The staff is always wonderful. The pool and sauna area are fabulous. I haven’t done breakfast yet. I always enjoy sitting at the bar. The kids loved the game room. It’s so central and very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The only thing that could be a little better is having the TV switch Abel into English language When there are programs on TF one in English. Fantastic hotel, and really pretty.

This is a top class hotel. It is situated right in the centre of a lovely Loire town with ample free parking. We had a superior room, which was very good value and extremely spacious. We especially appreciated the large bath, a rarity in French hotels.

Très, très bien pour une nuit en voyage d'affaire, spa/hammam pour se détendre après une grosse journée c'est top. Resto de l'hôtel un peu cher, surtout vu la localisation mais service très pro et quali. Bar idem

Bel hotel au niveau décoration et équipements. Notre chambre n'était malheureusement pas prête a notre arrivée en fin d'après-midi. Les lits etaient confortables et nous avions tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre. Le spa est bien, on a bien aimé le hammam. il manquait cependant de serviettes sur place et l'eau de la douche était glacée. Les drinks au bar étaient très bons.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une très belle vue sur la cité Royale avec parking juste en face de l'hôtel. Superbe séjour à l'hôtel, piscine et soins SPA extra (même si le hammam était techniquement hors service lors de notre séjour. Merci pour les cocktails au bar en dédommagement ), une très belle table au restaurant de l'hôtel (La cour des Saveurs) et super petit-déjeuner (buffet english extraordinaire). Une belle équipe avec un service avec une mention spécial pour l'humour du jeune barman aussi au service au restaurant.

Belle et grande chambre avec un grand lit confortable, une belle salle de bain et du rangement. Chauffage/Clim efficace, bon wifi, 2 bouteilles d'eau d'accueil, peignoirs dans la chambre. Personnel sympa et grand parking gratuit. Le spa est agréable mais la piscine trop fraiche. Nous avions une chambre juste au dessus de la route donc assez bruyante et le rideau occultant est peu efficace. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de frigo.

Hôtel et service parfait. Le restaurant était super bon et surprenant. Le spa est super avec le hammam. Le seul bémol que l’on a remarqué est la présence de trace de moisissures sur les joints de la douche. La douche en elle même était néanmoins très propre. Et pour finir, le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Je n’ai jamais eu un petit déjeuner d’hôtel aussi complet et avec des produits frais ! Je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel !

Etage mit insgesamt vier Zimmern, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett im Dachgeschoss und ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten plus separates Bad und separate Toilette auf der unteren Ebene. Allerdings: keine Sitzgelegenheit, kein Kühlschrank. Die Fenster waren nur Dachluken, das Bad stank entsetzlich, die Dusche wurde seit Jahren nicht renoviert. Die Fugen hatten dunklen Schimmel in den Ecken und die "Regendusche" hatte ca. 70% aller kleinen Löcher in der Dusche durch Kalk verstopft. Keine Ahnung, weshalb sowas nicht mal ordentlich gereinigt und auf Vordermann gebracht wird. Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Der Kaffee aus einer entsetzlichen Maschine und außer Croissants, die sehr gut waren und Fromage Blanc, konnte ich nichts französisches an dem Frühstück feststellen. Es gab noch nicht einmal Aprikosenkonfiture.

A beautiful property in a great location in the center of Loches, a medieval town. The rooms were adequate but could have had a few more amenities for a 4 star hotel. The hotel seems that it needs to be better managed: welcome at the reception was not great, there were no more towels at the spa and in the room, the shower stall could have been cleaner in the corners.So all in all it could be an amazing hotel but it lacks some key components still.

Vackert hotell och perfekt läge till stan, bara korsa parkeringen så är man där. Vi bodde i ena tornet i familjesvit, plats för 5. Jättebra sängar o stort badrum. Städningen var dock undermålig för ett ställe som kallar sig premium. Fläckar i mattan o på väggarna, spindelväv och kryp i rummet, kalkavlagringar på badrumsväggar etc Wifi fungerade också väldigt dåligt.

