This place is AWESOME!!! It’s perfectly clean, adorably decorated, spacious, and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a nice treat after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the village shops, restaurants, and slopes. The host was quick to respond and check in and check out went smoothly. We would definitely book this place again! Highly recommend!!!

The upstairs neighbor is awake around 4:00 AM everyday and bangs around incessantly. It is so loud it seems as though it is done on purpose. So, Unfortunately on our vacation we were up everyday at 4:00 AM, we were exhausted and worn out by this. I would never stay here again, EVER. The host was nice, the place was exactly as described but unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The host provides a sound machine in the bedroom to try and help, unfortunately you can not cover thumping and banging - it had zero effect. We contacted the host who said it must be a loud renter, it is not. The upstairs neighbor lives there. Renter be ware.

Our crew of five (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 8 year old) had an amazing stay here! Overall, we loved the convenience of the location and the amenities and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (mom idk what the place is called but it goes here). The condo was a short (about 7 minutes with ski boots) walk to the ski school meeting place, bunny hill, and access to the full mountain through chair 6, though the walk does include 3 flights of stairs and a street crossing. The condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator or escalator, just an outside staircase. It’s about a 1 minute walk from a bus stop so its easy to get anywhere in Vail Village without a car. The interior was clean and well furnished and was super well stocked. The kitchen was small but nice with a working dishwasher, oven, and various small appliances (we especially appreciated the kettle and teapot) and there was a spacious living room with a pull out couch. The bedrooms have sleep number beds, a fun novelty. Our biggest complaint was that the showers were physically very hard to turn on and off and it was hard to get hot water. Beyond that, the bathrooms were fine. Check in and check out were smooth and painless. Laundry machines are in the same building. The machines are supposed to be operated by an app or by quarters, but the app does not work and there is NO COIN MACHINE and many local shops were hesitant to exchange cash for quarters. Trash cans were on the stairs and simple to access. We recommed!

Location couldn't have been better. The condo is right near Vail Village and an easy walk to either Golden Peak or the Gondola. Parking was right out front, but only time we left was to pick up groceries a few miles away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The condo was very well appointed. Picked up over 2 feet of snow while we were there which was the icing on the cake! Randy was very responsive whenever we had questions.

This is a perfect 1BR 1.5 bath within a 5 min walk to Vail Village! Heather and Cameron were great and easy hosts making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out instructions are very clear and easy which isn’t always the case. The condo was super clean, and it was great having access to do laundry as we stayed almost a week. We skied 5 days, and it was a short hike to Gondola One or Riva Bahn depending on where we wanted to start our day. The free bus stop is also right by the condo if you want to head over to Lionshead. Easy walk to all of Vail’s wonderful restaurants when we headed back out for the evening! Highly recommend staying here!

Property is just as described. Clean, central location, and we were able to walk everywhere in Vail right out the door. Great benefit to park the car in a designated spot and no need to drive. We had a wonderful experience. Everything that was described was true. It was beautifully decorated, lush linens and towels. Ice maker, kuerig with pods, beautiful and warm fireplace. We definitely will come back!

Nice location for our fall visit, everything worked fine. There is construction going on in the building which was a bit noisy and the parking spaces are terrible so be warned/arrive early

The place was as advertised. Very expensive but thats to be expected in Vail Village. Laundry advertises a no charge credit but that doesnt work when you use the app it says the promotion has expired. No big deal but don't advertise what you can not deliver. Whoever lives directly above this unit is up by 5AM and it's loud and wakes you up but they leave by 6.Again, pretty much what we expected. Location is really nice.

This place is an absolute treat. First off, the location is fantastic. You're a couple of minutes away from Golden Peak, one minute away from a bus stop, and maybe 3-5 minutes from Vail Village. Really can't do much better.The condo itself is fantastic. Very well furnished with high quality decor, furniture, and appliances. Great kitchen, great living room, great bathrooms, great bedrooms. Great all around. The unit is right on the creek in a beautiful spot. Parking is easy as could be.I have zero complaints and would rebook this place right now if it was available yet for next year!

