Dejligt tæt på alt og ok morgenmad. Værelset var slidt og med gammelt inventar. Der var virkelig meget larm fra rengørings-og øvrigt personale. Da vi boede ved siden af deres lagerlokale. Blev vækket om morgenen kl. 5:40. Det er trist, når man er på ferie for at slappe af. Det var ikke muligt at benytte tagterrassen uden bordbestilling.

This is a nice hotel in a fantastic location -- in a quiet little piazza right near the Duomo where all the crowds are. Our family had two nicely furnished modern rooms, with comfy beds, shower and TV. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly generous, and there's even a roof top bar. Service is efficient. The only real problem is not enough elevators, which means you can be waiting a while to go anywhere.

Perfekt läge, vid mysigt lugnt torg precis bakom katedralen. Stort fint rum med vacker utsikt. Det enda negativa var att takterassen inte hade öppet pga regn. Bra pris som kanske beror på att hotellets storhetsdagar kanske passerat, om det varit topprenoverat hade det kostat väldigt mycket mer. För oss var det perfekt, förutom stängd takterass då och sega hissar.

Probably very very dated and unclean. Standard rooms Looks like they haven't been updated since the 1960's. Mold in bathroom. Mattress very old and sicken in the middle. Would not stay here again. Good location.

The hotel was in a convenient location but the hotel was poorly kept. We did book a traditional/dated room however the room was dirty and wasn’t well kept. The wallpaper was peeling and the bathroom was filthy - hairs, mould and limescale. EU plug adapters are also not compatible at the hotel, you need specific Italian adaptors which wasn’t stated on the booking meaning we had to find a shop to buy a new adaptor. We raised issues with the hotel staff but they were very dismissive and said that’s the way it is.

The hotel’s location was ideal—within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. While the rooms were a bit dated, the convenience and price made it worthwhile. We arrived late from the airport, quickly checked in, dropped our bags, and headed out for food. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we returned that we noticed the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned—there were marks in the bathtub, dirty taps, and grimy walls. On a positive note, the beds were quite comfortable. However, the radiator couldn’t be turned off, which made the room uncomfortably warm during the night. The breakfast had a good selection of gluten free items. The uncleanliness was overall really off putting and we would not stay again.

Air conditioner was not adequate to cool the small room during summer, only 1 lift was operational the 4 days we stayed for the entire hotel. The room we stayed was 712 and it’s really in need of a upgrade, bathroom door which is wood is warped on the bottom, sign of water damage. The only good thing going on is the location which is close to Duomo.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Right in the heart of Milan's shopping center, The Galleria. Unfortunately, the pictures of the rooms on Hotels.com didn't match the rooms we actually stayed in. The rooms we were given were fully functional but, dated.

The hotel was great, clean and excellent customer service. There was always someone on the desk when we went in and out. Our room was large and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The rooftop bar had a really nice atmosphere and stunning views. The location was right by the main shops, restaurants and Duomo Cathedral, but at the same time just tucked around the corner so it wasn’t too busy outside the hotel. Would definitely return and recommend.

Just adequate, need more desk attendants checking people in and out , Constantly while helping 1 guest another guest would interrupt and the desk attendant would be side tracked answering or helping another before finishing with the guest in front of them.

This is a very nice property with friendly staff and a good breakfast provided. It is quite convenient to a number of tourist locations and some nice restaurants. A very nice breakfast was offered. We were glad to stay here!
