Staff were nice and helpful. Pajamas were nice. Kitchen set-up with both toaster oven and microwave was good. We liked the Noritake plates (kind of a famous brand) and double sided aluminum mugs for hot beverages. Grocery store across the street was convenient. Easy walk to Tokyo Metro station. Security code to get in at night and always on the elevator was appreciated. Only one elevator meant a little wait sometimes but not too bad.

・施設の近くにスーパーがありチェックインが遅くなった場合やちょっとお腹が空いた場合などに便利であると思えた。(少し値段が高いと感じたが) ・施設の駐車場はあるが値段が高い。周辺のコインパーキングも高いが時間帯（19:00 以降)であれば安く駐車出来る場所がある。

On first glance, room was very small. But it was cute. And had a washer/dryer combined unit. It’s not somewhere one would want to hang out in—nothing wrong with it but nothing too notable either apart from distinctly Japanese decor. But that’s fine since we didn’t go to Tokyo to stay in the room! The one thing we felt was not secure was that at all hours you could walk in through the main door and no one was behind the front desk for most of the night (for the times we were out there) and early morning. That felt a bit unsafe. We had no security incidents, but felt it would be better to have someone sitting behind the reception desk so long as the main door was open.

We stayed here during the Tokyo Marathon and the week afterward. The location of the hotel was perfect - Ginza was a short walk, and there is a subway station within two minutes to reach anywhere else in the city (we took a lot of Uber/cabs, too). There is a grocery store across the street, so our fridge was always full and we had basic meals in the apartment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a great and affordable “home base” for an extended visit. The only challenge we ran into was that the elevator broke, which isn’t an issue itself (there are stairs), but they were trying to perform maintenance at 10pm and seemed surprised that we weren’t happy about banging and clanging in the garage below our room that late at night.

The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

Clean and good size for 3 pax. 4th pax on the upper deck bed might not be very comfortable. Nice bathroom with small tub. Like that the cleaning is done every 3 days which is enough for me.

I'd give it a 4-4.5 stars out of 5. The property and units are very well maintained. Clean, modern and functional. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the Shintomicho subway, and 4 minutes from Tsukiji. The kitchenette makes good use of a small space. The only areas for improvement, from my perspective, was the air conditioning and entry keypads for the elevator and room. The AC in my room was loud and "wheezy", with regular bursts of noise from the fan system. The touch keypads for the elevator and room were finicky and over/undersensitive. Especially for the elevator. Often required several tries to get it to register the passcode successfully.

I found a used toothpick under the bed. The manager came to me to apologize deeply and offered 5,000 JPY. This place offers a relatively large room for family. It comes with laundry system in the room. However, communication with the staff is highly difficult. They do not have phone in the room so you have to go down to the lobby to request something. They barely speak English, so they normally show you a cell phone screen with a translator. I visited this place twice and I had cleaning issues both times. First, I found lots of hair on the bed and extra bed sheets. The ceiling and the lamps were very dusty. The second time was the aforementioned toothpick.

The room was spotless and the staff exceptionally courteous. It felt like home away from home. The amenities were impressive. Even a rice cooker was available along with an induction stove. Enough towels were provided and the toilet papers replenished.

Quieter end of Ginza but wlaking distance to few train stations nearby. Handy supermarket downstairs and plenty of lawson/familymarts nearby too. Apartments were well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Room is considered spacious for Tokyo standard. Unit is very clean. We are a family of 4 with 2 children (8 &12 yr olds). There are 2 metro stations nearby (1) Shintomicho 1min walk (2)Tsukiji 5 min walk. We found ourselves using the Tsukiji station a lot more than Shintomicho when visiting other usual areas in Tokyo like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku. It’s just more convenient without having to switch lines. Either way, they’re both a short walk. We taxi (25 min ride) from Haneda to hotel since we didn’t want to deal with dragging luggage all over metro station, approx $55usd to hotel around 7pm with some traffic. I would definitely stay here again because finding a more spacious space in Tokyo is more challenging for a family.

Stayed with family in Japan for almost three weeks, we booked 5 hotels and this one is our last stay. Friend recommended Monday to us ( they stayed at other locations before), we were expecting this one the most but it was the worst the whole trip. Room was dark when we opened the door, I don’t feel good when I first coming in. The toaster top was full of dust and the fan on the ceiling so dirty. The bathroom sink hot water side very weak pressure, most of the time I have to wash my hand and face using the cold water. We even found a snack bag on the back of bed maybe from last stay. For the price I would choose other much better one to stay.

The property is clean and the staff are attentive. We could not figure out why there is a sewage kind of smell from the bathroom. Everything in the room was so clean and neat. Size of the room is perfect. We fitted 3 big luggages and all the shopping items and still had lots of space. We did have to walk for approx 10 mins to metro. We could not sleep the first night there because of jet lag. We walked for one minute and reached a few convenience stores.

