noise. So we made a call to guest services and requested turning them off. Unfortunately it took three calls to finally get someone to turn them off. For our second day we requested housekeeping and informed the guest services a day in advance. We were told that our request is noted and it will be taken care of. Yet when we eventually got back to the room after a long and tiring day expecting to see a clean room, it turned out no housekeeping was done. When we called the guest services they confirmed that our room was on the list but they had no idea why no housekeeping was done. In any case we requested some fresh towels etc and were told that we would get them right away. Nothing came even after a long wait and again it took multiple calls to receive those. We made a request again to turn the fans off due to noise and yet again it took multiple calls to get it done. Overall it was a mediocre service. Main bed was good but the double sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Overall it was a nice visit except for the staff. Upon arrival the front desk was not very welcoming and seemed like they were having either a hard or a boring day. The keurig machine in our room wasn’t working. My husband called the front desk and they offered to have someone come look at it. He said we didn’t want to be disturbed and asked for a pot of coffee to be sent up instead. They said they would have to check and hung up on him. He tried calling back twice and got hung up again twice. He had to walk down to the restaurant where they were making coffee (no one called back to inform us). Then they tried to charge us for the coffee. Left a really sour taste all over some coffee.

I was promised to check in early, but when u got there.. the front desk refused to do it and asked me to come later. I told them it was my wedding day. When I came back on time.. there was a delay. Plus the staff was not the most welcoming.

This was a very cool hotel. Beautifully decorated and in a quiet residential area. I would definitely stay here again. The room was large and we enjoyed the extra space to spread out and not be on top of each other. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and it was excellent!! Both the service and the food were outstanding. There is free coffee in the morning and free wine offered from 5-6pm daily. Both were very much appreciated!! The only downside for us what that we were in a room with a dog next door and our room had pets previously. My allergies acted up every time I was in the room. I would prefer not to stay in a room where animals have been.

My husband and I enjoyed the weekend at Le Parc. Staff were friendly and we loved how spacious our room was! Felt like we were in our own little studio apartment. That was our favorite part. Two downsides: 1. additional fees (which was not apart of the urban amenities fees a day) that we weren’t aware of until we looked at our invoices. 2. The food is very expensive and just to note there are additional fees if you order by the pool or get room services. We thought we would save a bit money by ordering at the cafe in person but our lox bagel was still $40!

Free wine on the roof top was an amazing surprise. Quality of the food was mediocre. The pool was small but the vibes were quite nice. Other guest staying there were pleasant and some even kind. My daughter and I had a great stay.

We booked a short one night stay for my sons birthday with fiends. The hotel was great for the location. Valet was great alittle pricey, pet friendly. The Lobby is like a hostel or dorm entry. But the suites are spacious and modern. The only problem for me was the pillows were kept lumped and uncomfortable, plus extra fees loaded on the nightly fee they o Wasn't aware of. Guest Room service for breakfast was not answered from 7 am to 9:30 eventually the guy answered and said he was sorry he just showed up for work and was the only one delivering guest room service.

The property was trendy yet quiet. Wonderful happy hour in the small restaurant and coffee in the morning. Easy to walk along Melrose Street and over to Hollywood. Not far From Santa Monica.
