Hi I endured a terrible experience to come all the way from London to Manchester you guys couldn't provided me the room as you staff explained to me by phone there's a leak on the roof and I stayed under the rain tray to find another accommodation to the rest of days and come back to London as I have been to my cousin funeral over there I just need refund back My kind regards

We didn’t even stay the night. Turned up, went inside and was taken to our room. Was disgusting, so left

Terrible experience with this property. They are more like a scam. Paid for my stay just to get to the property and was told I could not check in without any valid reason. All they told me was the room was not ready. They promised to issue a full refund but never did. I went back and forth with them but they kept saying the same thing of putting in a complain with the management but nothing has been done. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AS THEY APPEAR TO BE MORE OF A SCAM BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

I paid for one nights reservation for a room... after paying £20 pounds cab fair i arrived to the building with locked doors with a note saying call this number, called gave them my booking number in which i had to wait 5 minutes before receiving a call back by someone saying the room i booked was being renovated and there was no room available for me at that point someone else who had travelled 100 miles to stay in the same supposedly hotel he was told the same thing.... i had to pay a further £25 to get accommodation elsewhere... this was a week ago and I'm still waiting for my refund.... I'd advise anyone thinking of booking accommodation at this place is don't do think twice.

Definitely do not recommend for anyone. They don’t tell you it’s a shared room and that isn’t safe for 3 young girl to be living in. The locks don’t work so anyone could walk in and the place is dirty and nasty.
