Highly recommended. Hotel is nicely situated within walking distance of multiple train lines. Very convenience yet quiet as it’s tuck on a tiny street off the main one. Staff are courteous, alway greeting you when they see you. Maybe that’s just a Japanese thing. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The amazing parts are it has a full kitchen and washer / dryer. We don’t even expect that in city hotels in US (where we are from) The hotel has no amenities like a restaurant but there are many eateries and 24/7 convenience stores around. You have many options

The staff here was very helpful. The room was clean and roomy with a dining area. The in-room laundry was great, but takes time to run a complete cycle. The location is convenient to the Nihombashi underground station, a 7-11, a drug store , and a supermarket. Although it's near Ginza it's a business district, so it's very quiet in the evening. There are a couple of little restaurants nearby including a tempura restaurant that's over a 100 years old, but you have to make reservations well ahead of time. It's easy to get to areas on Tokyo's East side like the imperial palace, Asakusa, Ginza.

Easy check-in and front desk person was very helpful and kind. Room was spacious with convenient kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, etc, and washing machine. (no dryer that I noticed but hangers and rod were provided to hang dry items) Only stayed one night. Room is very convenient for a family with young kids or teens. My teen son loved the bunk bed/sofa.

Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.

There was a weird smell in the room we noticed when we first arrived. Room is ok, a little dated and the rooms are very dark, overcompensated by very bright lights that you can’t dim. The beds were comfy, only one pillow provided, I guess we could ask for more at reception if we needed. Cooking facilities and washing machine really good. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 1 minute from Ginza line which was very convenient- Lawsons and 7-11 very close.

Apartment style hotels that offers big rooms with a kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Convenient for larger families that also want to cook in room. Room conditions were not as clean as we expected. We had a stained pillow case, towel with hair, damp/musky smelling room, and corners that were not vacuumed. The staff was able to swap our room and provided us with a clean pillowcase when we raised the issues with them, but not sure if we will consider this location in future.

Location of MONday Apart Premium NIHONBASHI was very convenient. Very close to the Shin-Nihombashi station (a block away). There is also a family mart close by which made it convenient when the kids wanted some ice cream. The hotel is about 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Also there are several restaurants close by. The yakatori place close by (Kushi Hacchin) was so good! The property itself was clean. We stayed for 9 nights in the Superior Family Room with the bunk beds. If you want them to provide bed sheets for the bunk beds, then you need to book your kids as adults. The room itself is small, but it worked for a family of 4. There was one day when we came back to the room and it wreaked, smelled like sewage. We turned on the AC and the smell went away. Since then, we decided to keep the AC on at all times, even when we were out and about. The best thing about the room is the laundry. We got to do laundry almost daily, which was awesome since the washer/dryer combo machine is inside the room. You can run it when you are out or while sleeping. The only thing is you don't want to put nice clothes in there as it the washer/dryer seems to be a bit rough on the clothes. Since we stayed for 9 nights, they only cleaned our room once. They will provide you with new towels if needed. You can take out the trash and leave it outside of your door and the staff will take it away. The staff was nice and helpful.

Our one week long stay was in the 6 person studio with a kitchen, tatami section for 3, 2 twin beds and a sofa bench. PROS: Kitchenette, separate toilet and shower. beds/futon were comfortable. Dining table was very useful. Grocery store and transit nearby. CONS: 1) Room was grossly DIRTY -strands of hair EVERYWHERE! Hair found on EVERY single folded blanket, hair on the tatami floor, even a white strand found inside a drinking glass, lipstick stain on the mugs, and dusty blinds. We ended up spending a few hours cleaning, vacuuming, and sanitizing our room; rewashed ALL the kitchen ware, and requested clean bedding. Staff was apologetic but not surprised. Knowing their "cleaning" style, we declined cleaning service for the remainder of our stay -not ideal whilst on vacation, but at least we had peace of mind knowing our dishes were actually clean and not contaminated. 2) Management was rigid and greedy: Our reservation was initially for 4 people, and there was no cost difference between 6 person or 4 person reservation. However when we wanted to add two additional family members to a portion of stay, the additional charge was more expensive than our entire original booking, forcing our brother to stay at a nearby hotel. 3) Required to memorize two sets of random 6-digit codes for elevator and room access. No key card. 4) Busy check-out time with a single slow elevator. We stayed with this hotel chain in Kyoto & Tokyo. I would not recommend this hotel brand.

Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious for 4 people. We did however hear foot steps upstairs and around but wasn't so bad. It's near transportation and some good restaurants. They had a laundry and dryer so it was a huge help.

This was a very good location. We were walking distance to many different things and places. The room was nice, and everything was great except it was very small. We were 6 people and there were only 4 beds. They say they were double beds but even my 8 and 10 year old boys, who are both very thin, were too big to share a bed. And the beds were uncomfortable anyway. We had to ask for more pillows and someone had to sleep on the floor each night. As long as there are no more than 3 or 4 people in your party, i would recommend it. Location was great and staff was friendly.

