Two hours after we left we received a very rude phone call we were going to be charged $150 for pool towel cards we didn’t return at their front counter. We left them on the in our room but feel uneasy as the property never told us of this rule, emailed any check out information or this included on their papers we received. Most of their staff were very kind but this particular phone call interaction was very unpleasant. I’m nervous about additional fees. Also beach is not as good as other beaches the area offers. Wanted to purchase a Wyndham timeshare but hesitant after staying this time.

Our stay was amazing! The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly! All I can say is upon your check in just part your car! Everything is so comfortable and convenient. Anything you may need in this area is no more than 10 minutes up the strip. We’re already trying to plan to return soon. Lots of things to do and enjoy. Three br 2 bath unit with full kitchen and three balconies 😎

From the reservation staff, to the front desk staff, to the manager at Grand Vista bar, the rudeness and disrespect was by far the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel facility. If you book through a third party you are guaranteed to be treated poorly! They will try and charge you for hidden fees that aren’t applicable. The elevators were out of service during most of our stay. The rooms were less than clean with hair and dust bunnies all over the floor. The shower had mold on the ceiling. Other than location, the place is not worth the outrageous nightly fee they charge! We will definitely not be back!

They didn't clean me or change the towels. I always had the same ones and they charged me more than $250 just for cleaning. The apartment inside is all patched up with paint. I asked for a room facing the ocean and they didn't give it to me. More attention is needed for people who are Latinos because they serve Americans better.

What a horrible experience with emerald grande front desk staff and manager Sami! Very unprofessional and rude staffing. They do not deliver what they advertised. Condos very outdated, locks not working and balcony gates with huge gaps not safe for kids! Fans do not work on the rooms and mold is easily visible. They will not do housekeeping. No ocean view no pool view nor partially. Do not waste your hard earn money on this crappy property is not worth it.

Beautiful spacious unit with a spectacular view. I had an expectation of certain things I wanted in a vacation rental and this one met all my wants and needs. The decor was tasteful, comfortable, and updated. The view and outdoor balcomy space was spectacular even in cold January.

This is a wonderful resort whose location provides not only beautiful scenic views of the Bay, Crab island and the Gulf , the Emerald Grande 's guests can walk the Harbor Boadwalk which contains restaurants, shops and take in the views of the many boats and yachts that pass through. The staff was wonderful in the resort. From the moment my family and I walked in we saw smiling staff members who were always eager to assist. I would like to recognize Ms.Katie ( Australian accent ) whom provided us an outstanding overview of the area and answered all questions we had. During my 4 day stay she was so helpful, always acknowledging us and exchanging pleasantries. It was so refreshing to see such care being given to all of the guests . Ms Katie made us feel like it was home. I highly recommend the resort .

There was an issue with the room and the frond desk attendance was rude and not willing to help. Blame Expedia and I had to escalate to management to be able to get a satisfactory solution.
