This service apartment hotel is clean and well equipped with almost everything that we need as a home away from home. We stayed on the 51st floor two bedroom unit which had a direct view of Petronas towers. The hotel has two swimming pools with great views too, overall facilities are impressive, also the staffs are friendly and helpful, special mention of Mr Izman. The only negative feedback is about the lack of sound proofing on the windows of the bedroom with the queen sized bed, the noise from the outside is loud enough to keep u awake at night and even louder to wake you up from the surrounding construction as early as 6am. Otherwise, this could be a perfect stay!

Very short stay but a really nice suite. Had views of the PETRONAS Towers. The pools were amazing. Had a very decent meal in the pool restaurant and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to shopping and restaurants. I used the ride sharing app Grab to get around. It was all very easy.

Not great. The bathroom had a fouled odor emanating from it that was sickening. I was moved into another room but it had the same issue. The lifts in this place are a nightmare. I meant to book Ascot Star and got this. I won’t be back. Great location is about the only good thing I can say.

Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area.

The checkin and out process was very fast! No time wasted. The elevator was fast. The room and bed were spacious and parking area were many and easy. The only downside is that the house keeping didnt clean the room properly.

Really great location, both pools were lovely particularly rooftop pool with view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Very clean and comfortable. With 4 of us staying (family with teenagers) would have liked a separate bathroom rather than all sharing one ensuite accessed via one of the bedrooms.

Star Suites is a modern, new and clean apartment in a high rise building within 8-10 min walk to the Petronas Towers and mall. The convenience of this roomy and luxurious apartment can’t be beat after the hotels we stayed at in our hops around SE Asia. There’s a washer/dryer and the kitchen is great if you want to prepare basic meals. There’s a small convenience store nearby. Some units have a spectacular view of the Petronas Towers. The only hiccup is service is not like at a hotel because it’s more like residential towers.

Very central and very well priced. Master bedroom had very little room around the double bed. Had to crawl onto the bed from the foot of the bed. It had no window either. Quite claustrophobic. The second bedroom (with 2 single beds) was lovely and spacious, with an amazing view. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen was token, but who’s cooking with so many food options around.

We booked the room with two beds - there is a spacious kitchen and living room. But there is only one toilet in the master bedroom - this means the others need to walk in and out of the master bedroom is they want to use. Good restaurants and supermarket downstairs

Location is superb for the easy walkable access to SURIA KLCC. Place is nicely furnished. Would hv helped if the 2 bedroom comes with 2 toilets/bathroom. There was only one bathroon so the occupant in 2nd bedroom needs to knock on the door to enter the bathroom in the room no 1

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was close to twin towers, suria mall and klcc park which was an advantage. The main bedroom was good but the 2nd bedroom there was no room to get in and out of the bed, from the side, you would have to climb over. That didnt bother us. Definitely would recommend the hotel and would also stay again l.

From the outside the property looks maintained. Lobby could use some updating especially the furniture. They were worn and dirty. Area rug needs to be cleaned well as well. I wish they have more staff who’s knowledgeable around the area and could speak and understand English well.

Star Suites was a good option for our family of four on a 3-night stay in KL. We enjoyed on-site pools and rooftop views. Having in-room washer/dryer for laundry was a big plus as this was at the midpoint of our three-week vacation. The location is good overall, relatively close to Ave K and Suria KLCC malls, Petronas Towers, and KLCC metro stop, all within a 10 min walk. We were a bit annoyed with the lack of information/written instructions on how to use washing machine. Staff onsite use WhatsApp to answer questions, and while they were responsive to our questions, the info provided was not very helpful and confusing. Overall, don’t expect typical hotel-style service from staff; communication is minimal. It’s self-service in most aspects, which should be expected given the residential design of the complex. Good value overall.

We had a good time. Staff were friendly and amenities were amazing. One problem we felt was that service was not as good as it could be. There were no phones to call the operator, and the electronic pad that was supposed to be used for communication was not working. When we wanted or needed anything, we would have to go all the way down to the lobby to ask for it. Besides that complaint the hotel is a great place to stay for an extended period. Felt very home like with a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Located in a great area with lots of shopping/food within 10 minutes walking distance. 4/5 would definitely recommend

- Key card provided didn’t allow us to get through the parking gate at midnight upon arrival and was accused by the staff of getting in using another guest’s key access. We had booked two rooms, the first group checked in at 3 pm and my group arrived at midnight. Reception was no longer in service at that hour, so the first group handed us our key card for parking. Our key didn’t work so we had to use first group’s card to tap in. Even leaving the property, second group’s card couldn’t work and was stuck at the gate of the parking lot. - Key card issue, no access to 69th floor and the gym. Got locked out from our room before check out time at 12 pm. - Low water pressure in the shower. - AC in the main room doesn’t work. - Towel hanger was not secured to the wall, fell off upon putting towel on. Third time staying with Star Suite. This will my our last time. Paid in full without the proper enjoyment of the amenities.

Comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom suite with more than enough space for family of 4. Walking distance to Petronas Tower and lots of restaurants nearby. Front desk were always checking up on us before we even got to the hotel. All requests were accommodated and they even waived our extension fee when we checked out late!

Great location only 500m from the Petronas Towers. Easy picks from ordering a Grab anywhere you wanted to go. Only cost £15 to get a Grab back to the airport. Travel time was only 45 mins but we left at 7am. Later in the day I would opt for the train as the traffic in KL can be horrendous.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was close to twin towers, suria mall and klcc park which was an advantage. Ausgezeichnete Lage! Nachdem wir die Abkürzung gefunden haben, brauchten wir nur 5 Minuten zur Mall Avenue K. Dort befindet sich die Metrostation, ein Supermarkt und bei Regen kann man unterirdisch bis KLCC laufen.

This was really a great place to stay. The rooms were great, the pools were great and the view is awesome 🙂 Everything was really clean and it felt new. Carol at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Regarding the buffet breakfast you can buy there, don't. There are other and a lot better choices either cross the road or proceeding to one of the nearby malls Would absolutely go back for a stay here.

Andre oppholdet på denne reisen, kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake igjen. Denne gangen fikk vi en magisk utsikt mot Petronas på kjøpet 🙂 Utrolig veldrevet, fine bassengområder, heiser som er raske ( noe som er veldig greit med så mange etasjer) og veldig hyggelige folk som jobber her. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake. Prøvde frokosten også denne gangen, og som sist gang, så er det mye bedre alternativer rett over veien 🙂

Besonders gut: früher check-in und später check-out für einen geringen Aufpreis, super Pools davon einer im 67. Stock mit Blick auf die Petronas Towers und auch die Option mit dem Frühstücksbufett gefielen mir gut. Ach ja: es gab täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser und Kaffee (Nescafe Intant) kostenlos auf's Zimmern :-)