Below average. Stayed on 9th floor and WiFi did not work well. I let the person at the front desk know and she told be it does not work well because we are on top floor and the WiFi signal is weak there.

The location is great. Less than a 5 min walk to the Shintomicho station so it is easy to get around. Central enough yet, in a quieter area surrounded by 2 supermarkets nearby, and a couple of convenience stores. Room is spacious and if you're travelling with kids, the kitchenette and washer / dryer definitely helps. We really enjoyed staying there.

What a great apart hotel. Once of the few we found that had a fully staffed front desk. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped, clean! The staff was super helpful and offered incredible service. We were planning to visit Osaka for a few days and was about to ship our luggage but realized that were were coming right back to Tokyo and to this same hotel. Staff allowed us to store our luggage until we checked back in, super helpful! The area is great too as you have 2 different train lines within 600 meters. We liked the neighborhood because it was quiet and there's a market right outside the hotel that's open24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in an excellent spacious room even with 2 teenage sons. Staff were friendly and generous with all our requests and needs. Location was easy to use as a base for touring around Tokyo with a more relaxed local feel. Will come back!!

Check in is expensive if you want to check in an hour early, or check out late, most places in this price range in Japan charge 1000JPY per hour for early check in or late checkout. Here they charge 25% the daily rate for each, even if its only an hour. This place has a particularly early 10AM checkout when most places in Japan are 11AM. They are not flexible at all. I often arrive early or want to leave late, charging 25% for each is not reasonable. I found a used toothpick under the bed. The manager came to me to apologize deeply and offered 5,000 JPY. This place offers a relatively large room for family. It comes with laundry system in the room. However, communication with the staff is highly difficult. They do not have phone in the room so you have to go down to the lobby to request something. They barely speak English, so they normally show you a cell phone screen with a translator. I visited this place twice and I had cleaning issues both times. First, I found lots of hair on the bed and extra bed sheets. The ceiling and the lamps were very dusty. The second time was the aforementioned toothpick.

The front desk attendant with a ponytail is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and convenient for a foreign tourists, and lots of amenities are available. It’s well worth the money. Thank you – I would stay here again!

The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

the property was great, the room was nice and quiet. anything you need they have thought of (aside from food) but there’s a little corner store across the street. My husband got food poisoning the one day of our stay and we had to extend our stay a day longer than expected. The staff was very accommodating and got us into our new room hours earlier than check in which was much appreciated. The building is nice, close to several train stations and it’s easy to get a cab up a block on the main road.

We arrived around 1:30 PM and asked for an early check-in, which the staff graciously accommodated. Having stayed here last week, struggling to understand the 5 star reviews. Firstly it isn't in Ginza (25 minute walk). Secondly the accommodation interior is similar to a hostel. Tiny pillow, terrible lighting, very very basic. It's a long walk from Ginza too. Staff OK - but everywhere else we stayed in Japan was top notch and this was incredibly disappointing given the price we paid

The location is great. Less than a 5 min walk to the Shintomicho station so it is easy to get around. Central enough yet, in a quieter area surrounded by 2 supermarkets nearby, and a couple of convenience stores. Room is spacious and if you're travelling with kids, the kitchenette and washer / dryer definitely helps. We really enjoyed staying there.

We are a family of four—two adults and two children—and stayed here during our trip to Tokyo. The room was quite compact for our needs, and one of the beds was a sofa that had to be converted into a bed. This was the fourth bed, and we had to set it up ourselves. My stay was comfortable and clean with friendly staff. I love having a laundry machine, kitchen and dining space in my unit. It is located at a quiet and convenient location. It is near train stations, several convenient stores, grocery stores, great restaurants, the Tsujiki fish market, and Ginza shopping center. My family and I would stay at a Monday Apart hotel again.

Good location,close to Tsukiji Market, 711, Family Mart,Lawson and train stations. Very clean hotel and 2 adults and 2 teenagers are comfortable enough space wise. They have all the toiletries in their lobby if u need one. Shampoo,conditioner and body wash is all in the bathroom. I would stay in this hotel again if I come back to Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay here. A couple of negatives for us was no English Channel on the TV (just to catch up on news etc) also we felt for us dining options were very limited close by - we went up to Ginza for restaurants etc about a 15 min walk or short taxi ride. Several supermarkets very close to the property. Close to metro stations and taxis everywhere Staff always helpful and friendly. We stayed 8 days and with this we could only have a cleaning/linen change once but you can have fresh towels by just asking at the desk. You have to use a code every time you use the lift and also another code to enter your room. No phone in the apartment you need to use your mobile if you wish to contact reception or go down there and speak to a receptionist.Small well equipped kitchen, good hot water, no tea towels provided you leave the dishes on a drying rack.

Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere.
