Sub par!!! Supposedly a digital hotel (although not marketed as one on Expedia). The digital key (a downloaded app) did not necessarily work all the time with the elevators. All personnel/employees departed the hotel at 9:00 pm and will not return until 9:00 am on the weekends. The lobby/street level is locked shut. Ingress/egress after hours is through the building’s emergency exits. If you have to leave pre-9:00 am on the weekends, you’ll be lugging your luggage down the emergency staircase - elevator stops at level two. The room decor/furniture is outdated/cheap/youth hostile like and couldn’t be more depressing- dingy brown walls and a small window looking either into a light well or an atrium. Deferred maintenance/capital is apparent. The one plus is the laundry room - two washing machines and one dryer. Also, the location of the hotel is exceptional.

Very helpful staff and a great place to stay! Food in the bar/restaurant was very good for breakfast (the only meals we tried to eat at the hotel) - the bar on the 6th floor was really cool!

Stylish studio room with great facilities. Super comfy bed and dressing gown was a nice surprise. Loved the lounge area and free coffee and pastries. Gorgeous light. Great location walkable from train station and close to harbour and opera house.

Dejlig lejlighed kort gåtur fra Oslo færgen. Godt udgangspunkt for seværdighederne i centrum. Alt er nyt og lækkert. Fremragende seng og skønt brusebad. Kontakt og nøgle fungerer vhja. en gæste app på telefonen og det var jeg ikke så vild med i udgangspunktet, men det virker. Der er et supply room, hvor man kan hente mere kaffe, håndklæder m.m. Så der er ikke brug for en reception.

Die Standard Zimmer haben eine Glaswand zum Innenhof/Cafeteria und ein Fenster. Beide kann man nicht öffnen. Die Klimaanlage ist lautlos und sehr gut eingestellt. Trotzdem fühlten wir uns eingeschlossen. Nach einer Nacht wechselten wir in ein helles, sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Fenstern, die man kippen konnte. Mit Blick zur Strasse, und sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die App ist klar und übersichtlich. Zugang meist über das Restaurant. Sonst hilft die App weiter. Tolle Aussicht von der Bar auf Dachterrasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser so zentral gelegenen Att/Kvadraturen absteigen.

Beautiful modern property, very clean and I love the smell in the whole place. Location was perfect and Oslo in general feels like a very safe and walkable city. As many of the reviews said, it is quite self-sufficient, which I didn’t mind. There was always a girl to help give info at the front during normal operations. My only issue would be with the price…I felt for as much as you have to do yourself, it should have been cheaper.

Great location. Massive room. Kitchen was ok. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. So many annoying details though. - steps to front door are small and not that safe - no step free path to room. At least 3 small sets of stairs - app is flaky - frustrating as this is also your key - Only 3 light switches - not joking. Bathroom, hall or main room. Annoying if traveling as a couple - first one up illuminates the whole room - no temperature control other than +/- a couple of degrees. Room was cold the whole time we were there - sliding glass doors from bathroom at foot of bed - not much privacy Trip was ok but would not go back as a couple

The room is modern and the location is great for a city trip. However, my room had only blinded window to the inside of the hotel and it was not possible to adjust ventilation as needed so it had a bit of a cave feeling to me. Also, most of the technology stuff did not work well (once the elevator door did not open, light switches did not work as labelled, room key needed on average 3 attempts to work), and some things were not very practical (only one free power outlet, limited space in closet, no good place to put suitcase, no floor towel in bathroom) so I would choose another hotel next time.

This is a review of two halves. The good half - the room was fantastic, beautifully furnished. Location of the hotel very good. The bad half - don’t expect a full service hotel. As soon as we had booked I received a message that there is no concierge at the hotel - everything is done digitally on an app. There was no indication in description of the hotel before you hit ‚pay’. There is no staff at the hotel between 9pm and 9 am - meaning if you need ice or have a problem you are out of luck (they have a security service but they are 15 minutes away). If you lose your phone or are out of juice you can’t get in! During the day they have staff there - all very nice and friendly and trying to be helpful but inexperienced. For some people this would not matter but if I’d known when booking I’d have a chosen a full service hotel particularly as this was our first visit to Oslo.

