Was a small wait to check in as it’s just round corner at the bar, was given a sea view room with balcony which was very nice ( was £10 dearer on booking and not selected so classing as a nice upgrade) Bar area is very nice. Breakfast is served from 7.30 which is a little late and meant I couldn’t partake, would be great if you brought it forward to 6.30/7.00 for people who are staying for work and need to travel.

Reasonably new hotel, so all the facilities feel like they are in good condition. Good value for money. It’s self service check in / out / parking & this was simple to complete. The staff at breakfast couldn’t have been more helpful. There seemed to be a good supply of Ubers in the area which was very good.

Hotel was nice, really well situated and with loads of parking which was ideal. Room was nice and comfortable for a family of 4 for a couple of days, beds weren’t as firm as I’d normally like but didn’t have a bad sleep. The beach is across the road and is amazing although we didn’t have a view of it, not sure if the family rooms are available with that. We ate on the bar one night but wouldn’t eat there again. Having the breakfast option was good although we only had cereal and continental so can’t speak for the cooked breakfast.

Rooms were decent, and a good pub style restaurant below. Staff were friendly. Easy parking as well. One night was noisy, though, as there’s a event centre next door - I guess I could have done a bit more research.

Great hotel, exceptionally clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The only very small criticism is we went out of the hotel about 5pm where most of the tables had reservations on. Came back in at 8pm tables empty still with reservations on them. Maybe the reservation notice should state a time so people can use them up until that time as the bar area gets extremely busy. We could not find any seats so went elsewhere.

Good location, easy parking (and an EV charger), spacious room which was perfect with the kids, excellent breakfast. Staff were all brilliant throughout our stay - wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

A nice hotel in a sea front location. Large car park to the rear of the hotel. Used the hotel for a business trip. Rooms clean and spacious. Options of booking a sea front view and also came with a small balcony with a café table and chairs to be able to sit out on the evening Used the hotel for an evening meal. Nice selection of food and beers available. Good portions and service Breakfast was in with the room rate I selected. Good selection available, cooked options had to be ordered at the bar Overall a very enjoyable stay

We got off to a shaky start as the automated check in process was a but of a nightmare and the staff were all tied up with Sunday lunch. Following this however things picked up. The room was clean and had plenty of space and the property itself was in very good condition. Had an excellent carvery on arrival and breakfast was also really nice. After the initial slip up staff were very helpful and polite. There was plenty of parking and the registry process for parking was nice and easy. Well located and lots of options around for eating. One other niggle was the noise from the venue next door as our room was on the back and windows were not that sound proof. It did tend to finish about 9.30 so wasn't a major problem but I'm not sure if the weekend would go on longer. Will definitely be using again.

Nice place and location, however, room lights are not adequate so dark room, shower leaked, tv is mounted in a ridiculous location, automatic check in didnt work, and ev charger didnt work. Breakfast is famtastic.

This is a very good hotel. There are other restaurants around but to be honest we ate in the hotel because it had good food and very nice homey atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable, parking is easy and it does have a lift. Staff were very helpful. Would return.

Our room at the Seaburn Inn was light & comfortable, with a lovely sea view. The Inn's restaurant was busy and lively but this did not affect the bedroom accommodation, which was quiet. Great night's sleep and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Staff were very friendly. Dog friendly, too, which was ideal. Would definitely stay again.

The room was a car park facing room on second floor. Must of been near a Aircon or power unit which meant a low level humming noise all the time, very annoying and gave me a headache. Room was ok but for the price was below par really. Dining room nice but dirty, cleanliness could be better especially with dogs coming in.

Really lovely hotel. Nice bar and restaurant with great staff. Excellent location. Stayed in one of the double rooms with balcony and sea view which was fantastic. Couple of points for improvement I think. Firstly, our balcony looked as though it hadn't been swept as there were a few areas where there were little piles of food crumbs. Secondly, although bed was comfortable overall, the pillows were not the best and could certainly be improved. Neither of these issues really affected what was a great stay.

King size bed was just 2 single beds pushed together, we had to walk into a very busy bar in order to check-in and had to wait in line as it wasn't very well sign posted where to check in. Room was overall nice and clean, staff were friendly.

The stay was fine, as usual, except that in one of our rooms the heating was not working and the hotel was unable to provide any temporary heating solution. To be fair to the hotel for a variety of reasons we did not report the problem until early evening on the second day by which time their maintenance person was off duty. However I think they should have a standby heater of some sort to remedy in such circumstances.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was excellent with a very good shower. The room faced the sea and promenade and had a lovely glass fronted balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel itself seems very new and the breakfast was very good, free and served by very cheery staff. All in all, a very nice stay.

