The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.

Amazing resort. Loved all the free amenities (salt bath, unlimited alcohol, free drinks in the fridge). Not convenient to go to the beach very steep hill to go up and down to walk around from. Would be better if there was a pathway from the resort that can cut through.

一家三口來渡假，有地庫停車場🅿️免費停車整間的氛圍都充滿了香氣，而且以水做為主題，環境很舒服，美中不足的是小孩在18點後不能進游泳池，幸好房內有按摩泳池，小孩也玩得很開心。

フロント、レストランのほとんどの方は丁寧な接客をされていました。ただ、プールの女性スタッフひとりの方の挨拶、受け答えなど、やる気がなさすぎてがっかりでした。そして何より、宿泊する部屋に入った瞬間から、エアコンのカビ臭さ。吹き出し口奥にカビが付着していました。フロントに言おうかと思いましたが、恐らくどの部屋も同じだと思い、部屋交換も諦めました。2台あるエアコンのうちのカビがひどい方はチェックアウトまで止めていたので、暑かったです。また、ベッドもカビ臭く、建物全体が湿気が酷いのか、カビ臭い印象でした。貸出アイテムにジャグジー用のライトがあり、いざ使おうとしたら、電池切れですぐに消えるなど、笑えました。期間限定の花火だけは、期待以上で素晴らしかったです。残念ながら、二度と泊まることはないです。非常にコスパの悪い滞在となりました。

The room is clean and huge! We love the huge tub outside our room. Our whole family of 4 can fit into the tub! Everyday we have clean towels and a round of clean water. The front desk team is friendly and always ready to answer our queries. There are only 2 front desk kiosk. So if you come at the peak hour to check-in, the queue will be slow. For light sleeper, there's a tiny green light above our beds. I read someone talks about it on other reviews too. It is probably a smoke detector. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will have difficulty falling asleep. I stared at the green light for 3hours. Could have cover the light with a small dark tape/ sticker. The curtains dont close fully, bring some clothe pegs to clip it. The food at the Chinese restaurant is so-so. The chef probably use alot of MSG. Feel free to drive out for dinner or walk over to their sister hotel- Kafuu hotel (next door) for dinner.

ロケーションが大変良かった。ジャグジーもとても気持ち良かったです。虫が飛んでくるといやだなとおもいましたが、そんなことも全くありませんでした。この場所、この施設でこの価格は本当に良いホテルを見つけました。これからも沖縄に行くときは利用させていただきますね！

お部屋がとても広くて綺麗で快適でした。まさにリゾートホテルって感じでした！お手洗いがリビングからドアを3枚隔てている点が何とも言えないニーズに応えられていて素晴らしいです。私たちはホテルステイを楽しみたかったので、フカフカでゆったりめなソファと、ネットフリックスやAmazonプライムなどが視聴できる点も高評価です。楽しみにしていたプールは１つのプールの中で浅いゾーンと深いゾーンがありつまずいたり頭を打ちそうになったり、違う国の子供がとてもうるさかったのでプール自体を分けて欲しいと思いました。また、タイルがグリーンであるせいか、水の色も濁って見えて勿体無かったです。ただ、プールや部屋から見るサンセットは本当に忘れられないくらい素敵な時間でした。お部屋では備え付けのバスソルトを使いジャグジーに入りましたが、とてもいい香りで癒されました。細部にこだわっているところがまたリゾートホテルらしいです。朝食はチャイニーズレストランのバイキングで、どれもとっても美味しかったですが鰹のタタキが1番美味しかったです。10切れほど食べてしまいました。これのためにまた訪れたいくらいですが、それもありきで、ホテルが素晴らしかったのでまたぜひ宿泊したいです。

ナビが途中で終わるので　到着迄手間取った。最後の一つ前あたりに看板を是非ぜひ。中華系の朝食良し。2連泊して朝のお粥を違って楽しめた。お風呂とジャグジーも快適に楽しんだ。部屋が広くて、ベランダ、風呂、玄関、トイレの音が遮断されて　本当に快適なホテル。

We stayed here for our 13th wedding anniversary and while the facility is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, we canceled our return family trip because of the rude front desk agent upon my check in. I stood in the lobby looking around and he just stood there. No welcome, no greeting. I walked around looking for the front desk, only to discover in fact I was at the right place originally. We stayed here for our 13th wedding anniversary and while the facility is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous, we canceled our return family trip because of the rude front desk agent upon my check in. I stood in the lobby looking around and he just stood there. No welcome, no greeting. I walked around looking for the front desk, only to discover in fact I was at the right place originally. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air. A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.

この広さでこの値段はコスパいい。バスソルトのおかげか肌がツルツルになった。エレベーターにキーをかざす必要がなかったり、レストランは少ないし、広い敷地とかでもないので、ハイクラスホテルではないですが、逆に敷地内を動きやすいし、徒歩圏内にレストランもたくさんあるので問題ないです。チェックインアウトもスムーズです。

Nos alojamos aquí dos días como broche de oro de nuestra luna de miel. La habitación doble con vistas al mar era espectacular. Disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi en la terraza y de la barra libre de sales de baño. La habitación es enorme, las camas son muy cómodas. Los amenities maravillosos de gran calidad. El desayuno de estilo oriental es amplio y los sabores muy ricos. El aparcamiento gratuito es una gran ventaja. La zona tiene algunos restaurantes cerca, aunque el acceso al hotel es algo complicado al situarse por detrás del Kafuu, y es más conveniente ir en coche. Las piscinas están muy bien, pero el horario en mayo y junio, cuando anochece más tarde, es muy reducido, estaría bien que lo ampliasen hasta más tarde como hacen en julio y agosto.

The view is excellent. The beds are grand and comfortable, and I love the jacuzzi and the salt marche (get different flavors of salt for free at the lobby). There are lovely welcome drinks in the room and free drinks in the lobby. The bathroom and toilet are nice and clean. I especially love the entrance (玄關), which I can close the door to so I don’t have to look at the front door at night. I love the decoration and little ornaments (擺設) in the hotel as well. I spent three relaxing days, and I wish to come back again. Plus, Onna is a great choice in Okinawa if you’re visiting for the first time. Renting a car to explore the north and south is convenient, as both are about an hour away.

The room is clean and huge! We love the huge tub outside our room. Our whole family of 4 can fit into the tub! Everyday we have clean towels and a round of clean water. The front desk team is friendly and always ready to answer our queries. There are only 2 front desk kiosk. So if you come at the peak hour to check-in, the queue will be slow. For light sleeper, there's a tiny green light above our beds. I read someone talks about it on other reviews too. It is probably a smoke detector. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will have difficulty falling asleep. I stared at the green light for 3hours. Could have cover the light with a small dark tape/ sticker. The curtains dont close fully, bring some clothe pegs to clip it. The food at the Chinese restaurant is so-so. The chef probably use alot of MSG. Feel free to drive out for dinner or walk over to their sister hotel- Kafuu hotel (next door) for dinner.

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The food served at the restaurant on site was very delicious. The only downside is the lack of things to do at the resort. There was supposed to be a bar, but it was never open so there was nothing to do on site.