Veldig flott suite, stilig og inneholdt alt vi trengte for blant annet å lage oss en frokost. Det eneste vi har å utsette på oppholdet, er at en gjeng over oss virket å dra i gang nachspiel klokka 3 på natta, det ble en liten stund der midt på natta med mye lyd dessverre.

We had a great stay! The only flaw was that the room key told my husband one room and mine another. It didn’t happen the first day, but the second day, which was weird. It could’ve been solved quicker if there was an actual person at the desk. The young woman was lovely and helped us but it took longer than we’d like, considering. All in all it’s a great place, huge room and good location!

Iskallt rum där värmen inte gick att få på förrän en trevlig receptionist lyckades göra det manuellt. Annars hade betyget blivit 4+

The app didn’t work. I was locked out and security yelled at me and told me I have to wait for 15-20 minutes in the cold. Thank god the app started working because I came late and I would have froze outside. It was minus 12 degrees. The breakfast is across the street and it’s very basic and not good

The location is great and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station which was very manageable. The room itself was clean and large (we had bunk bed + a king bed). Accessing the building was an issue for us - your phone is used as an electronic key card and apparently since we had Android devices the key card didn't work. We had to call support, they were fairly prompt and gave us physical cards after which point we didn't have an issue. Communication was great.

As soon as we had booked I received a message that there is no concierge at the hotel - everything is done digitally on an app. There was no indication in description of the hotel before you hit ‚pay’. There is no staff at the hotel between 9pm and 9 am - meaning if you need ice or have a problem you are out of luck (they have a security service but they are 15 minutes away). If you lose your phone or are out of juice you can’t get in! During the day they have staff there - all very nice and friendly and trying to be helpful but inexperienced. For some people this would not matter but if I’d known when booking I’d have a chosen a full service hotel particularly as this was our first visit to Oslo.

Problems with access to my room with the app. I have a Samsung phone, and the app crashed when I arrived and needed to usey key. However, the onsite staff made me a physical card in a few minutes and solved my problem.

Fabulous hotel for a work trip, or a getaway where you value privacy whilst getting amazing value for money in terms of the room facilities. A few blocks walk off the beaten path from the main area, but as a plus the area is super quiet since there's mostly offices around. Amazing hangout area. Didn't try the restaurant but seemed nice.

Fantastic location, you can pretty much walk to anywhere in downtown Oslo. Service was great, we received immediate responses through IM for our needs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful modern property, very clean and I love the smell in the whole place. Location was perfect and Oslo in general feels like a very safe and walkable city. As many of the reviews said, it is quite self-sufficient, which I didn’t mind. There was always a girl to help give info at the front during normal operations. My only issue would be with the price…I felt for as much as you have to do yourself, it should have been cheaper.

The app didn’t work. I was locked out and security yelled at me and told me I have to wait for 15-20 minutes in the cold. Thank god the app started working because I came late and I would have froze outside. It was minus 12 degrees. The breakfast is across the street and it’s very basic and not good

Good location and very comfy bed! Wuite isolated during our stay due to new years. Even though the restaurants and rooms next door which are advertised on the hotels website almost being part of the space as being open from the 30th they were closed which was a shame. Doesn’t feel like a hotel, no staff on site which is fine if that’s what you are after. Good stay etc

Self-check in was confusing. Room was small and too hot with little to no temperature control. Breakfast was cheap, slow and very limited. The only TV available was what you could download from your iPhone or tablet.

Veldig rent og pent. Flott rom og deilig, romslig bad. Nytt og lekkert. Nydelig frokostbrett med et fint utvalg. I det første rommet vi fikk luktet det mat, en hyggelig telefonsamtale, så fikk vi byttet rom med en gang. Deilig kontaktløst pr telefon, både innsjekk og nøkkel. Godt med informasjon i appen. Sentralt i Oslo.

The property is very nice, the room was pleasant. Unfortunately we arrived at a time where they did not serve their normal breakfast. And for almost €30 each, the standard breakfast choices were not great. The pastry of the day was a muffin most days as they had run out of croissants and other options. I would have given it a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the poor breakfast option and quality.

If you can vacation without the coddling of hotel staff, this place is for you. They have a relationship with the Green Kitchen restaurant across the street for an excellent breakfast. The location is an easy walk from the train station and central to everything. Loved it! Ide and Camilla were fantastic helping out when needed.
