We stayed here for one night while attending a concert at Tanglewood. Although I had reserved a room with a king bed, we were given a room with two double beds instead. At $300 for the night, the rate felt steep for the quality provided, though options were limited due to high demand in the area. Several maintenance and service issues impacted our stay: Delayed Check-In: The website listed check-in at 2:00 PM, but our room was not ready until 3:30 PM. Room Maintenance: The bathroom had a broken towel bar, peeling wallpaper, and an unsightly patch job on the shower ceiling. Overall, the property fell short of expectations for the price charged. Finally, we did have trouble with our door code and the person on duty was very helpful. This is a place with no front desk. You get a door and room code with a phone number if you need assistance.

I'll start with the positives: The apartment was large and comfortable, and the staff (maybe they're the owners???) were very nice, laid back, and helpful. But points off for some sloppy admin stuff (for instance, didn't send the door codes timely, then sent the wrong code) and for the place just not being as nice as I expected for the price we paid. Also (and this isn't really their fault), the surrounding area is deserted and a little scary at night.

Amazingly clean large suite with some nice upgraded amenities. Weird to check in over the phone and not with a person but it worked out just fine. The only complaint we had was a strange odor. We ended up buying an air freshener and it was better when we came back to the room after being out once we put that in place.
