This was our 4th stay at this hotel, and it is always our 1st choice when we are staying in Shenzhen. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is awesome - a great experience, every time! They allowed me to do early check In and also late check out smoothly! The furniture in the room is a bit old and need to renovate ! The housekeeping forgot to put Soap in the bathroom and I used the shower gel instead! The room is large and has a nice view and the people speaks 50% English.

For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen.

Easy access to the subway, lots of food choices and shopping. It is located in a very popular business district and is very crowded with locals. Hotel room was very good, spacious. I requested and got a room that was quiet, no traffic noises. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. A good choice for the price.

Good location near Dongmen pedestrian street. Helped to carry our luggage from the car and bring to the lobby. Also helped one of our elderly in wheel chair to get into the car. They gave us a bottle of wine and a plate of fruits even though we did not tell them one of us are celebrating her birthday. Very grateful to the service provided to us.

Great and helpful evening staff. Ok breakfast. Wifi in reception did not work and I could not order Didi to go to airport. Morning staff offered to help. Fortunately, I was unable to pay him on Alipay, due to no WiFi and no reception. Paid driver on Alipay when outside the hotel at half the rate the receptionist "helped" me with.

The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming they upgraded us for our wedding anniversary. We also had the breakfast which had a lot of variety of food which was lovely. It’s around the corner from the metro and also dongmen pedestrian street too which makes this a great hotel location!