This is a perfect location. The condo was spotless. There was absolutely nothing additional you would need to stay here. The kitchen was meticulously stocked with tools, cookware, spices, coffee, and bottled water in the frig. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and toilet tissue options that felt like we were at home. The king bed was so cozy, and the pillows were the best. Heather responded immediately with a check in question. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a weather concern and needed to get home. We highly recommend this property!

4.5 stars. The condo is perfectly located in the heart of Vial. The owners were easy to work with and responsive to our needs. The decor was very nice and condo had everything we needed. We loved the creek and location. Here are 2-things that kept me from giving this property a 5-star rating. The couch and shower. The couch needs to be replaced. It was stained and uncomfortable. For the shower - there is a fancy shower head but it is stuck on a setting that has minimal water flow.

We loved every minute of our stay in this condo. Everything about it was extremely clean and felt fresh and updated. I enjoyed spending time by the fireplace looking out at the snow near the creek behind the unit. You can easily walk to anywhere in Vail Village- including ski lifts- within minutes. Check in and out were easy and the owners were super responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. We look forward to coming back to Vail and will definitely rent this condo again!

My family of three stayed here President's weekend for 5 days. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is super clean, well furnished and stocked for meal preparation and nights in. The unit is also more spacious than expected. The location is the real selling point of the property though. Right on the edge of Vail village, the stores and restaurants are a couple blocks away. The apartment also affords easy access to both the base of the mountain in the main village, as well as the Golden Peak area where our daughter was in ski school. Randy, the owner, was an impeccable host, who went above an beyond to make sure we were comfortable in their home, even checking in on how were enjoying all the snow we were lucky enough to be getting during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit, and we are hopeful that we return again next year.

Beautiful, luxurious condo! Very comfortable and a great view. I thought the photos showed a patio but there wasn’t any outdoor area, which was slightly disappointing. But we very much enjoyed our stay!

Good location to both Golden Peak and Vail gondola. The property manager mis-represented association dog policy, where others had dogs and our service animal was denied access. Also neighbor that had noise past 10:00pm disturbing the master bedroom. Otherwise everything was very nice.

The condo is very well maintained and was very comfortable. Convenient location for skiing and restaurants. Parking spot out front was great bonus. Floor upstairs a bit creaky but did not affect sleeping all. Great deal for in town ski trip!

Perfect location! Maybe a 10 min walk to gondola one. 5 minute walk and your in vail village. Bed was super comfortable; which was perfect after a long day on the slopes and Towels were plush… it’s the small details for me, lol. Host were very attentive and even messaged us since we had a snow storm coming one. Perfect location! Maybe a 10 min walk to gondola one. 5 minute walk and your in vail village. Bed was super comfortable; which was perfect after a long day on the slopes and Towels were plush… it’s the small details for me, lol. Host were very attentive and even messaged us since we had a snow storm coming one. And might I mention they own one of our favorite restaurants; el Segundo ( gotta get the Korean Beed Tacos Will stay here again!

The place was as advertised. Very expensive but thats to be expected in Vail Village. Laundry advertises a no charge credit but that doesnt work when you use the app it says the promotion has expired. No big deal but don't advertise what you can not deliver. Whoever lives directly above this unit is up by 5AM and it's loud and wakes you up but they leave by 6.Again, pretty much what we expected. Location is really nice.

Recently remodeled condo in an ideal location in Vail. Ground floor unit by Gore Creek is quiet and private. Stays nice and cool on hot summer days. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed and bedding are super comfortable. Full bath plus 1/2 bath is very convenient. We will be back to this condo.

This place is an absolute treat. First off, the location is fantastic. You're a couple of minutes away from Golden Peak, one minute away from a bus stop, and maybe 3-5 minutes from Vail Village. Really can't do much better.The condo itself is fantastic. Very well furnished with high quality decor, furniture, and appliances. Great kitchen, great living room, great bathrooms, great bedrooms. Great all around. The unit is right on the creek in a beautiful spot. Parking is easy as could be.I have zero complaints and would rebook this place right now if it was available yet for next year!

