En general, la habitación es bastante decente y se duerme bien. Es una estancia agradable. El baño podría estar en mejores condiciones. Muy bueno el sistema de llave digital. Lamentablemente tuvimos un par de problemas con el ascensor, tuvimos que subir hasta el sexto por escaleras, lo cual fue bastante desagradable.

En general, la habitación es bastante decente y se duerme bien. Es una estancia agradable. El baño podría estar en mejores condiciones. Muy bueno el sistema de llave digital. Lamentablemente tuvimos un par de problemas con el ascensor, tuvimos que subir hasta el sexto por escaleras, lo cual fue bastante desagradable.

No air conditioning, lift partially works and if you are at the 5th floor..., during the booking it was not declared that it was a room without bathroom, but shared bathroom. Not a problem but not too much clean. I wouldn't come here next time. Sure it is practical for the location

This is a hostel not a hotel. If you keep that in mind it is good. Rooms were private with a code to get in the building and your room and your floor. Elevator is tricky but just know if it is not working it just means someone did not close the door. Just go down or up the stairs to find the floor the elevator is stuck on. Stairs are easy. We were on the 5th floor and to go down the stairs is fast. Bed was comfortable. Towels provided. Extra blankets were under the bed. Just lift the mattress. The kitchen was clean. They had washing machines although did not use. Price was great. Check in process was easy enough once you got the code. Just do the early check in. Only 20 minute walk to down town. Bring your own toilet paper if you have room in your luggage. Toilet paper is provided but better safe than sorry. lol.

Buena ubicación. Habitación con muchísimo ruido, ya que las zonas comunes son de manera y cruje todo. Además las puertas al cerrarlas suenan muchísimo. Un día no hubo agua caliente, y al siguiente la presión del agua era muy baja.

Jag kontaktade boendet 24 timmar innan, men fick ändå vänta utanför hotellet EN TIMMA innan jag fick svar på koden för att komma in på hotellet. Hissen gnisslar jättemycket på utsidan så den hörs väldigt mycket om man har öppet förnster. 37⁰ och inte AC. Det fanns en fläkt i taket som svepte runt värmen. Blev ifrågasatt när jag ville få nya sängkläder för man svettas som en gris utan AC. Det är INTE ett hotell utan ett vandrarhem med egna rum. EJ egen toalett. Fönstrena håller på att vittra sönder.

You get a hostel experience for the price of a cheap hotel. The mattress was really good! Apart from that... the service was awful, had to wait for over an hour to get the access codes, meanwhile nobody could answer the phone or WhatsApp. The shared bathrooms were either broken, missing toilet paper and on one day I wasn't even able to get hot water.

No tiene baño en la habitación. Los dos baños habilitados estuvieron sucios la mayor parte del tiempo, la habitación sin limpieza diaria, el piso, el ascensor y las puertas suenan durísimo, interrumpiendo el descanso. El primeri piso tiene un olor a caño, el estado general se ve sin mantenimento.

Terrible. El lugar está sucio, lleno de insectos, las sábanas mal lavadas, la habitación bastante sucia y llena de pelos, si algún huésped deja abierto el elevador deja de funcionar, la recepción se encuentra muy lejos del edificio, se escucha mucho ruido en la noche, las habitaciones son calientes, el agua se sale de la regadera por lo que el baño siempre estaba mojado. Todo el tiempo me encontraba huéspedes intentando entrar o tratando de hacer check in pues las instrucciones no son claras. El código de la puerta en algún momento dejó de funcionar. El personal siempre fue muy amable, pero las condiciones del lugar son terribles.

Personale e servizio pessimo, mi hanno consegnato la stanza alle 20 dopo ore che cercavo di chiamarli e mi avevano detto che la stavano pulendo. Immaginavo di trovare una stanza impeccabile viste le ore passate a “pulirla” invece era sporca, polvere e peli ovunque.

For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. The customer service is easy to contact, and very quick to help. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were huge. It was overall, an amazingly good experience considering the price. No complaints, everything was great!

For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. NO HABÍA VENTILADOR, tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta y al lado hay 2 clubes nocturnos y la bulla de las personas era una locura, si hubiera el control del ventilador no hubiera tenido esos problemas. De resto todo bien

La habitación era pequeña para dos personas y había muchísimo ruido fuera y solo tiene el ventilador de techo y hacía muchísimo calor, no hemos dormido nada en los días que estuvimos ahi, la zona está muy bien conectada con todos los servicios….

Unfortunately, support there is limited only through WhatsApp, though they answer promptly...On my first day Wifi wasn't at all accessible, then I learned the same from other newcomers...The building has 6 stages and the lift was often out of order during m'y stay, compelling all residents to climb up the stairs. Good option despite thèse évents..

