Place is clean and staff were nice and helpful. Shower/ sink is annoying; you have to keep pressing the dispenser to get water. “Kitchen” doesn’t have sink or water. Very noisy all night because you are on a main avenue with people and cars all night.

Overall a great stay at an affordable pricCentrally located so it’s completely walkable. It needs some minor maintenance in the big women’s bathroom. The electric plugs were not working, so couldn’t use the hair dryer or hand dryer. That said there are two other smaller bathrooms where you can. The cleaning staff was great, they cleaned daily. I know because I stayed 4 nights. It’s also probably one of the only hostels that has 2 bed bunk bed dorms for women (that means it’s only you and one other woman). It seems a lot of people go for a the night so I didn’t really meet anyone. Ifyou’re looking for a hostel that has a community vibe, this might not be it. Or maybe it happens when you stay in rooms with more people. The staff was very attentive and diligent. Willing to help and guide you in the right direction to whatever you needed. The elevators worked, it has AC (although it still felt warm for my liking in the room)) the lobby is the coldest place you can be in Central Madrid. They had a pretty good lounge area to eat and work, mostly for that purpose. Didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it’s what I saw. They also hold your luggage for a fee if you check out and need that service. On the maintenance side it could also do with a magic eraser on the walls or a fresh coat of pain. The charger ir in the entrance where the staid go to the next floor could be changed to a newer one or use a deep clean. But it is still the coolest place in town!

El frío en la habitación es insoportable. El sistema de aire acondicionado es común para todas las habitaciones y lo tienen a una temperatura bajísima. Por la tarde bajamos a pedir que lo quitaran y sí lo hicieron, aunque la temperatura en la habitación es tan baja que no se notó mucho. Pero por la noche, cuando volvimos, lo habían vuelto a poner y la habitación estaba congelada. Bajamos a pedir que lo quitaran y el chico de recepción se negó porque dijo que otros clientes se quejan de calor (es incomprensible quejarse de calor, porque la temperatura es bajísima). Conclusión: toda la noche tapados con un edredón abrigado una noche del 1 de julio con 30 grados en la calle. Ni abriendo la ventana la habitación se calentaba un poco. Muy decepcionante todo este sistema.

Awesome location with lots of great places to eat and shop. Near the subway and train. Rooms are pretty bare with not very much space. The common area is very big to compensate. Hot showers. Not very social hostel, no activities/tours of anything of the sort.

Localização PERFEITA a melhor de Madrid pra TUDO…local sempre limpo e cheiroso… 1-Acho que os recepcionistas deveriam ser mais cordiais, mostrar as instalações no checkin … alguns deles nem se quer levantam da cadeira pra mostrar nada … fiquei 3 dias e nem sabia onde ficava a área da cozinha, alguns deles fingiam nem saber o idioma… 2-O ar-condicionado não funcionou durante os 3 dias que fiquei, mandei mensagem pra eles e informaram que não tinha problema mas realmente não funcionava. 3- eu não sei se é algum tipo de evento que rola mas o BARULHO é surreal durante alguns dias… parecia que tinha uma cavalaria nos corredores ou alguém com minha tamanca de madeira andar de cima.

Average, large and busy hostel at one end of Grand Via. It’s a great location and staff are good, but the hostel itself is average. Dorm beds have privacy curtains which is great, plus a light, ledge and socket. Shared bathroom facilities are clean and functional. For once, a towel is provided without an additional charge. There is a large communal area, but annoyingly there is no kitchen area. So there are no communal fridges to keep your drinks or food cool in hot weather, and no way to prepare any food. In a hostel of this size, they should have some form of kitchen or refrigerators. Overall it’s a good base to explore for a night or two, but probably not the best for backpackers.

In general the stay was ok. They had a microwave so that was quite convenient. I just didn't like the fact they did not have any refrigerator at all on the property which i needed to preserve an item.

Super localisation, lit confortable. Chambre très petite et douche pas bien nettoyée (amas de cheveux dans le coin).

共用のお手洗いではトイレットペーパーが下に置かれていたり、紙柄詰まって流せない状況だったりと衛生面はよく無いと感じました。 また、シャワーにおいてはシャワー部分が壊れていたので扱いにくいことや、髪の毛が沢山詰まっていました。 しかし周辺にスーパーマーケットやレストランもあり立地はとてもいいと思います。また、洗濯機などは安くクレジット対応、アイロンがあったりとてといいとおもいます。

Very dirty, so you can’t even put your clothes anywhere near/you have to dress in your bed - thankfully we found a smaller bathroom so just go to the small ones!

Excelente localização, portanto, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos. Recepção 24h, banheiro sempre limpos, colchão confortável. Me hospedaria novamente e já indiquei pra varios amigos.

Los baños estuvieron bastante sucios todo el domingo, no hubo mantenimiento. Y solo un wc disponible. Despues de las 23 horas no se respeto el silencio, deberian haber carteles que lo indiquen. Por lo demas personal muy amable y la cama muy limpia. Servicio de guardamaleta 3 euros, un poco caro.

