Formal Complaint – Misrepresentation and Consumer Concern This property is materially misrepresented. It is advertised as having direct beach access at Il Duoglio; in reality, a busy public road separates the property from the beach, and access is neither direct nor controlled by the owner. We paid €200 for a room described as approximately 20m², but were initially placed in a room closer to 10m², directly above a high-traffic road with significant noise disturbance. This is a substantial discrepancy in both size and quality versus what was advertised and paid for. Only after raising the issue were we moved, but the accommodation still failed to meet the standard presented in the listing. The owner provided inconsistent and misleading information during our stay, raising serious concerns about transparency and business practices. Given the discrepancies between the listing and reality, I request that this property be formally reviewed for accuracy and compliance with platform standards to prevent further consumer deception.

We booked the room on the basis of the photos on the advert, on arrival we was expecting a patio area with sunbeds so we could relax, we were only given a basic room with a very small view over the busy road, we complained on arrival as was told they dont have the room shown available and we are unable to process a refund as it was a non refundable booking. Would never recommend this hotel

Good value and price

First of all the hotel it’s not clearly mark .. hard to find … we got room number 1 which is right there in the Main Street we had the worst night of our entire trip .. we could only sleep for an hour because you feel the bed it’s the middle of the street .. the noise it’s absolutely awful .. the AC it’s soo noisy and seriously doesn’t even keep the room cool .. the only good about this hotel it’s the view and the beach down .. other than that I will never go back !