The hotel is beautiful. It was renovated about 5 years ago but it is still fully carpeted, which wasn’t the best. Also, our room was on the top floor and did not have a functioning window. The room was extremely hot and no a/c.

Great location in the centre of Loches. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. We had a "Standard Room, queen bed" which transpired to be on the 2nd floor under the roof. Things to Note: 1. There may not be a fridge in the room (ours was too small to allow, but cant tell if this was true for all rooms). 2. You may be allocated a room on 2nd floor which is under the roof and may contain interesting wood beams but will only have a velux window and no view. 3. The Parking offered is in the public square outside the hotel. Spaces are free but cannot be guaranteed.

We liked the spacious accommodations - two floors (rather unique) plus another small bedroom within the same suite. We also appreciated impressive architectural details with huge ceiling beams. Parking is conveniently located in front of the hotel and plentiful. Location is excellent and old town and restaurants are just an easy walk away. Hotel and room are in excellent condition and bathroom is luxurious. The only suggestions would be to add a compact refrigerator in the bedroom and also to have some small bar soaps ( we found the liquid soap bottle not functioning properly and not everyone likes the liquid soap option).

Fantastic location in there heart of the beautiful small town of Loches, with views towards the Royal Citadel. Our room had a huge balcony with the same fantastic view as from the main terrace, perfect for a late in-room breakfast. Modern decor inside a beautifully restored 19th Century building. We purchased our tickets for the visit at the hotel and walked to the site. We had diner outside on the terrace, very good cuisine, service is a but junior and not all are English speakers. I am always hesitant when I see "Best Western" in front of a hotel in France, but now I understand the "Premier" brand. 100% recommend.

Chambre impeccable et très bel hôtel où l'on vient souvent. Un peu plus de chaleur et d'amabilité à l'accueil en journée (car le monsieur du soir lui était charmant) serait appréciable. Quand on vient dans un établissement de ce standing, on a quelques attentes ;)

The staff is always wonderful. The pool and sauna area are fabulous. I haven’t done breakfast yet. I always enjoy sitting at the bar. The kids loved the game room. It’s so central and very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The only thing that could be a little better is having the TV switch Abel into English language When there are programs on TF one in English. Fantastic hotel, and really pretty.

This is my new favourite hotel in France, great reception team who sorted a problem out for me, nice restaurant with great staff, comfy beds, it was so nice I made a stop on the way home, Loches is a lovely town as it’s so alive, can’t wait to visit again, thank you .

Great property in a very convenient square close to town centre. Free parking at front of property. Lovely terrace to have both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful choice for breakfast to suit all tastes. Dinner was ok, starters delicious but both mains were lacking. Lamb was chewy and fish overcooked and lacked seasoning. Good wine list. Staff very friendly and helpful with good sense of humour. Would definitely stay again.

Bâtiment magnifique Bel hôtel avec de belles prestations Nous avons passé 3 jours parfaits et c’est un lieu idéal pour aller découvrir tous les châteaux environnants. Ne pas oublié le domaine de Chaumont et le festival de la rose à Chedigny !! Seul bémol, la personne à l’accueil ce week-end.. à peine bonjour et qui ne lève pas la tête de son écran d’ordinateur. Heureusement un jeune stagiaire était là et tres prévenant et lundi à l’accueil il y avait une personne chaleureuse et accueillante.

2 night stay. Loches is a wonderful town. Hotel is very clean and front desk service excellent. Room was very clean and well equipped. Did not have breakfast but did have evening meals in the restaurant. Food very good if a bit pricey. Only 4 stars as service on last night in bar and restaurant was very slow and staff were seemingly disorganised. Rooms pricey as not including breakfast but a good base to stay.

