This place is a green hotel that is very close to the airport and has excellent rates. Daria, the front desk staff, and Matiusz, the driver, were excellent. If you need anything in your room, they come immediately. The breakfast choices and the opportunity to make your own juice from fresh fruits were awesome too. The free airport shuttle was on time as well. I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Pros: Nice looking hotel, helpful staff, good rooms, nice showers. Cons: wasn't able to sleep in the morning due to the noise from renovation in the hotel. Hotel provides free taxi to the airport. Beware of the drivers, they are scammers trying to get extra payment from you. Very unprofessional.

The restaurant/bar is inviting and fairly priced. Food was good as well as the wine. They have a couple of food snacks available and also a ATM machine for withdrawing cash. There is also a water refill station on each floor. The free service to reach the airport was so appreciated! Would definitely return to this Ibis location. Great value for money.

Stay completely ruined by their airport transfer service on the way back to the airport. Was told the transfer was booked for 1700, nothing arrived. The reception called the transfer company and told us it will be here in 15 mins. 1740 and still nothing. At this rate we will probably miss our flight. Do not rely on their airport transfer to get back to the airport. Spoke to the manager who didn’t seem bothered about the situation. Had to book and pay for an Uber

The room was clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was included as well as the airport shuttle. (Some ibis charge for shuttle . Ie. UK). There is nothing in the area but that’s ok if you are just staying overnight. They have a restaurant if you need to eat something for dinner. Air conditioner worked which was good. Good for an over nighter.

My very short stay was ok and no issues with the room or the property but my biggest reason to choose this hotel was the location and free shuttle to the airport ! They told me to take a taxi because there was no shuttle service to the airport after 12.10 pm !! Will not be staying at this location again.

The staff were all incredible and didn’t judge that I didn’t know much Polish, they were always helpful and kind. Check in and checking out was extremely easy too. The room was immaculately clean and I couldn’t believe there full size products in the bathroom! I would definitely recommend here and definitely stay again.

Modern,new hotel. Great reception, comfortable room. I would rate it 5 stars but soap dispenser was empty in the shower, so it was not great getting wet and not having soap, no soap bar either. I also think it would be nice to have wash clothes and hand towels. I still would stay there again.

Hôtel bien situé à 5 mn en voiture de l’aéroport, personnel très aimable et attentionné, chambre propre et assez spacieuse. En revanche nous avons trouvé qu’il manquait des accessoires basiques comme une bouilloire, et nous avons vraiment regretté que l’on ne puisse qu’entrouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer la chambre, cela nous a gâché nos deux nuits. Pour cette dernière raison. nous n’envisageons pas de revenir. Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer, les produits sont bas de gamme.

I was surprised by this hotel. Selected it mostly by its location but the hotel turned out to be very nice. Liked the bed as it was super comfortable. The bathroom has heating floors so it feels great to be there. The amenities are a bit limited with shampoo and conditioner only. I guess you have to pay for an upgraded room to have more. Free shuttle is very convenient. A guy driver was super helpful to help with the luggage at the airport itself. Overall the hotel is a great choice to stay before or after your flight.

I stayed 3 nights beteen flights to and from Poland. Hotel is near airport and has free shuttle. Very nice and large room, comfortable bed. But there is no electric pot to make a tea or coffee in the room. I think it is a big minus !!

Staff not helpful and very very slow night before leaving we requested the shuttle service to the airport which didn’t arrive and had to order a taxi also there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room it was very basic would not stay again

Unfortunately, my Mum did not find her cash (about $100) in the wallet after we returned from breakfast and long walk around the property...cannot tell for sure how this could happen as everything seemed to be nice and great, but this was the only time she didn't take her wallet with her when she left a hotel during our trip...:(

Mitash I hope say correct his name. He working at reception. He helped us a lot . Printed my flight tickets with no problem. Order me taxi no charge. Then after my mom went to airplane I had to came back to hotel he ordered me Uber even helped me with money because I didn’t have enough money for taxi . Thank you so much!! I definitely recommend this hotel. If I stay again in Warsaw I will stay in Ibis Styles .

Rooms and Lounge area are comfortable, with a bright design. Staff is genuinely polite and ready to help. Breakfast and a Free taxi FROM and TO the airport. 部屋は広くて清潔でした。水のボトルがない代わりに部屋にウォーターボトルがありフロアにひとつウォーターサーバーがあってそこから水を汲むスタイルでした。エコだし必要な量の水を頂けるのでとてもいいと思いました。ホテルから歩いてすぐのところにバス停があり、そこからワルシャワの中心地に行くことができます。時間はかかりますがアクセスが良くいいと思いました。無料の送迎サービスはバスではなくタクシーでした。事前に連絡してコードを頂き、空港に到着後はタクシー乗り場で捕まえます。バスのように待ち時間がないのでとても良いシステムだと思いました。

The shower was fantastic, with everything brand new. The complimentary taxi shuttle to and from the airport was a great perk. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a selection including pancakes, eggs, and a variety of other foods—definitely not your typical continental breakfast. Additionally, a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away provides convenient access to the town center for only $1. Highly recommended!

Omg, the shower in my room was amazing! Fantastic water pressure - it was such a lovely experience lol. Hotel is very modern, new and close to the airport. Took me seven minutes to get to my terminal, which was very convenient. Plus breakfast and the transfer were included in the nightly rate. I would highly recommend the Ibis!

This is a perfect option for a closet airport stay! The breakfast was soooo good. Fresh baked bread and real eggs and a great selection of typical salad items and the espresso was fabulous!! The hotel was new and super clean. Highly recommend.