MONday Apart is a solid choice for traveling with family in Japan. The rooms will sleep a family of 4, 5, 6 or more depending on your choice. Wall mounted bunk beds add this extra capacity. A small kitchen let's you take care of your own meals, and is convenient. We slept well as the locations we were at were quiet. On our next family trip to Japan, Monday Apart hotels will need on our preferred family vacation list.

As always, this hotel is perfect for our annual visit to Tokyo. We spend 2 weeks or 3 weeks every time and there is nothing to complain. Perfect location, perfect size of the room with kitchen, large bath to relax.

Excellent week-long stay at this property-- the front desk reception staff was very helpful. The access to multiple train/metro stations was ideal for our family.

Overall I would not stay again at this location or with the Monday group. Pros: The rooms are clean and bigger than the average Japanese hotel. Good amenities and located on a very quiet street that is behind a main one. Cons: Before arriving at the hotel, I asked if I sent an email asking if I can forward my luggage to the hotel. They told me no, but a Yamato is a 5 min walk from their hotel. When I arrived to check in the lobby was filled with luggage from other travellers forwarding their luggage... Fast forward to check out. I asked if they can help me send my luggage to the airport. They insisted that I use Airporter (which turns out to be a good service). Being not familiar with Airporter, I asked if they can arrange Yamato to pick up my luggage. They gave me the forms and told me I have to fill them out myself and then go to 7-11 to pay. Overall, if you are a foreigner and don't plan on using luggage forwarding. This hotel was great! If you do plan on using it, I would skip over Monday.

My cell phone didn't work in the room. There were a lot of foreign guests, and a drunk Vietnamese guest woke me up at 5am by pressing the fire alarm. I never want to stay here again. The foreign staff at the hotel are friendly and well trained, which is the only 5 star this hotel has.

We had such an amazing experience at MONday Nihonbashi. The hotel is located in a very nice area with nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel are all so incredible. Very nice and so helpful with any questions or help we needed. The rooms are pretty spacious and larger then the average hotel here if you are traveling with your family. There is also laundry located within your suite so you are able to wash your clothes during your trip. Overall I would rate this experience 10 out of 10 and would come back and stay at this location anytime. L.L.

We stay at this hotel 3 years in raw for our temporary visit to Japan. Every time, we stay 2 weeks or more. The room is spacious and equipped with a full service kitchen and W/D. Located right next to Nihon Bashi shopping district but is on the small street. So, it is very quiet but walkable to Nihon Bashi, Tokyo Station. Accessible to 3 subway lines plus 2 JR line. It only takes 15 min from the hotel door to Ginza by taking a subway.

The location is convenient to the Nihombashi underground station, a 7-11, a drug store , and a supermarket. Although it's near Ginza it's a business district, so it's very quiet in the evening. There are a couple of little restaurants nearby including a tempura restaurant that's over a 100 years old, but you have to make reservations well ahead of time. It's easy to get to areas on Tokyo's East side like the imperial palace, Asakusa, Ginza.

The property and Staff are amazing. Booked here because our original accommodations had roaches and an odor that caused nausea. Late checkin 11pm. Location was perfect. Little bakery around the corner , 7 Elevens everywhere. Restaurants. All walkable. Highly recommend. We will only be using this type from here on out.

Could walk to the edge of Akihabara in about 15 minutes or less. Very clean and plenty of room for a 4 person family along with decent mini-kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay there for 6 nights and would recommend and use them again.

It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 7. The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable. It felt very homey and was great to be able to cook our own food. The only thing that would have been nice to have were knives for cutting. It was very easy to take the train closeby.

Highly recommended. Hotel is nicely situated within walking distance of multiple train lines. Very convenience yet quiet as it’s tuck on a tiny street off the main one. Staff are courteous, alway greeting you when they see you. Maybe that’s just a Japanese thing. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The amazing parts are it has a full kitchen and washer / dryer. We don’t even expect that in city hotels in US (where we are from) The hotel has no amenities like a restaurant but there are many eateries and 24/7 convenience stores around. You have many options

Conveniently located at the heart of Tokyo, walkable for offices in Nihombashi (business) or to major attractions. Having a kitchen and dining area makes it easier to dine-in (all the necessary dishes and cookware provided). At first glance, this seems like a boring business neighborhood. But like all of Tokyo, there are layers to this onion! We got two rooms for our family of 6. This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms are comfortable and we are across the alley from a little izakaya with great food, and up the street from a 7-Eleven (important!) and our fave discovery, a basement restaurant that has sublime offerings and which got packed after we sat down. Haven't even had a chance to check out the two nearby department stores! This has been our base of operations for the week and everyone here is lovely—and when I got back to USA and realized I'd left something in a room, they found it, photographed it, and are connecting me with a shipping provider! Also key—loaner umbrellas!
