Sento is a really nice plus in this hotel.

室内は必要なものがコンパクトに収まっているし清掃も行き届いています。 ホテルに大浴場やサウナがあるので入浴の順番待ちもなく気持ちよく過ごせました。 フロント脇に宿泊者用のラウンジ？休憩所（利用していないのであやふやですが雑誌等あったような）もあるので別室の同行者との待ち合わせにもいいと思います。

Located in the heart of Tsukiji. Hotel is new, room size is decent in Tokyo. Not the best location for transportation, 15-20 min walk to the center of Ginza. Lots of dining options in the morning around the hotel but very quiet in the night time. Have a public bath inside the hotel but guests will tattoos are strictly prohibited, even with tattoo covering stickers, a bit lack of flexibility.

Great location, clean rooms, spacious spa (Japanese style) , good Japanese breakfast and lounge with many books and interactive tourist resource map this hotel make exceptional. The only regret is room size :not enough space open my suitcase case without extra bed that makes felling very small for international tourists. Breakfast offers lots of great Japanese breakfast items (even a little bits of sashimi), chinese porridge with toppings and western items. The muffins are excellent but croissant is not great. The tour guide at lounge was very helpful to find the Tsukiji Outer Market gems. Locally is the real star of this hotel as it located outer edge of the Tsukiji Outer Market, in front of famous Shrine, Kachidoki-bashi to view Sumida-River banks with new high rises. Great base for tourists! Will come back!

The hotel is super clean, good amenities, polite and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. 10mins walking distance to subway. Good public bath. Overall it has everything but the highlight is the cleanliness.

Advertised as washing machines in room but it's public machines in the basement. Terrible wifi.

We love the breakfast. Room was clean. Although it does say no tattoos in the public bath it was the very last thing they mentioned on the details and wasn’t very noticeable. Unfortunately we didn’t notice. Luckily we found tattoos cover sheets at the Don Quijote. If you trying to use public bath you should try to find tattoo cover. But it was very disappointing to know they still have that policy.

Excellent stay, good location, right next to the Tsukiji market, great staff, breakfast service and food was excellent, coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine downstairs was very handy. Would I stay here again? 💯 yes

The staff are really hospitable, helpful, and always caring. It is a wonderful spot, with windows looking out on the old Tsukiji fish market. You can get free coffee whenever you need it. There is an absolutely charming reading room/lounge for you to use if you need to wait before or after checking in or out, or if you just want to enjoy the books and reading materials there. This is my second visit, and I hope to have the chance to return.

Our hotel room was really cute & nice, but a bit dusty. We liked that the Tsukiji Outer Market & Family Mart was right around the corner, less than a minute walk. The main Tsukiji station was a little more of a walk than I would’ve preferred, about 20 minutes for me as I walk with a limp but may be fine to most. Their onsen does not allow tattoos, just to put that information out there! I would say perfect hotel for a couple or friends. Did not see any children or large families.

Was not a 3 star hotel even, the only good thing is hotel at a good location of the food market. Now so clean, room so small, I had to upgrade my room after finding out the basic room too small, they ripped me off for upgrading. The room was dirty I see hair at the coffee cup area. Not so Japanese standard.

Location: Just minutes from Tsukiji Outer Market, with fresh sushi and great breakfast/lunch spots. Around 12 minute walk to the train station. Please allow extra time for Uber/taxi or walking, as the area gets crowded with tourists Room: Premium room offer ample space for at least two suitcases. Modern facilities include a Japanese-style wet-dry bathroom with a small shower chair, and a retractable clothesline. But I noticed a slight smoke smell in the washroom, possibly from another room or the B1 smoking area. After informing reception, the smell subsided, but it occasionally lingered Housekeeping Service: Housekeeping provides water and towels even without requesting a full cleaning. They’re proactive in asking if the room needs cleaning when we leave. However, cleanliness could be improved as I noticed hair and small debris after cleaning More notes: First, I want to thank the front desk for their service and effort in assisting with check-in and check-out. However, many non-Japanese guests often break the rules, such as eating in the lounge(not allow in that area), speaking loudly in the lobby, not showering before using the public bath, and littering in the common areas. While the hotel provides clear signage, it’s difficult to maintain cleanliness and order when guests don’t follow the rules. This really affected my hotel experience, so I’m rating 3 stars, not entirely because of the hotel, but due to the behavior of some guests

Very lovely hotel and I would absolutely stay again - however it was so hot throughout the entire hotel. Even on the coldest setting in my room, it would not cool down to the correct temperature.

