Çatıda bi havuz var ve manzarası mükemmel. Odaları da çok güzel ve konforluydu. Alt katında da sauna, buhar odası ve bir de kapalı havuz vardı. Konumu İzmir'in tam kalbinde. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltı da alın derim çünkü deniz manzaralı restoranında çok keyifli oluyor.

My friends and I traveled to Izmir for holiday and absolutely loved our stay at the Marriot. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and never hesitated to provide accommodations when necessary. The amenties and facilities were beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint is that youre unable to get in the pool after 6pm on the weekends because of the pool parties. My friends and I ended up going to the indoor pool downstairs instead, but we would have enjoyed sitting in the pool and watching the sunset.

Man wird gezwungen dem Personal das Auto zu geben um es parken zu können. Weil im umkreis von 500m das Hotelpersonal die Parkplätze blockieren. Und dir die Möglichkeit nicht geben selber das Auto zu Parken. Ich musste ca 60 euro zusätzlich fürs parken bezahlen für 7 Tage.

Eylul de 2 gece ve 2 oda. Beklenti altında, e check in olmasına rağmen akşam giriş yapılırken ayni işlem için beklememiz ve tkr yapılması, oda temizliği zayif, check out da tam kaos ağırlıklı yabancı turlarla herkes aynı anda çikiş. Yataklar rahat odalar ok, havuz iyi.

Employees were all very friendly and happy to help, would prefer for the price if breakfast could be included. Not sure if I just got u lucky but my room wasn’t up to standard, drain was blocked (which they did come sort), wooden floor was lifting in the room and the shower head needs replacing. Stunning roof top pool.

Stayed here 3 times now & 2 of these the chrome cast WiFi streaming in the room hasn’t worked…. I rang reception, a man came up to the room looked at it and said “ yes it doesn’t work “ and left again …. Don’t think I’ll stay again , now found a much better property in the area .

Nice property. A little noise on the street side, also the rooftop bar/restaurant would have live band and the noise can travel to the top w floors of suites in the late evening. Building is pretty nice, location is really good by the water. Would consider staying again.

The hotel was very nice and clean and made us feel welcome The room very clean and spacious.The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The down side is as follows, on Friday the Marriott hotel took out two lots of monies for the two rooms,not a problem but on checkout they took another two outs of monies out, this put my account over £280 down ! The receptionist stated it will come back into my account within 21 days !!! This practice is totally unacceptable. So now I am over £280 short in my bank account until they credit my bank account So today I have paid out over £560 for two rooms for a one night stay.. but I will have to wait until they credit my account.. I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. Thankfully I have sufficient funds in my account at the present time but this is not the point

Deniz Hanım’ın yanında yeni işe başlayan ekip üyesi de çok ilgiliydi, yoğun rüzgarlı bir günden sonra otele döndüğünüzde güleryüzle karşılanmak birçokları tarafından önemsiz gibi gözükebilir ama bu ufak dokunuşlar bana kalırsa bir oteli ve ekibi diğerlerinden ayrı tutar, insan faktörü her zaman en önemli etkendir hizmet sektöründe. From check-in to check-out my stay at the Marriott Izmir was absolutely fantastic. Reception staff were incredible, they went above and beyond to make my stay the relaxing and restful break that I needed it to be. They helped with all my requests and enquiries and were kind, friendly and completely amazing. My room was stunning, spacious and immaculately clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was big and fully stocked with anything I could need and the bed was so comfy, I slept better than I had in a long time. Room service and restaurant food were both very tasty and the portion sizes were huge. The hotel location was perfect for strolls along the water or as a starting point to explore the rest of Izmir and always felt calm and safe for a solo traveller. The Marriott was everything I needed it to be and more and I can’t wait to return again in the future.

We came as a large group and the Guest Relations Manager, Deniz Degerli, was so wonderful. She assisted us with whatever we needed and went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to assist and answer any questions we may have had always with a smile on her face. Our waitress, Nur, was also so sweet and very helpful. You can tell that she loved her job and we appreciated her. We will definitely use this hotel in the future as it was also very clean and the experience was great all around.

We stayed for two nights in our visit to Izmir. The hotel in general is very nice, and the staff are quite helpful. The rooms were modern and well appointed. No issues with cleanliness. Only issue was that the breakfast area and main dining venue of the hotel is quite cramped in space, and some tenants were smoking in the open air area which because of the space made it very unpleasant for non-smokers.

The person who checked me in was very friendly and service minded. The pool are had a person who absolutely didn't care, the towels where floating around and they didnt seem to have any system for cleaning this. Would probably not stay at this location on my next visit.
