We have stayed at the hotel several times in the last few years. The location and the size of the rooms are amazing. We learned that our room (335) was in a poor location… we could hear a lot of noise from the roof and the restaurant kitchen. I am upset that the hotel assigned this room to us! Otherwise I would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff was fantastic. The room was very spacious and clean. The immediate neighborhood is quiet, but a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, etc., which was perfect.

Overall a really good stay ! Good location, clean room, friendly staff...if i had to give a negative,it would be that housekeeping were not attentive unless asked for something...ie a toilet roll- but we'd definitely stay there again !

My only problem with my stay at the Le Parc at Melrose was the $150 taken from card for potential 'incidentals'. This was taken on Wednesday 29th July. I fully understand and accept the need for this. I did not spend anything on incidentals - but accept that the ususal sales fees, etc (approximately $58) would be taken from this deposit. I asked the staff on the front desk when I could expect the $150 to be returned to my account - the standard answer is 3-5 business days. I messaged the hotel days later and they said I should contact my bank - I did and they haven't received any monies. The hotel were very quick to take my money but so far (two weeks later) I haven't received a dime back. I view this as very very poor
