Barceló Tenerife Royal Level

I stayed in Royal Level. Staff was great. Food was excellent. Very nice pool. Close to beach walkway.

Not c st place I have ever stayed for the price

Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package.

The concept of running a big hotel complex all inclusive and activities via application would be nice if the created app would work. We stayed for 5 nights and the application was not working at any point. We missed many activities because of the issue. The food was good, try especially different cheeses with honey. The smoothie buffet was so delicious. The hotel is nice, rooms spacious. You get a small workout every time you go somewhere as there are a lot of stairs anywhere you go. Taxi to airport costs around 20 euros, to Los Americas 30 euros. We chose all inclusive as there is nothing near this hotel. But our main thing was only to relax and enjoy sun and food. Beach towels could be changed at any time. You need taxi to go anywhere. There is a tiny shop at the hotel, but it has mostly souvenirs. Location near airport did not bother at all. Overall the experience was good, but will probably not return to this hotel.

I must admit l had a very enjoyable stay meals and entertainment was top notch. The only draw back was if you are a little infirm ,short of breath and find stairs a little overwhelmed this hotel is not for you . They have designed ramps to combat this problem as the hotel as it is built on an incline say that the facilities are of a five star hotel