The room we got has a very nice view l. We even saw the firework one night from our room.

Wifi was not working during my stay, so I had to rely on my SIM card for internet. Hotel is fairly new, but the air conditioning was pretty loud and the airflow cannot be adjusted. The tv was also positioned in a weird spot, on the same wall as the bed headboard. Service is average—staff were friendly but do not expect them to allow complimentary late check-out or early check-in. The hotel is very walkable to the Tsukiji fish market, however the train station is about a 15 min walk away. The neighborhood is quiet with a Family Mart conveniently located next door.

The rooms are big (we're a family of 3) with ample size beds and plenty of space to lay out 2 suitcases, and seating area. The rooms and amenities are clean and front desk was super helpful (help us send luggage to another hotel by calling to confirm reservation and filling out forms). The rooms are soundproof very well, since we were jetlaged it really helped not to have to listen to doors banging or people walkinig/talking outside. Lobby has a library and kids play area; 2nd floor is the public bath which hotel guests can use for free. Location-wise, aside from being far from the metro, it is very conveniently located next to Tsukiji market. We had sushi everyday for breakfast, no need to wait if you're early enough. And there's a good unagi restaurant, yakiniku place, and a door-in-the-wall onigiri place all within 2mins walk.

A very small room. I knew it was small when booking, it is another thing when actually there. It is very difficult to move around if you are a large/tall person between bed and the "hallway" where the toilet and showers are. There is no space to put your luggage. There is a small foldable chair which I used to place my suitcase in the hallway. The room door could then only be opened halfway. Since the room is very small, shower towels are stored in basket next to the bed. Hand towels are stored in a drawer at the washing sink. But there is no place to hang up your towels after use. That is strange since the hotel encourages their visitors to partake in their green initiative with cleaning the room on every third day. This room has an actual shower in a separate room. The toilet is also in a separate room, while the washing sink is outside next to the bed. While there is a sliding door to hide the washing sink from the bed area. The room had a sitting section with two chairs and a table right next to a large window. The window goes all the way down to the floor. Visitors should be aware that an office building is right next to the window, so you can see the office workers, and they can see you if you are sitting by the window. Although I never noticed they where interested into looking. If you are on the top floors they can not see further into the room like the bed. I stayed at the 10th floor. The WiFi was very unstable up there. They gave me a WiFi router for my room.

Vi havde et fantastisk værelse med udsigt over Sumida floden. Det var et værelse med tre senge, spisebord, badekar og plads til vores bagage. Det var dejligt at kunne spise nogle måltider på værelset efter lange dage i Tokyo. Receptionisterne var meget søde og hjælpsomme og det var super med loungen indtil vi kunne tjekke ind. Jeg frygtede lidt at skulle bo i et meget turistet område. Men beliggenheden er par gader fra fiskemarkedet var faktisk virkelig rolig og et godt udgangspunkt for vores rejse.

今回2回目の滞在です。満足して過ごさせていただきましたが、お風呂の入口での若い女性の対応がすごく感じ悪く、外国人と間違えて英語で声掛けてきて感じ悪く通り過ぎたのに、何度も呼び止められた挙げ句、理解してますと返答しても誤りもしないので、とても不快でした。