Très bon accueil du veilleur de nuit car arrivée tardive. hotel majestueux et très belle déco. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec du choix. Par contre le personnel n'était pas à la hauteur du lieu. Les serveurs se prenaient les remarques désobligeantes de leur hiérarchie devant les clients et quand avons quitté l'hotel la réceptionniste nous a signalé que nous devions un supplément de 25€ pour notre petit chien (Jack Russel_8kg) alors que son collègue la veille nous avez demandé de réglé notre séjour complet pour que le check out se fasse rapidement. Je m'étais assuré à la réservation que l'établissement accepté les animaux et je n'ai pas vu de prix donc quelle a été ma surprise de payer une telle somme. La réceptionniste nous a dis "mon collègue n'a pas bien fait son travail" en omettant de compter notre chien. Ces incidents ont gachés notre plaisir d'être dans un lieu si magnifique. Dommage car cela ne nous a donné aucune envie de revenir. Pour info, je fréquente dans le cadre professionnel la chaine Best western en France et à l'étranger.

Très déçu par notre séjour, malgré le fait d’avoir prévenu que nous arrivions tard dans la nuit, personne à l’accueil. À notre arrivée, j’ai eu le temps de me promener dans la salle de restaurant dans la cuisine, ainsi que dans la totalité de l’hôtel, impossible de trouver quelqu’un pour nous donner notre clés… Il était certes 4h40 mais pour une réception 24/24h, même en appelant sur le portable de l’accueil et le fixe personne n’a répondu. et Après de longues recherches à 5h30 nous avons pu regagner notre chambre, après 50 minutes à déambuler. Au paiement du petit déjeuner le matin aucun désolé, aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, simplement la personne à l’accueil qui nous a indiqué qu’elle mènerait son enquête, mais bon ça ne satisfait pas un client.

This is a top class hotel. It is situated right in the centre of a lovely Loire town with ample free parking. We had a superior room, which was very good value and extremely spacious. We especially appreciated the large bath, a rarity in French hotels.

Great location in the centre of Loches. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. We had a "Standard Room, queen bed" which transpired to be on the 2nd floor under the roof. Things to Note: 1. There may not be a fridge in the room (ours was too small to allow, but cant tell if this was true for all rooms). 2. You may be allocated a room on 2nd floor which is under the roof and may contain interesting wood beams but will only have a velux window and no view. 3. The Parking offered is in the public square outside the hotel. Spaces are free but cannot be guaranteed.

Hôtel et service parfait. Le restaurant était super bon et surprenant. Le spa est super avec le hammam. Le seul bémol que l’on a remarqué est la présence de trace de moisissures sur les joints de la douche. La douche en elle même était néanmoins très propre. Et pour finir, le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Je n’ai jamais eu un petit déjeuner d’hôtel aussi complet et avec des produits frais ! Je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel !

L’installation de cet hôtel dans un magnifique ancien palais de justice est une vraie réussite. La chambre était très confortable et très propre, tout comme la salle d’eau. Le parking gratuit qui se trouve juste devant l’établissement est également très pratique. Une dernière chose : le petit-déjeuner est remarquable. Et, s’il fait beau, le prendre en terrasse est un vrai plaisir.

Merci pour les cocktails au bar en dédommagement ), une très belle table au restaurant de l'hôtel (La cour des Saveurs) et super petit-déjeuner (buffet english extraordinaire). Une belle équipe avec un service avec une mention spécial pour l'humour du jeune barman aussi au service au restaurant.

Hotel was in a beautiful building. Staff were professional, attentive and organised. We ate in the hotel and had a lovely set dinner choice with a perfect wine recommended. Breakfast was not great, especially for €19 per person, but that was ok in the overall stay. We’d happily stay there again and would recommend.

The hotel is lovely. In a perfect setting. Very let down by its breakfast. Nothing was available. We waited for 20 minutes before giving up. The restaurant in the evening is nice but they could do with some other dinning options as very upper tier food perhaps offer a bar menu

What a perfect stay the staff are amazing Elizabeth did everything possible to make us happy and upgraded our room so we had more space for the dog, the hotel is very dog friendly as well.

A very grand building in the centre of Loches. I have never failed to get a parking space in the public car park (free) opposite. Lovely staff, beautifully clean, big comfortable bed, huge shower, 3 minutes walk to the beautiful old town and it's shops, bars and restaurants.