Pros: Close to metro station. Fairly Clean It has a shared kitchen for you to cook or wash clothes. Affordable Private room Cons: No programming on t.v, just a few local channels with really bad antenna reception. A theatre below room 108, they sometimes party all night long and it's impossible to sleep because of the noise. I lived one of those nights! There are 2 washing machines but no clothes dryer . They don't pick up your trash from the room or clean it, or change your towels for your entire stay. There's nobody to take care of your needs on site. You have to call them at another property and sometimes they are not reachable right away.

The check in process was not efficient. You need to wait to receive an email which has digital keys that you control with your phone. The room itself was basic but clean. Notably I could not locate the wifi passport located inside of the room. The property itself is somewhat old and dingy, with aged fixtures and amenities.

Pésima comunicación. El check in lo hice online desde las 9:00am y no me contestaron hasta las 6:00pm el día de la reserva. Tuve que hospedarme de emergencia en otro sitio la primera noche por su ineficiencia. Y además el shower no contaba con agua caliente. Tuve que bañarme con agua congelando. Terrible experiencia.

No lo recomiendo a nadie, el check in es online después de un proceso largo y complicado que nadie te explica te dan un codigo se acceso que no funciona y que cambian hasta que por descarte uno te permite entrar. Nos demoramos más 2 horas durante las cuales el resto de los inquilinos que nos veían nos relataban historias similares

You get a hostel experience for the price of a cheap hotel. The mattress was really good! Apart from that... the service was awful, had to wait for over an hour to get the access codes, meanwhile nobody could answer the phone or WhatsApp. The shared bathrooms were either broken, missing toilet paper and on one day I wasn't even able to get hot water.

For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. The customer service is easy to contact, and very quick to help. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were huge. It was overall, an amazingly good experience considering the price. No complaints, everything was great!

Falta un poco de explicación para hacer el check in online y no tener que ir a otro lugar. La habitación es muy agradable y el lugar en general para moverte. Sin embargo como esta a lado de bares y el teatro, hay mucho ruido por las noches.

Very nice location close to a metro that takes you to Gran Via and other areas of Madrid. The check in process was slightly inconvenient, as it was at a different site from the place I was actually staying at. Aside from that, my stay here was very nice. The facilities were passable and I felt safe while I was here.

La habitación era pequeña para dos personas y había muchísimo ruido fuera y solo tiene el ventilador de techo y hacía muchísimo calor, no hemos dormido nada en los días que estuvimos ahi, la zona está muy bien conectada con todos los servicios….

Muy bien ubicado, limpio, fácil acceso, habitaciones funcionales, solo que si eres de las personas que se despiertan con cualquier ruido no será buena opción pues en la esquina de la calle hay un bar y un teatro de los cuales se escucha un poco el jaleo en fin de semana y si hay que decir algo que no me gustó fue que la TV nunca se pudo ver, para mí no fue problema pero seguramente habrá alguien que si le gustaría tener bien este servicio. En general yo me la he pasado muy bien 👍

Hostel vibes, quite noisy. There’s no AC, so be careful when staying there during hot summer days. Shared bathroom were ok but not always very clean (there’s no shared hand towels that stays there, so people used toilet paper to dry their hands and left it on the floor (there’s trashcan was full). There’s also no luggage room so be prepared to pay up to 30€ for a public locker.

The corridors were a mess. It looks like they were remodeling and then they stopped and everything but inside the room, looks broken somehow. I loved the system to enter the rooms and the staff was helpful.

The hotel itself was in a different location. As getting there the floor was broken and it had holes all over the place. The bathroom was very bad with the tub having a whole in the middle and broken all over the place and a door that did not lock for the restroom. There was an Ac machine that did not work either and the room itself had a very dirty bed. We ended up going to a different hotel for our stay in Madrid. It was a very bad place to stay.

This is not a hostel and there is no onsite reception staff. When we arrived to check in there were two other parties who were distraught and had been waiting for check in instructions. Emails said to contact them via WhatsApp but no WhatsApp number was given. Once we called one number and were given the correct WhatsApp number they were slow to respond. Once check in information was given the door to my floor was broken and I couldn’t access. Cleaning staff tried to help. The rooms are fine for the cost and the spaces were clean. When we requested more toilet paper in the shared bathroom it took them a full day and all 3 bathrooms on two floors were without toilet paper for that time. My friend messaged them about this multiple times and they began simply ignoring him. A neighbor was locked out of her room at 5am crying in the hall because her door code was not working and she had to get to the airport. Again, the biggest problem with this place is the lack of staff. They’re making a lot of money I’m sure by having no staff. Cleaning staff were great though and I’m sure they’re doing more than they are paid for.
