Cute room. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The walls are paper thin and the front door entry system is super annoying. You have to be buzzed in each time which is nerve-racking because sometimes they don’t answer right away and you are left standing on the street.

My stay was amazing! The front desk people are incredibly helpful and delightful. They helped me book transportation to Lake Como and always called for my cab. I actually left and came back because I enjoyed the staff and location. The rooms are well appointed and the air-conditioning was exceptionally good during the hot time I was in Milan.

The location was phenomenal. The staff was extremely helpful. Assisted me in setting up train reservations getting a cab. Telling me where to get oranges.☺️

Unfortunately this hotel was not great for us they put us in a room on the 1st floor. The main door to the room was like an interior decoration door, even though it was locked, one pull and the door would open. Because of how flimsy it was there was constant light coming in from under and the sides of the door. Due to it being insufficient when our neighbors came back to their rooms the sound of them felt like they were actually in our room. The windows inside had no sufficient covering so it was light during the night and day. To top it off on our 2nd day our shower flooded so there was water all over the bathroom floor which then proceeded to spill over onto the bedroom floor we were told that this would be fixed in the evening but nowone came. The only good thing about this hotel was its location to the dome. I do not recommend staying here.
