The hotel was very ample, clean and in a nice location. The staff was VERY friendly, the breakfast was great and fulling. My only down, is the small amount and size of the parking, but that appears to be everywhere in Spain. I Recommend this place.

3 minutes walk from Metro [ 20 mins to Centre / 45 mins to airport ]. Great Breakfast Buffet. Sports bar. Friendly staff. Coffee/Tea/water in room. if required taxi rank outside.

The check in was pleasant and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice and the food was good. The location was convenient. There were four of us, and they gave us two rooms close to each other on the same floor. There is also no charge for the minibar, and they were happy to stock coca cola products and water in the room every day. The bad is: We asked for king beds, and they stuck two singles together. Not a big deal, but not a king bed. Also, their wifi is spotty. It drops unexpectedly. One of the 3 elevators was broken when we were there, and that created long waits, although it was fixed by the time we left. Finally, the kid's room has a broken airconditioner, and even after they fixed it, the room smelled a little funky. This hotel is clearly long in the tooth and needs a serious remodel, but the staff is excellent and the location is great.

Warm friendly welcome excellent communication. Quiet standard room was enough for needs. Good sized bathroom. Kettle with tea/coffee biscuit and mini chocolate (nice touch) bath robes (very nice touch). Good breakfast. Always taxis outside hotel. Short walk to El Ritiro Park. Would stay hear again.

Friendly staff and great service. Modern hotel, rooms are a little smaller than we were used to but well designed. Walkable to a gorgeous park in Madrid, easy to grab a taxi as well, they mostly always have some in the front of the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel for over a decade. It's convenient to tourist areas if you're willing to walk or take transportation. But it's not in the tourist area, which makes it more comfortable with local restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms are really quiet, clean and comfortable.

I've been staying at this hotel for 15 years, and will always choose it. It's now just 1 building instead of 2, so book ahead! It's in an area that has lots of restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores. Also, excellent access to public transportation. My only frustration on this trip was the wi-fi. There were times when it would go out every couple of minutes, and that's unacceptable in the year 2025.

It's an OK hotel if you're on a short business trip,but not for a family stay. The room is small, shower is not a very functional design, bathroom door doesn't have a lock. The front desk staff always have a poker face and generally ignore you unless you ask them. My son forgot his airpods in the room, and when I called the frontdesk to send them to me by courier (I told them I would pay for it), they refused to help. He asked me to come and get it, not sire what he was thinking.

Très bel hébergement à proximité des lignes de bus et de métro. Accueil chaleureux. Points à améliorer : mettre en place des cartes de menus en français et possibilités de prendre les dîners dans la zone "bar" pour éviter de prendre et le petit-déjeuner et le dîner dans la même salle, ce qui évite le côté redondance. Good business and tourist hotel. Well appointed and sized premium room. Quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. A fault with the heating in our room was quickly sorted out. Very good breakfast. Can get other meals in hotel but limited choice. Are local non- touristy cafes. Close to metro Sainz B for quick travel across Madrid. Also buses. Good value: cheaper than more fashionable central areas.

Damaris Ortega and Alfonso were our servers for dinner at Crowne Plaza. They were stupendous during our 1 week stay in Madrid always greeting us with a smile and happy to see us. Compliments to chef Rubén who was also marvelous during our breakfasts providing delicious home made pancakes and omelets! Generally speaking, all the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Madrid. Many thanks from the US!

The staff we're brilliant. They looked after me and my family. Good location which is near some local areas for food and the retiro park. Taxis are located outside hotel. The rooms and interior were clean and modern and good for families. The bar and food was excellent.

Nice room, quiet, air conditioned. Good breakfast except the last day of the stay. Chipped cups, no mugs available (they were every other day), tubs for jams/oil were not clean and had food residue in them, no omelette!
