There's no one on site to help with check in and no one answered the phone at the number supplied for assistance. When someone finally did call me back, he said he would send someone with supplies, but no one ever came. The room was stylish, but minimally maintained (eg. shades were broken so couldn't see out the window, kitchen was supplied with a single fork). There is no playground, which is listed as an amenity. The pool at the sister hotel was wired wrong so the pool was too hot to really swim in (and the hot tub was a delightful 85 degrees). It felt like everything was just a little bit broken.

No staff on site. Online check in only. Very weak internet reception at the property, so it was hard to check in online. Apparently the previous guests didn't check out properly, so I had to call to finish the check in process

Cabin was nice, and clean, but heater did not work, and it was a little cold that night. But overall, I will come back.

Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours. There were cleanliness and maintenance issues as well. The heater didn’t work, and there were used towels from previous guests left in the shower, which made us question how well the unit was cleaned. At checkout, I requested a 30-minute extension since my pregnant wife needed a bit more rest, but there was no response and we had to leave on time. Overall, not a good experience. Lower price or not, basic customer service, communication, and cleanliness should not be compromised.