After the initial slip up staff were very helpful and polite. There was plenty of parking and the registry process for parking was nice and easy. Well located and lots of options around for eating. One other niggle was the noise from the venue next door as our room was on the back and windows were not that sound proof. This was our 2nd stay at the Seaburn Inn and are planning our 3rd. The staff are so friendly and so lovely. The rooms are so comfortable and so clean. We highly recommend this hotel and the food well it just tops it off 😋 x

I've stopped at the hotel twice before and had a fantastic stay, this stay wasn't as good but it was still good value for money, i contacted the hotel team by email to explain my issue but only received a holding reply, I'm not sure if i will book again.

The property is nice and clean, however the security staff can be rude when attempting to clear the bar. Kicking out guests when a taxi is en route to stand in the cold then immediately informing guests of the hotel who were sat with them to go to their rooms in an abrupt and rude manor only to be seen leaving, getting in a car and going home rather than waiting for their guests to be safely departed.

Hotel was nice, really well situated and with loads of parking which was ideal. Room was nice and comfortable for a family of 4 for a couple of days, beds weren’t as firm as I’d normally like but didn’t have a bad sleep. The beach is across the road and is amazing although we didn’t have a view of it, not sure if the family rooms are available with that. We ate on the bar one night but wouldn’t eat there again. Having the breakfast option was good although we only had cereal and continental so can’t speak for the cooked breakfast.

Superb location with the beach steps away. Restaurants close by, but the hotel food and drinks were fantastic! The included breakfast was superb with an amazing selection of hot and cold food. The staff were fantastic. We plan to stay here again! View of the beach was fantastic - we definitely recommend the balcony/sea view rooms. Super!

Rooms were decent, and a good pub style restaurant below. Staff were friendly. Easy parking as well. One night was noisy, though, as there’s a event centre next door - I guess I could have done a bit more research.

Was a small wait to check in as it’s just round corner at the bar, was given a sea view room with balcony which was very nice ( was £10 dearer on booking and not selected so classing as a nice upgrade) Bar area is very nice. Breakfast is served from 7.30 which is a little late and meant I couldn’t partake, would be great if you brought it forward to 6.30/7.00 for people who are staying for work and need to travel.

Great hotel, exceptionally clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The only very small criticism is we went out of the hotel about 5pm where most of the tables had reservations on. Came back in at 8pm tables empty still with reservations on them. Maybe the reservation notice should state a time so people can use them up until that time as the bar area gets extremely busy. We could not find any seats so went elsewhere.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, the room was a good size with a great view out to sea. 2 things let this stay down, the beds were very soft and uncomfortable, we know beds are a personal preference and we prefer a much firmer mattress, it is rare to find one so soft in a hotel these days. The second point was the food in the bar downstairs, choice was good, portion size was good and taste was good however the plates were cold so the food got cold really quickly and so took away the enjoyment of the meal, such a simple thing to rectify we were surprised the chef allows it to happen.
Hotel was clean and well maintained, the room was a good size with a great view out to sea. 2 things let this stay down, the beds were very soft and uncomfortable, we know beds are a personal preference and we prefer a much firmer mattress, it is rare to find one so soft in a hotel these days. The second point was the food in the bar downstairs, choice was good, portion size was good and taste was good however the plates were cold so the food got cold really quickly and so took away the enjoyment of the meal, such a simple thing to rectify we were surprised the chef allows it to happen.

En general, es buen hotel. Sería mejor si el personal fuera más atento con los huéspedes. Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mala, ambos cuartos siempre estuvieron llenos de polvo y los baños muy descuidados. Por otro lado, la ubicación y el restaurante son buenos. Parece ser el mejor hotel de la zona, por lo que deberían cuidar a los huéspedes e incrementar su trato y servicios.

Excellent hotel and bar and breakfast Lovely. However not sure why you allow dogs in the restaurant and breakfast area . Acouple next to me on a table were feeding their sausage dog under the table, spoilt my own breakfast somewhat. There was even a great dane in the bar the previous evening.

This is our 3rd year staying here as we come up to see family. Everything was as we expected and all the staff were really lovely. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. We had dinner on our first night which was very good. We stayed for 5 nights and had a balcony room which is always so amazing having a sea view.

This was our 4th stay at The Seaburn Inn. It is an amazing hotel to say at. The staff are so friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very clean with a view of the seafront if you choose a room with a view. The breakfast choice is amazing. They also have an excellent menu for meals for lunch/evening meals.
