Enjoyed the pool with family

Awesome Hotel. Almost perfect. The pool was closed for maintenance the whole week but other than that I really enjoyed the stay. Especially the bed. It was super comfortable. The staff was amazing too.

This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. The pool is really nice. Staff is great and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommended

Staff were superb friendly and helpful including the owner 👍Room 1807 quiet side of the hotel was great Good location plenty of places around to eat including Robinson's place Mall across the road. I have no hesitation in recommending this great value for money hotel

Clean...very clean. Spacious, no kitchen. Everything was functional. Great support staff. Check-in was fast and very professional.

部屋掃除はたのまなければやりません。 ベットメイクなどは、毎日じゃ無くて良いですが、タオルだけは替えをして欲しいですね。 言えば替えてくれますが、ホテルと違って従業員が常にフロアに居ないので面倒ですね。

立地は最高です。ロビンソンモールの目の前。１８階でしたが、虫が少しいました。フィリピンなら気にしない程度ですが。夜０時まで周辺のカラオケが少しうるさいです。スタッフは親切で良かったです。

It was terrible, the price is to high for such an old nasty dirty room with cockroaches, I changed rooms two times and each room there was cockroaches, it is ridiculous that they change so much for rooms that aren’t worth half of what they charge, I would never stay at that hotel even if it is free and I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room is full of cockroaches had to buy bug spray to slow them down.

バスタオルの交換、ゴミ箱のゴミの撤去等、清掃もフロントに電話しないと来てくれなかった。

Property at the heart of Manila steps away from Robinson's Mall and Supermarket . Check in was a breeze considering we landed late night at Manila. Staff is super sweet and helpful. Although I booked a budget room there was a microwave, small cooktop ,kettle and dishes and utensils. Medium sized fridge not the small one! High end sheets pillows and comfortable bed. Super clean very impressed! Nice surprise was balcony!Thank you Pacific Grande Suites for an enjoyable stay!

夜真下のライブハウスが深夜まで音楽が流れ、睡眠の邪魔になった。

Cons: - The property is clearly an apartment building that was converted into a hotel as the rooms are very small depending on what you choose, particularly the bathrooms. - The building is clearly in need of maintenance on fixtures in the rooms as they were broken more than they should have been for a hotel in use by the public. Pros: - The price is very reasonable for what you pay - The location was a safe building with great security that accepts food delivery for the guests there. - The hotel staff is some of the best I have ever seen. They were efficient, polite, attentive, helpful, and consistently available when needed.

Sentrumsnært , litt støy fra barer og diskotek musikk til ca kl 2-3 men mye hotel for pengene .

Nice big bed. Pretty basic but got a nice view. Towel could have been bigger.

Room not in the best condition , bathroom too small

We enjoyed our one week stay and will be back. I love their soft pillows and covers giving me a good night sleep. Very friendly staff especially Michael who was always around to assist. Although our air-conditioner is a bit noisy, and bathroom takes time to drain, still I would give this hotel two thumbs up!

チェッインの時間になっても部屋が無い エアコンが故障しても交換が無い チェッイン　チェックアウトに時間が掛かる 言わないと清掃が無い タオルの交換が無い

キッチンの部屋を予約したらそのタイプの部屋はキッチンがないといわれた、 部屋の清掃は四日目で初めて来た。 フロントの対応が悪すぎる。今までで最悪のホテルと思う。

Front desk staff and guards are very helpful and courteous. This place is within a couple minutes walk to Robinson Place, where you’ll have a great selection of restaurants.

Firstly, our driver could not find the hotel so we asked around and we found out that the hotel was a part of a bigger hotel in the same building where the reception was not fully set-up yet few meters away (inside) from the main entrance of the main hotel/building. There was no signboard about this hotel outside the buildning and they only accept cash because they do not have a card terminal yet. We were informed that they only started operating as a hotel a month ago which I found strange because accepting guests when not fully operational yet surely affects the comfort that a guest is looking. G-cash is available if you have one. Secondly, we booked for 3 persons but the room was only for 2 persons - apparently a mistake was made in the property description. They transfered us into a bigger room that was not fully ready for occupancy yet (dusty room) so a cleaner was dusting while we already were in the room. Then we discovered that there was a problem with WIFI so we could not use the facility during our whole stay. The staff was very kind and tried his best to help us and was apologizing for these situations. They called us on the second day if we would like to transfer to another room where WIFI was functional but we were so tired of packing and unpacking of our things so we refused. Thirdly, the airconditions in our room were so loud that affected our resting hours. We were so tired and we were preparing for our next trip so we stayed put.

I never ended up staying because it felt so unsafe ! Despite the hotel being empty, we tried to check in around 10 AM after a delayed flight that didn't leave until 4 AM. We were told that we can't until 2 PM. The area is super dodgy. In the lobby there are old men who clearly rent the rooms for the night with a lady from one of the nearby strip joints in the same street. Basically it felt so unsafe that we decided to go somewhere else and lost the money from the booking. However the staff are really lovely. Very polite and I really can't fault them at all. As mentioned by someone else, it's a hotel within another hotel, so a bit confusing. Overall I would avoid this hotel especially if you have a family or are traveling alone.

金土日は隣の野外バーのライブバンドの音量が大きく睡眠を妨げられた。

You get what you paid for. The staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was good, though not perfect. The location isn’t the best, but it’s conveniently right next to a really nice mall, which is great for shopping.
