We really enjoyed our stay until the second night. A mother, high on something, was in the room next door yelling and swearing nonstop. I called the front desk. They visited her room but the quiet did not last. I was awake until 4am. She has a son, she’s pregnant and her mother is sleeping with her boyfriend. My heart breaks for the son and her unborn baby. Forgetting all that the breakfast was great, enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel, great location, friendly staff. Room was perfect for us. Not sure what staff when they deal with addicts, maybe call the police and family services??!!

Check in was simple, little difficult to find the room. Our first room had some sort of bugs in it. Went back to front desk and they switched our room which was nice. Was still a little off putting all weekend. Pool was quite dirty as well which was disappointing.

We didn’t even stay. Looked around it was too dirty. The pool didn’t have any towels. And the door was propped open with a dirty towel. The hotel smelled like old cigarettes. We literally came back to the room after walking to the pool washed our feel and left and booked another room trying to get my money refunded

Stayed for 4 days. It was a long weekend and rates were high. Too high for the quality of hotel. My room was good (upgraded king) on the second floor but travelling companions had to get moved. Their first room was dirty (floors and bathroom). Their second room (on the second floor) was better but their room door looked like it had been kicked in and repaired a few times. It didn't exactly inspire a feeling of safety. Breakfast is ok but the breakfast room could be twice as big. Never enough tables at peak times. Check-in and check-out were good. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

I booked the comfort suites for 3 nights. Arrived to over 12 stains on the bedding with hair on it as well. This was on both queen beds in the room. The bathtub had dirt and hair in it and the mirrors were splattered with a white substance. I called to have this cleaned right away. The staff came in twenty minutes and stated she knew that the sheets were like that. There was also dirt all over the floor with bugs. I don’t think the room was cleaned at all. In fact the employee thought there might have been maintenance because it clearly had not been cleaned.

The room was not cleaned fully. The walls were dirty, as well the bathroom was very small and hard to move around in with the door open and closed. The main door to get into the suite was hard to closed and damaged. The breakfast was good they had hot and cold items which was nice. The bed was comfy and I did like the little kitchen in the room as well. Overall I expected more for the price I paid.

The hotel has been renovated, it's clean, it smells good, each room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which I thought was great. Then there are the not so good little things that add up: the bed sheets are polyester - not comfortable - one sheet seemed dirty/used, the wall mounted bottle of shampoo was empty - you don't see that until you're already in the shower ; one little bar of soap for both sink and shower, one key didn't work even after it was "fixed", no spare toilet paper. On the hallway someone left take out food garbage at their door - that was there for our entire stay. The breakfast area was clean, and has an outdoor section - pretty nice. The breakfast didn't look like in the pictures. The coffee pot stayed empty for a long time - we had to ask somebody to bring coffee; the employee was just watching people. It seems that their employees are not trained well (or they don't do their job) , and they may try to cut costs. Overall the impression was that this stay was too expensive for the comfort and service received.

$6 for parking when the entire lot was empty is one of the most ridiculous things ever. I get paying for parking at higher end hotels in the downtowns of big cities, but I never heard of such nonsense at this type of hotel. The room was ok but definitely needs some upgrades. The door damage made me question the safety of the hotel. Breakfast was going well.until we saw a cockroach on the window. Definitely not worth what we paid.

We liked our room, renovated, until we open the drapes the windows were filthy, the door to go outside also filthy, the screen was ripped, the area outside had not been swept in a long time. The door to our room would not close properly unless we really ´pushed hard on it. The breakfast was good the patio outside was very nice until you look under the table and saw all the dirt accumulated. We will not go to a comfort inn again.

The room was nice however, if you get a room with 2 queen beds, the air conditioning unit is less than a foot from your face and blow right into your face. You can’t point the vents away and the unit is the same height as your bed. Can’t even turn it down or the rest of the room gets hot. Plus our patio door would not open.

The room was larger than most. Very nice room. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. It was comparable to sleeping in the floor. Both of us had back pain because of it. However, the air conditioner was perfect.

The rooms were nice. Modern and laid out well. But the bathroom is tiny and the door to enter the rooms were terrible. They’d always stick and require a lot of effort to close. And made a huge noise every time. The hallway to get the rooms is a bit dated but not a major issue. Has a nice pool and breakfast. Charging for parking is a bit much for the location and type of hotel it is but overall it’s a nice place to stay for a night or 2. Around 7/10 seems right. Nothing fancy but no big issues either.

Nice renovated room but we faced the highway and on-ramp which was very busy all night long. Sound insulation for window and from room to room was not adequate. We did not sleep well due to highway noise and noise from within hotel. It may have been a completely different experience for the side that faced away from the highway.

Two men claiming to be from house keeping banged on our door at 930pm and then came into the room using a key card. I shut the door on them before they came in. No uniforms, room list, or cart. Just two guys in the hall with a bag of towels. Fortunately the kids didn't wake up, but we didn't sleep the rest of the night. The kept going down the hall banging on doors until enough people stepped into the hall way to see what was going on. Breakfast is powdered eggs and under cooked sausage. You pay for parking but there's no security. People on bikes are constantly scoping out the back lots. I paid 180 a night for this mess. Never again.

We are a group of 10 cyclists, all retired, and we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Though the rooms are a bit small, we still think it is one of the best accommodation of our 3 week trip. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. And they were all very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Everything is clean, the location is ideal for walking to the cruises and downtown, and the Wi-Fi is super fast. Definitely recommended!

We were put in a hallway with a group of what seemed like visiting high schoolers and had a horrible night of door slammings and loud talking, laughing and running around the hallway. Around midnight, one teen was knocking on all the doors and my husband finally got up and answered the door and the teen apologized but the noise kept up for another half hr or so. I have a neurological disease and was in more pain the next day as a result.

The breakfast that was included was terrible. Eggs were runny and sausages were under cooked. Coffee tasted like water. We went to Dennys on our second day. It wasnt any better but the coffee was. And i was really disappointed that you think it is appropriate to charge for parking when im renting a room from you and paying that money. I will be thinking twice about where to go when i come back to Kingston.

The rooms we booked were clean but their card system is old so we had to walk back twice to get the cards to function. Staff were helpful through this process and did apologize. The property was Very noisy. Large groups of hockey kids running through the hallways. After a long drive we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was like a zoo, not enough tables for everyone and long lines. Disappointing.

The continental breakfast was of the best we’ve seen. Room was clean, property was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options nearby. The only non positive comment I would make, is that I was charged an extra $6 for parking each day. In my opinion parking should be included in the price of the room. Overall a great place for a family to stay.

The toilet seat had feces on the underside rim. 2nd morning no hot food items were available. Not consumed, just not available. Breakfast was included with our room reservation. For the price I would stay at another hotel next time.