One of the worse hotel service I have ever stayed. Incident 1 - I made my reservation thru Agoda. Supposed to pay 23rd Dec 2359 but Agoda cancelled my booking at 9pm due to a change in my credit card. 1) I called Tosei hotel to check if they can reinstate my booking. I was told to call Agoda to put up the request. They said nothing to do with their system. 2) I then called Agoda. They put me on hold for 25 mins as they said they need to seek the approval from the hotel. Came back telling me Tosei rejected the request. They Told Agoda I have to book direct thru them. Which cost double of what I have paid in Agoda. 3) Tosei hotel- knowing that you would reject the request, why still bother asking me to call Agoda? I am overseas. You are totally wasting my time. Incident 2- 1) after I checked in, 30 mins later , your guy ask me to call Expedia to verify my full name. I have changed my name through the apps and it would be updated into the system. Why still insist I have to make IDD calls instead of verifying through my apps? Incident 3. I would like to check for luggage transport. Counter said they don’t do and they don’t know how to do it. then I ask for alternatives if they know UBER XL in Japan can fit big luggages. He replied me “we don’t provide such service” Tosei hotel- is this the kind of service you can do for your customers? No doubt your room is spacious and clean but your service is utterly disappointing.

It was a new hotel so the facility and cleanliness was excellent but the staff were undertrained and uniformed. They weren’t familiar with nearby surroundings and their response was also sometimes unprofessional.

Overall location and hotel facilities are great. Except the service of front desk very rigid, do not offer initiative to help when cant book transport to airport which make us nervous. We try book a day advance and after a call they just close case.

Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji was another great hotel find in Tokyo. First off, the luxury twin room was very spacious by Japanese standards with space for two queen-size beds and a separate sitting area. All the expected amenities were there with only a microwave missing. One caveat about the room though is that being modeled after traditional Japanese houses the beds are futon-style and the sitting area has a low table with four zaisu rather than regular chairs so those with mobility issues or who just can't get used to being so close to the floor may need to look elsewhere. With a large floor-to-ceiling window though the ample space made for a relaxing refuge before or after trips around the city. Apart from the great room, the hotel also offered an excellent restaurant with a superb buffet breakfast every morning. The hotel was also well-situated for trips all over Tokyo with multiple train and subway stations nearby for convenient access to pretty much anywhere in the city. The hotel had a great onsen that could get relatively crowded but was still a treat after long days wandering Tokyo. An amusing lounge area was also provided just off the lobby with a library, foosball tables, and vending machines. As standard for Tokyo, hotel staff were uniformly polite and helpful. Service was always great from the front desk to the restaurant and on to the cleaning staff. Taken together with the reasonable price, Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji was a great experience overall.

This was a great hotel to stay in right on the door step of Tsukiji market and a 5 minute walk to the nearest station. Once the market closes the street the hotel is on becomes nice and quiet, across from the hotel is nice coffee shop and next to the hotel is a Family Mart in case you need a quick snack.

Great location, right in the market. Close to the hibiya line, and close to luxury shops by foot.

Hotel was very clean and nice and just right beside the market where there is good food everyday. It not thing is that is far away from Tokyo station and most stores close around 2-3pm and hence it’s too quiet.

Right in the middle of Tsukiji market with a ton of food options around. Found one of my favorite coffee shop next door (kunisuke coffee). Not the closest to a subway or jr line operated train but it’s a great spot to stay

Has onsen and very good breakfast and located at the fish market - market closes at 2:00pm so only open for lunch - evening a few places to eat open. Close to Ginza 6

Though convenient to our needs the rooms are quite small and cramped. But we managed. If you choose to stay here be sure to include the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the food and found it was a great way to start our day.

The room is supper small, it barely fits a big suitcase, I had to put the suitcase right at the door entrance and move it every time I need to go out. It’s very convenient for food, but no shopping area around the hotel. The public bath and breakfast are the highlights for our stay. (Same breakfast menu during our five days stay, but it’s still good)

Tsukiji ospitava il famoso mercato del pesce. Ora è un quartiere meta di turisti mattinieri in cerca di sushi ed altre prelibatezze giapponesi. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal noto e modaiolo quartiere di Giza, l'hotel è ben posizionato per chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono ampie per gli standard di Tokyo ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo è certamente elevato. La colazione è a pagamento, ma ha il vantaggio di offrire piatti dolci e salati più in linea con i gusti occidentali. L'albergo è moderno e non deluderà chi cerca la quiete e vicinanza ad uno dei quartieri più rinomati di Tokyo.