Ambiente limpo e tranquilo. Fácil acesso.

O hostel tem um otimo custo beneficio e otima localizacao. Porem o banheiro compartilhado estava muito sujo todas as vezes que utilizei. Cama um pouco dura, e roupa de cama de qualidade.

This was the best experience that I had in a hostel. The staff are super nice, the room was big, the bed was very comfortable. It was the best quality-price ratio for a hostel that I experienced.

It’s in the perfect location. We stayed in a private room in the corner of the building. It was really nice. The curtains were hard to manage and partial broken, but it was a very nice place to stay, for 2 people. Great city vibes too!

Great things about this place is the curtain privacy, towels and locks provided, and the convenience of the location. Staff were helpful. What was ok about the place was the bathroom. Hardly any room in the shower. Most were were broken. Bathroom stuffy. No air circulation. Only one type of soap for hands/body/shampoo. Doors to the room were loud. There's no common courtesy in the rooms. People talking at all hours of the night. My five nights there was exhausting.

Un hotel muy céntrico y fácil acceso de llegada y salida para el aeropuerto, el check in un poco frío le tuve que decir 3 veces hola a la recepcionista para que dejara el celular, las camas son grandes aunque en litera de abajo de se tiene muy poco espacio en altura por lo que uno se puede pegar en la cabeza varías veces

Welcome experience in Madrid where hotels are not plentiful. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Every thing modern. Locker padlock iffy. I would stay here again.

¡Una experiencia inolvidable por un precio increíble! Este hotel superó por completo mis expectativas. Por el precio que pagamos, recibimos muchísimo más de lo esperado. Para nuestra sorpresa, nos ofrecieron un *upgrade a una suite*, lo que elevó la experiencia y realmente marcó la diferencia en nuestro viaje. El *personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento*. En varias ocasiones necesité un cargador y no dudaron en prestármelo, lo cual fue un gran gesto de hospitalidad. Quiero hacer una *mención especial a Richard (creo que era su nombre)*, quien nos atendió con una actitud excelente. Nos contó que es de Venezuela, y se nota que pone pasión en lo que hace. ¡Un verdadero ejemplo de buen servicio! Sin duda volvería y recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque calidad, comodidad y atención impecable sin gastar una fortuna y con la mejor ubicación en Madrid!

Me encantó el staff. Súper amigables y le buscaban la vuelta a todo. Las habitaciones limpias al igual que el baño. No hacía nada de ruido aún estando Justo en la Gran Vía. La cercanía a las estaciones de Metro y Bus estaban a menos de 2 minutos caminando. Volvería a hospedarme en una futura ocasión. Todo el personal del lobby súper mega amables.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hostel am anfang der Gran Vía. Rund ums Hostel gibt es viele Restaurants und Geschäfter. Trotz zentraler Lage war es ruhig im Zimmer. Ein perfektes Hostel um die Stadt zu entdecken. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder dürften mal wieder überarbeitet werden aber es sind eher kleinere Mängel.

I really liked my stay there but the lockers aren’t safe! My door didn’t work for a whole night & half a day and so I hot into a lot of trouble getting back to my bed (the batteries of the door weren’t charged so they had to be recharged and ih took them hours to do it).one of my FlipFlops was stolen because I didn’t lock them in. The reaction of the staff wasn’t really what I expected because they were really chill about it and just looked for them in one place where they thought it could be. In every other way the hostel was very good to stay although there aren’t really vegan options at the breakfast (only soy milk and jam with toast).

Nice location. Lobby too dark. Walls, tables and sofa, everything black, no decor. Comfortable bed, Two windows in bedroom, but only one functioning. Poor ventilation. Female bathroom with 6 showers, but only two working not very well. Hard to maintain the water flow and stable temperature. Sinks and showers equipped with metered push buttons that supply water for less than a minute and were under repair. Continental breakfast was marginal, only coffee from machine was good. Good wifi.

Camas confortáveis, quarto Limpo diariamente, café da manhã bom mas pelo preço de 10 euros poderia ser um pouco melhor. Roupas de camas e banho brancas limpas e perfumadas. Banheiro grande com vários Box e água quente, secador de cabelo. Como rodízio de mulheres no banheiro é muito alto, acho que a limpeza deveria ser ao menos duas vezes ao dia. A limpeza só acontecia uma vez por dia

Got a private room and it was sufficient. No bells or whistles and all the walls looked like they could be wiped down (scuff marks), one of the sinks leaked onto the floor so I just didn’t use it. Dropped some change under the bed and found a lot of dust on retrieval. Thought the rooms could use a good overall clean. One big plus was barely any street noise due to the good windows.

Room was huge, beautiful windows and views. Well situated. Decent breakfast.

O hostel é bem localizado. Fica na Gran Via com estação de metrô bem perto, lojas e restaurantes. O café da manhã custa 6 euros e achei um preço justo.

La habitacion perfecta, el personal excelente, la ubicacion inmejorable y el desayuno correcto. El baño de la habitación grande, con ventanas al exterior, y como pega bastante frío, no tiene calefactor y para ducharte por la mañana ...
