We booked this property to have access to a pool, the ad led me to believe it was an indoor pool. The kids were very excited to have that as an option to play. NO INDOOR POOL! Plus, I booked king beds and they did not have any when we arrived. We were VERY disappointed with the pool issue and the bed arrangements. The hotel was VERY clean and the breakfast was nice. I was disappointed with our stay. They seemed to discount our booking problems because we booked on Expedia. They even said several other people had the same complaints. I may not use the site again.

This is a very nice hotel for downtown Anderson on par with peer hotels closer to the Clemson area. The breakfast amenity and pool are excellent.

Beautiful new hotel. Our room is spacious with lots of drawers, counter space, and closet for luggage. Lots of thoughtfully-placed electrical outlets for plus, device charging, etc. Bright bathroom, very clean. Overall, great little place to stay.

During check-in the staff seemed annoyed and was really pushy with the Hilton honors program. The beds are tiny. Had i known, i would have booked a king. Other than that, the room was awesome. It's in a cute safe area with some nice restaurants.

This place is Nice! The staff is great, and the amenities are amazing. It's downtown, which means lots of places to shop and eat. It gets bumped from 5 stars to 4 because it's next to a fire and police department, which means regular sirens at all hours.

Requested late checkout and told could checkout at 1. Room broken in to 3 times lock popped while dressing. Threatening call made to room we needed to leave at 12 or we would be charged another day. Both dressing and showering to leave as fast as we could. Beautiful property but staff is ruining this location. Called complaint line.

The moment we walked in, the front desk personnel Shea greeted us and helped us get our room. She remembered our names and greeted us anytime we were spotted. We had a one night stay for a wedding but this is by far the best stay I have ever had at a hotel. I wish we had more time to enjoy this hotel and the area around it. Thank you Shea for being the topping on the cake.