The condo was well-stocked, super clean, and very comfortable for the two of us. The lifts were an easy walk to Gondola One, about 5 minutes. The condo is in Vail Village, making dining, shopping, and apres-ski very convenient. Heather was great at all communications, and check-in and check-out were simple. We would stay here again!

Everything was great. You can walk to the Riva Bahn lift from the condo. Takes less than five mins. The owners’ communication was excellent. The space provided is clean and well stocked. We cooked breakfast daily, but you could easily make dinner as well. The view of the creek out back is nice.,

Property is just as described. Clean, central location, and we were able to walk everywhere in Vail right out the door. Great benefit to park the car in a designated spot and no need to drive. Having the Gore River flowing directly outside was lovely. Easy checkin and responsive communications with owner. Thank you!

This place was so perfect we came back! The best place ever to stay! Close walking distance to everything, clean and cozy with very comfortable beds and linens. We stayed 4 nights in this wonderfully furnished property. Kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean. Beds and linens were very comfortable. We asked for an early check in, and the property management Berkshire Hathoway were very friendly and helpful. I do have to say the Location was the best!!! Walking distance to Vail village and the golden peak gondola was very convenient!!! We would love to stay again!! I

We loved every minute of our stay in this condo. Everything about it was extremely clean and felt fresh and updated. I enjoyed spending time by the fireplace looking out at the snow near the creek behind the unit. You can easily walk to anywhere in Vail Village- including ski lifts- within minutes. Check in and out were easy and the owners were super responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. We look forward to coming back to Vail and will definitely rent this condo again!

My family of three stayed here President's weekend for 5 days. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is super clean, well furnished and stocked for meal preparation and nights in. The unit is also more spacious than expected. The location is the real selling point of the property though. Right on the edge of Vail village, the stores and restaurants are a couple blocks away. The apartment also affords easy access to both the base of the mountain in the main village, as well as the Golden Peak area where our daughter was in ski school. Randy, the owner, was an impeccable host, who went above an beyond to make sure we were comfortable in their home, even checking in on how were enjoying all the snow we were lucky enough to be getting during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit, and we are hopeful that we return again next year.

Loved this little spot. Been coming to Vail for 10 years and Heather’s place was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. Felt like a boutique hotel, with lots of thoughtful extras that made it feel comfortable and homey as well. I had a few questions on arrival and Heather was immediately available. Highly recommend this place.

We got charge 200 dls for something we didn’t do. The location is good, 10 to 15 minutes walk to gondola 1, just a couple blocks from the peatonal part of Vail. We are a family of 5 and the location for 4, so the host was looking for us all the time, and my younger daughter stayed with my brother in vail village. Since then I guess she wanted to charge us more, but any way my daughter stayed somewhere else. Then the last day, just one hour prior to leave, I got a message that I didn’t paid the last 20%, and she was telling me it was my responsibility, I agree, but just as I didn’t notice it, she also didn’t until that day, and paid right when she told me, and she threatened to charge 150 for that, but it was VRBO who didn’t charge me. Then out of nothing, she said we broke a piece of furniture we only opened to take a blanket of. If you stay there, just be aware she will be spying on you, and look at any little detail of the property, or she will blame it on you, and she will be trying to take extra money from you one way or the other. Also be prepare to read a book of rules, and then if they are not followed by others, we parked on the spot she told us, and one day someone was there, so I contar the host by message and phone call, and she replied 2 hours late, so I had to leave the car on a public parking that day, as I didn’t want to be towed. Any way, the location is good, the condo ok, if you are skiing leave your skis on a shelter, as she won’t allowed boot

Ideal location less than 5 minute walk to both the lifts and the village but quiet at night. The condo is recently updated with well stocked new kitchen and new baths. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to pre visit questions. Have stayed at several places in Vail over the past five years and this place and location is hard to beat for the price. Will be back!
