The noise of the machines at the construction site opposite is keeping me awake at night, even though it's working 24 hours a day.

Staff less than friendly to international customers , first room , TV , washing machine had no electricity, bathroom filthy dirty, half lights in room didn’t work, price was $235 for this ????? Got moved to another room , washer dumped water all over floor , bathroom dirty again, no English channels on TV, price has doubled from previous stays , value not good like before , pictures show dirt, filth Around sink and bathroom. In these days of Covid cleanliness, and for the daily price of $235. I expect a clean, healthy, well kept room. Trying to talk to all Chinese kids at front desk who are more worried about playing games on their phones , than dealing with customers and issues. If they worked for me .... I’d fire them ALL.

El lugar mas sucio y descuidado en el que he estado en mi vida. El personal muy poco profesional y carente de capacitación.
