The staff was friendly and the breakfast area was good for a quick meal. The beds were comfortable. Internet wasn’t very good, kept going in and out when trying to stream movies/shows. Shower pressure was decent. Mexican Restaurant next door was convenient and the food and Margaritas were good. Very close to the Ark Encounter.

Kind of an older motel but it was very clean very comfortable no bed bugs or any kind of critters that I could find. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly helpful. There was a Mexican restaurant in the parking lot that was also exceptional not very expensive and great service. Overall I give the entire place a thumbs up they have a beautiful pool well maintained air conditioned worked excellent. Parking was free and right next to our room. If I had a complaint it would be that we went at the wrong time of the year and that was out of their control because the pool was too cool and not heated sure wish it would have been.

It's an old motel with outside room entry. You can hear people walking past your door and the walls are thin so you can hear conversations in the next room. The breakfast is decent, though, for the price. Conveniently located next to the Ark Encounter. No road noise from the highway. One Mexican-style restaurant located next to the property.

Laundry area smelled so bad I didn't even want to go inside. Breakfast area was so small we couldn't eat together. Literally like 8 or 9 chairs total. Coffee was so bad i couldn't drink it. Water from the water dispenser was yellow. Not recommended.

The front desk was very nice. The bedding and the pillows were nice. The whole place was totally rundown and old -many of the fixtures and lighting fixtures were broken, noisy loud. The worst part about the property is that it smelled and it was nothing that you could get rid of it comes with age it just smell like mildew. It’s hard to get past. I would never stay there again, but it was a good value. I would not recommend. you could definitely live with the broken old fixtures, but you can never get past the smell it is that bad every room had it.

This was an easy place to access. It is less than a minute from the Ark Encounter by car. It has a very friendly staff. The breakfast area is small but has a good variety of items for it's size. Downfall is the flooring is tile and not the cleanest. Every other part of the older style hotel was very clean and tidy.

Staff was very friendly and the pool was a nice and clean. The rooms looked clean but once in, the smell from the air conditioning was terrible. Also floors felt sticky. It could have been the humidity but the smell coming out of the air conditioner was awful!

This hotel is right next door to the Ark Experience but otherwise it is not a place to return to. Our room had black mold on the ceiling and another section was leaking. The staff was very nice and moved us to another room. The breakfast area was very small and crowded but the food was decent.

We did not stay after entering the room. This us very dated,the flooring was coming up and an old dirty rug to cover. We turned down the sheet and there was hair all over the blanket so we chose to leave. Do not recommend:(

This property is very close to the Ark Encounter and was full. We must have arrived last and was forced to park no where near our room. The room was small but clean. The bed closest to the AC was comfortable but challenging to sleep in with the air conditioning blowing on your head. Also, not wired to accommodate all the charging needs of a family.

The location of the property. Easy access to the interstate and the Ark Encounter is within walking distance. The staff were kind and accommodating. Even though there were many quests, the property was always clean. Our room was spacious and clean. The mattresses were a little hard and the water pressure in the shower was not very good.

Nice place to stay for a night if you planning to visit the Ark Encounter Park. The lady at the front desk was outstanding. She gave is all that she can. The room was outdated, some walls looks like cheap repairs were done. TV is old and the worst was the AC noise. That noise was just compared like to had a generator inside the room. Breakfast was excellent.

The front desk person was very helpful. We were surprised to have daily housekeeping. Almost nonexistent with hotel stays anymore. Clean and comfortable room. Good continental breakfast. Appreciated the help from staff in getting our luggage upstairs as there’s no elevator. Staff always polite and willing to lend a hand. Would recommend and stay here again. Within walking distance to the Ark Encounter.

The lady at the service desk really didn't want to be there. She wasn't friendly or helpful at all. I asked for extra pillows, without a word she went into another room and came back out and said, she'll get them. The other lady came out and said, they're over there,( pointing to a room across the parking lot,) you can go over there and I'll get them for you. Did I mention, I'm disabled and noted that when I booked the room. I followed her over there and got the pillows. Only 2 usable outlets in the room. One in bathroom and one next to bed. There were kids and adults loud and running up and down the walkway until 10pm.

The Ark Encounter was on my bucket list. We chose America's Best because it was very close and the Creation Museum was maybe a 25 minute drive from there. Close hi-way access, but very quiet. The room was simple. The bed was comfortable. Service was excellent including the continental breakfast. The Mexican Restaurant next door was really good too! We considered swimming in the pool, but didn't because it was unusually cool for the end of August. Would definitely recommend.

We loved how close this was to an amazing Mexican restaurant and the Ark! But even better was the wonderful staff and the clean rooms! We stayed 3 nights and our room was cleaned and beds made every day! There was always a smile on their face and I would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone! The price was great, and the hotel was excellent!

This property is an older two story motel. We stayed one night to go to the Ark Encounter. It was fine for that type of stay. This property is walking distance to the Ark. We found that Dry Ridge had all the eating places and shops.

Comfortable room but a little dated, which didn’t bother us Bathroom was huge. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice continental breakfast: fruit, whole grain bars, muffins, Golden Malted Waffles (awesome!), cereal, milk, juice, coffee, etc. Nice breakfast area. Friendly staff. A really good Mexican restaurant next door, otherwise had to travel about 5 miles or so for other restaurant options. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Price is excellent within the range if you only look for rest. This Inn is close to the Ark Encounter. You can walk to there and save for parking. Simple breakfast. Coffee tasted like water. Quiet environment but A/C made noise. There’s Mexican food restaurant which’s reasonable price.

Motel was better than expected. 1/4 mile from our destination at the Ark Encounter. Also had a wonderful Mexican restaurant almost ON the parking lot.
